Chapter 6
Kyuhyun’s P.O.V
“NO!”
I yelled. Luckily, No one’s here. I lay myself on the grass thinking of what happened. I felt someone lay beside me. I took a peek to see who it is, Tiffany. Tiffany had been my best friend since forever.
“Hey, I knew you’d be here”
She said, looking up above the sky. I smiled a sad one.
“Hey, what makes you think I’m here?”
“Instincts. I was about to meet you at the school’s garden but you’re not there and I know that this place is where you are when you’re not there. So, what brought you here?”
She said as she gives me here look. She knows me well.
“Nothing, I just want to have my peace of mind.”
I said, still looking up above the sky, wandering if Seohyun and Kibum are happy now. Why do I care anyways?!
“Why do you need your peace of mind?”
She interrupted my thoughts. I looked at her and said:
“Seohyun and Kibum, Are they... together?”
She gave me her suspicious looks
“Why are you asking? Are you jealous~?”
She teased. I rolled my eyes
“No, I’m not! Why would I?! Besides, I saw them hugging earlier at the school’s garden”
“You’re so defensive~! I smell something Fishy~!”
She teased.
“Urgh! Tiffany~!”
I pouted. I used my aegyo to divert her from teasing me.
“Hmpppf~ using your aegyo again, K?”
Oh and by the way she calls me K. I don’t know why, but she said she’s too lazy to call me by my whole name.
“Tiffany~”
I whined again, she laughed. There’s a silence between us two but she chose to break it.
“K, I heard the news.”
I looked at her, she’s still looking up above.
“Well, you always hear everything”
I tease. She glared at me, I laughed.
“What news is that about, anyways?”
I asked curiously.
“I heard Seohyun got her first kiss and it’s from... YOU”
I looked at her who’s looking at me.
“So~?”
She whined.
“So, what?”
I asked back.
“Why did it happen?”
She asked. The kiss quickly went back in my mind.
“It was an accident, didn’t she told you?”
I asked. I was a bit hurt by the fact that the kiss is an accident.
“Yes, she did. But that is not what I mean.”
She said.
“Then what do you mean?”
“What did you feel after that?”
I was a bit taken back about what she said.
“Nothing”
I lied, I knew I felt something after that “Kiss”
“puh-lease K! You can fool everyone in this world, including your parents except for me!”
She said. She knows me too well, that sometimes (like this time) it annoys me.
“Why would I fool you, Fany? I told you, I felt NOTHING after that kiss. She’s just one of the girls I kissed”
I lied again.
“K, if only I don’t know that you’re lying, you could’ve been dead by now, I should’ve killed you but I didn’t, right? Know why? Because I know that you’re lying and you felt something about that kiss!”
She really knows me that well, poor me T-T. I sighed.
“There’s Nothing~”
I whined
“AISH! There’s something”
“Nothing”
“Something”
“I told you there’s nothing!”
I yelled. We’re lucky no one’s in the park.
“For Goodness sake K! I know! I can see it right in your eyes! You’re in-love with her! You’re denying it!”
She yelled again. I was a bit shocked by her word but I managed to keep my cool.
“I don’t love her!”
“Yes, you do!”
“NO!”
“YES!”
“NO!”
“YES!”
“NO! It’s supposed to be a game! She was supposed to be my toy! She’s supposed to be in my collection but she made me fall for her!”
I accidentally said. What came out of my mouth? That I don’t know either
“See? It came out of your mouth! You’re in-love with her! But what was that, that came out of your mouth? You planned to add her to your “Collection” of girls?”
“Yes, me and Eunhyuk “planned” it. We have a bet to make her fall for me before graduation but I “accidentally” fell for her, I think”
“K! How dare you?! But well, that’s what you get for doing that.”
“But Fany, I don’t want to fall AGAIN. There’s NO WAY I’m going to be hurt AGAIN”
I said. It’s true, I became like this because of HER and I don’t want that to happen again, so instead, I played with girls so they won’t have a chance of hurting me.
“K, you don’t have to be afraid. You’re as afraid as her now, actually.”
She said. Who’s her?
“Who’s her?”
“Seohyun, I think she’s also in-love with you.”
My eyes widened. Seriously?!
“Fany! Are you serious!? ”
I yelled. She nodded.
“Yes, K! I’m serious! So call off that bet, now!”
She said. I quickly took out my phone and called Hyukjae.
“Yah Hyukjae!”
I excitedly yelled. I’m soooo happy right now, even though my feelings aren’t official.
“Have heard of the word ‘hyung’?”
He shouted back. I can tell he’s in the classroom with all the yells and noises.
“Nope! So I have good news and a bad news. Which one do you want to come first?”
“The good one”
“Seo, she’s in-love with me!”
I excitedly shout on the phone
“Can you not shout? My ears are hurting! Seo?”
He asked. Oh! I forgot.
"Oh, yeah Seo, Seohyun."
“Oh! Seohyun! Looks like I really have to buy you a new PSP”
He joked. I sighed. I have to buy my new PSP T-T
“Uh, about that. I-I-I want to call the bet, OFF”
“What, why?!”
He yelled.
“I-I-I think I love her”
“WHAT!”
He yelled again
“It’s a shock for me either, bro. But I’m willing to buy you anything you want”
I said. It’s a little shame doing this but I don’t want to do this anymore.
“Uh, bro. You don’t have to do or buy anything. Just be happy bro!”
He said. I thanked him then I bid goodbye. I faced Fany who’s now smiling at me. I came to hug her, she hugged back.
“Thank you, fany. For making me realize that I do love her.”
I said from the bottom of my heart.
“You’re welcome, K. But promise me one thing”
She broke off the hug and looked at me seriously.
“Promise me, you won’t hurt her or I’ll skin you alive.”
She said seriously. I laughed
“K~! I’m serious~!”
She whined then she hit me.
“AISH! Okay, okay! I won’t!”
I said. She looked at me.
“Promise?”
“Promise”
“Let’s go to our classes now, we’re going to be late”
She said as she started to run with me. I suddenly stopped
“Wait!”
I yelled
“Why?”
She asked me
“I remembered something.”
She stopped and looked at me
“What is that?”
“Why is Kibum hugging my Seohyunnie~?”
I asked. Fany laughed and hit my head.
“Ow! Fany~! Why’d you do that for?”
“Pabo! She’s still not yours but don’t worry I’ll ask her about that later”
“Oh okay!”
She then grabbed me and we ran to school.
