Jungkook woke up early that day. He looked to his right and saw Chaeyoung was still sleeping soundly. He smiled and caressed her hair softly while staring at her with adoration.

After a few minutes, Chaeyoung stirred and opened her eyes slowly.

“Morning beautiful..” Jungkook greeted her and smiled.

“What is the time now?” Chaeyoung asked with a hoarse voice.

“It’s 6.15 am..”

Chaeyoung blinked her eyes a few times. She was going to leave the bed but Jungkook suddenly hugged her tightly.

She struggled to free herself from his hug.

“Let me go!” She tried to push his body off but he wrapped his arm around her waist tightly.

“Chaeyoung-ah, please… Just for a while. Give me a chance to see your face. Do you know that you look so beautiful everytime you wake up.” Jungkook said while caressing her hair with one while staring at her eyes.

Chaeyoung stared back at his eyes for a moment before she pushed him again.

“Please let me go. I want to go to the toilet.” Chaeyoung tried not to raise her voice.

Jungkook smiled before he pecked her lips a few times making Chaeyoung froze.

“How about if we take bath together?” Jungkook .

Chaeyoung came back to her sense and pushed him off and went to the toilet. Jungkook just chuckled to himself.

Chaeyoung came out of the bathroom with her full clothes on and she saw Jungkook was drying his hair with a towel. He took a bath in another room’s bathroom.

She went to tidy up the bed.

“Do you want to go out today?” Jungkook asked.

Chaeyoung shook her head. “I just want to stay at home today.”

She wanted to go out of the room but Jungkook grabbed her wrist when she was passing by him.

“Let go!” She tried to pull her hand away from him.

Jungkook slowly let go of her hand.

Chaeyoung glared at him before she went out of the room. Jungkook just sighed and followed her behind. While getting down from the stairs, Chaeyoung suddenly fell down from the stairs.

“Chaeyoung-ah!” Jungkook ran to get her at the bottom of the stairs.

“Owww..” Chaeyoung groaned in pain. She tried to stand up but her ankle hurt.

“Yah, how can you fall from the stairs? Next time, be careful when going down the stairs. Let me see your ankle.” Jungkook took her ankle and Chaeyoung yelped in pain.

“Is it hurt?” Jungkook asked even though he knew she was in pain.

“Of course it is!” Chaeyoung gave him a glare.

“That’s what you get for being so stubborn with your husband.” Jungkook casually said.

Chaeyoung just ignored him and continued massaging her ankle slowly.

Jungkook suddenly carried her and placed her on the sofa. He touched her ankle.

“Let’s go to the clinic? It’s getting swollen.”

Chaeyoung shook her head. “It will be fine. I’ll just put some ointment.”

“Stop being stubborn please..”

“I had worse before but I was able to walk and I didn’t even go to the clinic.”

“When did you fall from the stairs before this?”

Chaeyoung just kept silent while massaging her ankle.

“Ahhh, you mean during our university? At the library?” Jungkook guessed.

Chaeyoung gave him an another glare.

Jungkook laughed a little. “You still remember that incident?”

“Why? Do you think that I already lost my memories?”
