I Belong To You, Even If You Don't Want Me To
Eunhyuk's Pov.
It's Thursday, thee day before the final game of the season. I'm seriously shaking from both excitement and freaken nerves. Donghae isn't making things better. He's sitting next to me playing with my fingers that has triggered two types of audiences there’s group A which consists of girls screaming their off about 'Eunhae' and than group B who the ones mourning over their lost in a potential mate.
"Eunhae fighting!!"
I rubbed my temple with my free hand... I shouldn't have kissed Hae in front of the school...
~*~ Flashback a day ago ~*~
I woke up feeling refreshed. Last night was seriously tiring. I looked over my shoulder and saw it was 7:17 a.m.
"Ughh... I'm late."
I got up quickly and put on skinny black jeans with a grey long sleeve v neck t-shirt.
Sadly, it has been getting cold, even though its spring!
My mom was still in the kitchen when I finished dressing. Surprising, not really, Kyuhyun was sitting at the dinner table with Sungmin by his side.
"Oh! Morning hon! Kyuhyun brought Sungmin over since these two adorable boys are dating!" I rolled my eyes at the woman who replaced my once sensible mother. I decided to skip my daily morning insults from Sungmin and instead opted to head towards the front door.
"You don't want a ride with us!" Kyuhyun yelled down the hallway.
"No! I love the morning weather!"
I pulled the front door open, quickly regretted my choice. The sun decided to hide behind heavy black clouds.
Just great...
I looked back at the dinning room door.
"It's between the annoying couple or the annoying cold weather... hmpf! I'd rather freeze to death." I ran to my room and grabbed my black coat before leaving to another day at school.
"Well mother nature is no joke." I shivered. The wind was starting to pick up it's speed.
"I need warmth!" I yelled at the empty street. I was probably the only crazy student to actually walk to school today. There was no sign of life today.
"I can be of help if you want!" I jumped at the sudden husky voice behind me. I didn't give it a second though! I ran to the nearest telephone post that was big enough to hide my body.
"GET AWAY FROM ME YOU ERTED CREEP!"
"Hahahha Hyukkie! It's just me Hae!" I peeked from the telephone post. My heart picked up it's speed. Hae was standing there... well more like kneeling down while holding his stomach.
"What the heck Hae!! You scared the crap out of me!" He looked up at me, wiping the tear off of his eyes.
"I'm sorry Hyukkie but you where practically begging me to do it!"
I blushed realizing how handsome he looked while he chuckled.
'Oh god I really am gay for him. Sorry mom... dad... I won't be giving you any grandchildren.'
"Lets go to school. I would rather have you stare at me like I'm some type of Greek god but we can't let you freeze in this weather!" Hae winked at me.
I shoved him a bit to the side.
"I-I wasn't staring! I would never stare at a stinky fish!"
“But you said you looooove this stinky fish.” He smirked
“I-I take it back!”
“Nope! Doesn’t work that way! I’m leaving~!” Hae ignored my protest by continuing his way to school!
“Are you ignoring me!?” I ran up to his side and pulled his arm.
“Yeah! I wanted you to hold my arm.” I immediately let go and looked down at my feet.
“Shut up. Let’s just go…”
“Whatever you say my love.”
This guy! Why is he darn cheesy! And me why do I keep falling for it!? Ah my heart is fluttering like a high school girl in love... or boy.
We got to our classroom and began playing hangman. If we had stayed at our houses a bit longer we would have realized that class was delayed for two hours due to the weather. Kyuhyun had texted me but I only checked my phone when we had already arrived in front of the school gate. School was almost abandoned but there were a couple of kids roaming around, every five minutes or so we would see a student or two pass our classroom.
“Hae~ I’m getting bored!”
“Sorry Hyukkie. Why don’t we go eat breakfast in the cafeteria?”
“Sure I guess…”
We walked to the cafeteria surprisingly most of the students had gathered there. It was maneuvering through the crowd to find any seats.
"Donghae!" Hae and I turned around and saw a group of girls running up to him.
"Would you like to sit with us? Since you know there is no room?"
"Sure as long as there is room for Eunhyuk as well."
"Sorry Donghae we don't much room... we can try to make room but..." one of the girls fiddled with her fingers. I glared at them. One of them flinched but the rest snickered.
"No it's fine I'll just go back to the classroom with Eunhyuk."
"Wait! I bet Eunhyuk doesn't mind! Plus he can still go sit with his basketball teamates! There's a group of them over there!"
I looked over at their table and luckily there was room for one more person...
"No. We'll go back to our classroom."
"But Donghae-"
"It's alright Hae. Go sit with them." Before he could protest I walked away from the group and made my way to the jock table.
The rain has started picking up it's speed again and I didn't want Hae to get wet while walking through rain from the cafeteria to the classroom.
"Hey guys!"
"Sup Hyuk!" Kim Junsu patted at the empty seat next to him. Junsu is one of my closest friends. We are similar in many different ways. For one we are both teased for our flaws, him for his dolphin laugh and me for my gummy smile (not that I mind anymore since i learned to love my gummy smile). He also likes dancing and of course basketball.

“Eunhyuk is just down cuz he knows I’ll score the most points on Friday’s game. Than I will become the kingka of this school!!!!!” Eli ranted by standing on top of his chair earning strange glances from the rest of the students.
“Sure Eli.” I didn’t want to humor him so I decided to not to push his buttons. He always liked the attention from other people.
“Eli you can’t even score your own stinken’ free throws what makes you think you have a chance against Hyuk?” Taemin smirked at Eli. Taemin has always defended even if I didn’t need it. He once told me that I was his idol… It burdened me a bit but Taemin was a good kid so it didn’t bug me too much.
“ Eunhyuk don’t let Eli bother you too much.”
“Don’t worry Tae, Eli is the last person bother me…” I quickly glanced at Hae who was currently surrounded by the girls from his fan club.
"Why are you so down?" Junsu poked my shoulder.
"No reason...I’m not.”
"No you’re not. You usually start fight with Eli no matter how tired or depressed you are but you haven’t even bothered to glare at him. This is way different than the usual.”
“it’s really nothing…”
“Uhuh than why do you keep glaring at the girls surrounding Donghae?”
“W-what?” I quickly stuffed my mouth with a biscuit. “I Donth know whath you are thalthing abouth.”
Eli patted my shoulder.
“We know.”
“Know what?”
“We know about a certain duo.”
I swallowed my food. “I really don’t know what you guys are talking about.” Taemin reached across the table and patted my hands “Eunhyukkie we know you’re dating Donghae.”
“WHAT?” I stood up abruptly from my chair and shouted across the cafeteria.
“Shh Hyuk calm down.” Eli pulled my arm down.
“It’s okay Eunhyuk we’ve already accepted it. Well more like we saw this coming since forever.” Junsu ruffled my hair.
“Wh-who else knows?”
“The whole team.” All three said simultaneously.
“It’s not true!”
“oh like we haven’t noticed you stare at him when he comes running after with his dumb goofy smile.” Eli pranced around the table.
“It’s not goofy and stop running around!”
“Hyuk it’s fine! The only thing we don’t understand is why don’t you claim him as your man.”
“I-I can’t.”
“Why?” Junsu looked at me intensively. “Are you embarrassed? Scared?”
“It’s not about me. It’s more like I don’t want to be the cause of him being outed by the entire school.”
“I’m pretty sure that won’t happen. Think about it. There is already a fan club for ‘Eunhae.’”
“That fan club is fake. Most of the members are just Donghae’s fans.”
“That’s not true… If only you’ve seen the hundreds of fan fics and fan arts that they have dedicated to the two of you.” Junsu rolled his eyes. “It’s a bit weird. In some of them you’re like begging Hae to do stuff that I believe can probably be very painful.”
“Ahh! Shut up don’t go on anymore!!!” I blushed at the sudden information being thrown at me.
“Hyukkie rather than staying here, with us, shouldn’t you go over there? I don’t want to hurt you Hyukkie but Hae is very popular with guys and girls. You need to get a strong hold of him before someone comes along and takes him, like Kibum.” Taemin smiled at me before turning his attention to the group across the cafeteria. I looked at the same direction. Hae was deeply immersed into the conversation, laughing once in a while.
“B-but I can’t.”
Eli quickly shoved me off my chair and placed his backpack at my seat.
“I’ll save your seat.”
I rubbed my and stood up before anyone else would see me. I slowly made my way through the crowd. My heart was beating crazily.
‘Oh god I can’t!’ I turned around and saw all three of them giving me a thumbs up.
‘Gah!! Just go Hyuk!!’ I reached the table and stood there awkwardly for a while. None of them had noticed my presence.
“Hae~ Why don’t you come with us to karaoke night? I’m sure we could give you a memory you could cherish for life.” One of the girls said seductively into Hae’s ears while creasing his arm.
‘The hell Hae!? Push that THAT THING away from you!!’
“I can’t. I have basketball practice.”
‘And a BOYFRIEND’
“Aww you should still come after practice is over!”
“Yeah! Hae don’t be such a bore.”
‘Stop calling him Hae!!!’
“No I don’t think I can.”
“Hae you may also bring that friend of yours! The one from your team… umm What’s his name? Eun something”
“Eunhyuk you tramp.” I hissed at the girl.
“Hyukkie-“ Donghae turned around finally noticing my presence, well him and the rest of the people in the cafeteria.”
“Leave HAE alone. He said he doesn’t want to go so quit throwing yourself at him!”
“Don’t talk to us that way!”
“Well don’t bother someone whom you can’t have!”
“Hyukkie calm down…”
“No. These things are the ones who should learn some manners!”
“What the hell? Tsk You’re a nobody. We were clearly having a wonderful conversation with Hae but you had to stick your nose into something that has nothing to do with you!”
“It Does!! Hae is MY BOOOOYFRIEND!!”
“Ha!! Like we’d believe something like that! Hae here would never look at you that way! You’re the only one who THINKS they have a chance.”
“Wait-“ Hae tried to calm both of us but I could no longer take all their crap… I had to make them cry. I did what had seemed the best solution.
I grabbed Hae’s face with one of my hands and pulled his neck closer to me with my other hand. I kissed him. Hae of course stood their stun for a second before wrapping his arms around my waist trying to deepen the kiss. I pulled away smirking at the group of dumbfounded women.
“See?” I grabbed Hae’s hand and pulled him away from the group. My fellow teammates started a fan chant. It was truly embarrassing.

Now I’m here trying to deal with this sudden rise of my fame. Donghae on the other hand keeps trying to steal kisses from me; even go as far as to keep hugging me tightly in front of some of the students, even faculty members.
He has no shame.
I’ve noticed that he has been sticking to my side more than ever. I caught him glare at a couple of people, mainly guys.
Jealousy at it’s best.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy it.
It made feel loved, though I won’t tell him that since I would probably explode from his cheesiness.
Donghae what have you done to me?
So my charger for my laptop broke T~T I ordered a new one but it won't arrive tell Thursday (maybe). It cuz i'm using the school's library comp. so I feel like all eyes are on me lol I will start drafting the next chapter after I post this since I have about 30 min. before i have to leave (I take a bus so it's a 2hr drive T~T) THANK YOU SUBSCRIBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 HOPE YOUR DAY IS GOING GREAT (UNLESS IT'S NIGHT TIME THAN i WISH TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER~)
