Amber is a seventeen year old going going to high school with her best friend Sulli. She has a special gift, which is photographic memory. Her gift is the one thing she hates about herself. Her brother went missing when she was fifteen years old leaving her with only the memories. He was older than her by a year but was very childish compared to Amber.  Through her pain she allows herself to try to forget the little things about him in hopes of forgetting him completely. Her first goal is to try to forget his name. After her brother went missing her family has never been the same. Her mom is always paranoid and controlling. There are also days that she forgets her soon has been missing and instead believes he is at a sleepover or school trip. Her dad is usually busy with work or at least he says he is but Amber knows that he is simply running away from the truth and his wife.

Henry has never done any physical work for anything in his whole lifetime. He lived a privileged life with a beautiful and caring girlfriend, Victoria, and of course his hilarious yet righteous best friend, Zhou Mi. Yet Henry wasn’t a complete douche like you would expect a privileged teenager to be, he would always listen to his mother and stepfather. Having first hand seen what its like to have an abusive father mad him realize the true meaning in being a gentleman, though at times his pride sometimes wins over his reasoning. He is forced to spend time in a small town with his deceased grandmother’s widower, his step grandfather. Moving to a farm throws him off of his comfort zone and onto a life full of discovery, adventures, lessons in love, and discovering his true nature in an unknown world.
