Donghae's POV.

"This is crap!"

"Eunhyuk calm down. You almost have it down.."

"but I can't!! If it continues like this I will for sure end up not being allowed to play in the game tomorrow!"

"you will get it down!"

"what if I can't? What if I can never shoot like I used to?"

"you will be able to!"

After we finished our last lecture for the day, Eunhyuk and I headed straight for the gym so that we could have an early start on practice. Sadly practice ended long ago and Hyukkie couldn't make a single shot at the free throw line. It was truly disappointing for him..

"I don't know... I think I'm about to give up." He threw himself on the court.

"No Eunhyuk you can't... I really believe you can overcome this!"

"But Hae I don't care about basketball."

"You're just saying that because you're tired!" I put the ball down and sat next to him.

"No Hae I'm tired. So what if I get my natural talents back? I make a living by playing only basketball!"

"Hyukkie..." I laid down beside him and wrapped my arms around his small waist, pulling him closer.

"I'm serious! I don't know what to do after high school...Will I just be known for my high school days? I mean you have everything laid out for you! you have the best grades anyone has ever seen in this school. You told me you want to go into business with your father at the restaurant. I have nothing."

"You have me..." I smiled at him. He playfully punched my shoulders

"Yeah but you can't leave everything for my future you have your own to think about." If only you knew...

"Hyukkie you know we still have a year left at this school. You have plenty of time to think about your future. Plus you might not know but I maybe become super rich one day and you won't ever have to worry about money."

"Hahaha yeah hae tomorrow you will fix all my money problems." The guilt was starting to kill me. I have to tell him. 

"Hyukkie I have to tell you something..." 

"hmm. Can't it wait? you arms are like blankets, it makes me want to take a nap." He fiddled with my jersey. I tightened my grip. Just a day ago he had confessed his love to me in front of the whole school. I really didn't want to lose him for my mistakes.

"I-I've already given up my life to you. It's in your hands..."

"What are you talking about?" He giggled while returning my hug.

"I'm serious Hyukkie. I don't know if you will probably hate me for this but please just don't leave me."

"Hae you're scaring me..."

"Just listen to the whole thing."

"Okay." Hyukkie also tightened his grip.

"Well Kyu left not because he was forced to leave... well more like he was forced to leave but not as just a coincidence. I personally asked my grandmother to force Kyu's dad to transfer out of our family business." I felt his hands lose their grip and begin to shake from anger.

"What?" I buried my face on his shoulder.

"I made a deal with her... I would work under her company after graduating from high school... I'm not going to college."

"Wait your family company?"

"My mom and dad don't work at a seafood restaurant. They work for my grandmother. She has her own law firm. You know Lee and  Associates?" He stayed quiet. It made me feel even more insecure.

"You're the heir to Lee? Isn't the company also in the movie industry?"

"Yes."

"Oh god...you lied and you were caused Kyu's misery?"

"No!! I didn't know Kyu's father's former lover worked at the same town! I did lie but not really! I tried telling you I wasn't in the food industry but you assumed I was after I told you my father owned a boat!"

Hyukkie quickly pushed me away and stood up from floor. I lazily sat up looking up at him. I could feel my world crashing down.

"I-I need to go for a while... Bye." He ran out the gym's door without looking back. 

My eyes burn.

I looked at my hands feeling the warmth that was left by Hyukkie slowly fade away. Tear stains were visible on the ground.

I stayed still unable to move. Moving meant using energy, energy which I did not have.

I knew it was to good to be true.

Eunhyuk's Pov.

I ran out of the gym as fast as I could. I ignored the pain I was causing my ankle.

I was home in almost no time at all. 

Kyuhyun was in my room playing starcraft on my computer. 

I was the cause of his pain...

"I'm sorry"

He continued to focus on the screen.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry! I'm sorry!! Oh god I'm SO SORRY KYU!!!"

Kyuhyun was startled as he took of his earphones. 

"What?" He looked at me wide-eyed.

I began sobbing uncontrollably. "I'm sorry Kyu... I-I caused everything."

"Eunhyuk... Stop crying! I can't understand you when you sob while trying to speak."

"I-it was me who caused you're parent's death and your unhappiness!!! Pleas Kyuhyun forgive me!!" I fell on my knees, holding my face with my palms.

"I'm so sorry." 

"Hyuk..." He slowly approached me, gently picking me up and placing me on my bed.

"Aish! I told him not to tell you..." He ruffled my hair.

"What?" I looked up at him with my face covered in tears and boogers.

"Hyukkie... it was not your fault nor was it Donghae's fault."

I looked at him in confusion.

"Ahh hold up." He quickly got out of the room and came back with tissues and a letter.

"Thanks" I mumbled and wiped my face.

"Here." I grabbed the letter he was holding out to me and read it three times.

"Kyu..."

"Yeah... that's my father's request for the transfer. Donghae's grandmother simply used Hae's ignorance as a way to force him into the job that he had always been against in inheriting."

I looked at him in disbelief.

"She's not bad but she can be a bit too manipulative." Kyu chuckled before taking a seat next to me.

"Donghae realized the truth because I told him... see Donghae always knew where I lived, he would make sure we, my family, were never in financial trouble. He found out about my mother and father's sticky relationship, and of course their deaths, through his grandmother. He came to me the day of the funeral and begged me for forgiveness. I laughed at that time realizing what an idiot he really is. I told him the truth but he continued to beg for forgiveness. He kept going on about how it was his fault and how horrible he felt. I told him multiple of times to stop but he refused so I told him I would forgive him if he paid for my college expenses. He accepted. Later when I came back to town I found out about your relationship with Hae. I met with him, upon my request, and told him to never ever tell you what happened. I knew you would blame Hae than blame yourself. You're very predictable. I guess he still can't forgive himself, despite it never being his fault... hahaha you're both too innocent."

He must have noticed my surprised expression because he got up from the bed and walked over to the door.

"I think you need to go for a walk. Maybe I said to much hahaha... Well go on!" I robotically walked out the room.

"!" he ran passed me and got back on my computer.

"I forgot about my game!! Nooo!!! I died!!!" He kept shouting profanities as made my way out the door.

So Hae wasn't guilty... His grandmother just lied to him... That means Hae gave up his future for nothing! 

Where is Hae?! I ran off before he had even finished his story! What the hell is wrong with me?! Hae please wait!

My slow pace soon turned into a full sprint. The pain in my ankle was unbearable but so was the thought of Hae giving up on me.

I finally reached the school's gym after jumping over the fence. I stood outside the door trying to catch my breath.

I took a deep breathe and walked inside. 

Hae was still in the same position that I had left him. His shoulder was completely still but the light from the gym allowed me to see that he had been crying however his eyes seemed lifeless. It broke my heart.

I'm such an idiot.

I ran up behind him and tackled him to the ground, hugging his chest close to mine.

"Hae!! I'm so sorry!! please forgive this idiot! I'll do anything just please don't give up on me! Kyu told me everything. I'm an idiot. I should have listened and not gotten angry. God! how can you even consider me a candidate for your lover! You are a catch while I'm not. Your athletic, intelligent, rich, young, gentle, romantic, trustworthy, extremely handsome and the list goes on and on! Please allow me to stay by your side!"

"Hyukkie..."

"Please..."

"Hyukkie don't leave me. I can't stand a second without you."

I couldn't control the overflowing of feelings begin to pour out of me. I tightened my grip around his waist.

"I'm sorry. I won't ever do it again. I'll only ever listen to you just don't throw me."

I punched his chest. "I promise I won't but please just stay with me."

He wrapped his arms around me "I rather die." He didn't shock me when he said that since it was mutual. I would never had imagined before that I could feel this way about someone especially for my best friend.

I looked up at his face and saw that his once lifeless eyes where filled with hope and something that sent shivers down my spine.

Desire.

Rather than disgust or fear, I felt... excitement. I bit my bottom lip before reaching up and creasing his face with the back of my hand. 

"Kiss me." I whispered huskily into his ear.

"No need to ask me twice." He growled making my heart skip a beat.

The kiss was sweet and sensual. We didn't take it further than having our lips moving against each other's. I poured out all my feelings and I could feel the love from his. He wrapped his arms around my neck rolling us over so that he was now on top and in control. He bit my lip earning him a gasp. I could feel his tongue crease every inch of my mouth and tongue. Hae my tongue while massaging it making me become a mess. It surprised me how much I was showing myself to him.

We parted, panting with our foreheads against one another. 

Hae moved to my adam's apple and began it slowly and gently. He moved towards my collarbone and repeated the process but more roughly. I was grabbing onto his hair for support. The floor beneath me felt thin as if I could fall anytime if I didn't grab onto to him for support. I wrapped my legs around his waist. I immediately became embarrassed since I could feel the bulge locater under his waist.

"H-hae, t-take me to your place."

"You sure?" He panted next to ears making all my tiny hair stand up from his cool breath. I was completely dazed from all the passion. I couldn't deny it. I wanted more. A lot more

"Defiantly"

Another update keke the next chapter will be ehem ** but for now just teasing since I only have 4% battery left (i borrowed my sister's charger xD.
