Chapter 8: Hana, who?

 

“Say, how was the date? And why are you coming back with lunch from home?” Chanwoo asked excitedly opening the lunch box

“Did you ditch her and go home to make these?” Yun asked grabbing a spoon

“Oh you guys are back— God bless you I’m starving” June said taking a spoon

“But why are all our favourite meals here? Hanbin’s favourite rice soup, Jinan hyung’s bulgogi, Yun’s pork stew, my soy sauce porridge, June’s rice cakes, Chanwoo’s chicken wings and Bobby’s fried rice...how did she know our fave food?” Donghyuk asked

“Not all were cooked by us, we ordered the chicken and pork stew” Jinan said

“But it was her who told us to order, so just look at my girlfriend’s great awesome memory power” Hanbin proudly said as the guys turned their eyes to him.

“Not to forget, Kim Jiwon’s dongsaeng, you mean?” Bobby said refraining on the ‘dongsaeng’ totally ignoring Jinan's 'andwae shut up, you two' gestures.

“What’ya mean?” Yun asked as Jinan face-palmed himself

“Guys this was supposed to be a secret” he mumbled as Hanbin and Bobby looked at each other
“You started” Bobby said pointing at Hanbin

“But she is my girlfriend so I was just stating the fact” Hanbin said correcting the rapper

“Who is ALSO my dongsaeng” Bobby said, annoyed as the eldest continued with his face-palm

“We’re ruined major time’” Jinan sighed

“GUYS!” Yun shouted as the two rappers looked at the elder

“Tell us about your sister and girlfriend we never knew about!” he said as Hanbin and Bobby looked at the boys and then at each other

“Told you” Jinan sighed

“Hyung, do you also know about this?!” Chanwoo asked as Jinan sighed making a face

“Is she pretty?” June asked taking a bite of the rice cake

“Pretty sure she is some swaggy noona” Donghyuk chuckled

“Settle down and I’ll tell you guys everything” Jinan said as the guys looked excitedly at the eldest, well except Double B

“So the date Bobby had was with his sister, his appa’s girlfriend’s daughter okay? And so we went to go meet this sister of his and—”

“Why was he panicking if it wasn’t a romantic date then?” June muttered making a face, earning a glare from Jinan.

“I’m listening, I’m listening” June said surrendering.

“So we were waiting for the new girl when Hanbin walked towards us with his girlfriend into the reservation area where me and Bobby were waiting” Jinan continued with his story as Double B continued blaming each other at the bg.

“And remember why Hanbin did not agree to accompany Bobby to the date? It’s because his girlfriend had asked him to accompany her...and so we met and soon we sorted everything out” Jinan said satisfied.

“Sorted what? I’m already confused” Yun poked his head to Jinan’s shoulder

“She is Bobby’s sister as well as Hanbin’s girlfriend of one year” Jinan said proudly

“ONE YEAR?!” the kids shouted as Jinan nodded

“What’s her name?” June asked as Jinan opened his mouth when Hanbin panicked

“Ha—” Jinan said when
“HANA!” Hanbin shouted standing up

“Woah~ it’s just her name” Donghyuk chuckled
“And we get to meet her on...?” Yun asked as Bobby shook his head

“You don’t get to meet her, she’s leaving Korea in a few days” Bobby said standing up, earning a glare from the rest

“Hanbin, when is she coming?” Yun asked making a face

“She ain’t coming” Hanbin said

“YAH!” Donghyuk shouted as Double B looked at each other

“She ain’t coming” Bobby said as Hanbin nodded.

“YOU GUYS WANNA DIE?!” Haneul shouted as she glared at the two boys standing in front of her.

“You see, we told them that you won’t be able to and...” Hanbin paused as he poked Bobby

“You do anything, arrange anyone and take her there but I swear to you guys, I am not coming” Haneul said as she made an annoyed face.

“Is that clear?” she asked breathing out

“But baby” Hanbin said as Haneul looked at him

“Why are you two so stupid? You know what, you guys just get married and live together with your stupidity” Haneul said angrily

“Our children would be swag though” Bobby said in a small voice

“Yeah too swaggy” Hanbin mumbled as Haneul glared at the two

“I hate you two so much” she sighed chuckling a bit

“I love you too baby” Hanbin said smiling as Bobby grimaced

“I love you too dongaeng” Bobby smirked

 

If I was given a second life, I would never choose to be Bobby’s sister and Hanbin’s girl all at once. -.-

 

NEXT DAY:

“Guys, guys—” Bobby shouted entering the practice room as the boys turned to them

“Do not enter if you have not brought Hana” Donghyuk said standing up, ready to chase out the rapper when

“She’s here! But...first close your eyes” Bobby said as the boys stared at him

“We are not kids, just tell her to come in” June said

“Like you don’t have a girlfriend, don’t even think of eyeing her” Bobby said as June rolled hiseyes

“Who girlfriend? Hayi? Whatever” he said as Jinan poked the vocalist

“And...her name, we lied about her name” Hanbin said entering the room

“JUST TELL HANA TO COME!!” Chanwoo shouted

“Yeah...HANAAAA!!” Yun shouted as the guys made a racket.

“FINE! But her name is not Hana...” Hanbin said as the guys sighed

“Call her already” Jinan chuckled

“HANEUL!” Hanbin called as the door opened seconds later.

June felt his heart get heavy just at the name of her –Haneul.

 

Could she be the Haneul I used to know?
