Chapter 19: The beginning of new insecurities.

 

“Let.her.go” Hanbin muttered as Haneul looked at June as she nodded

“I’ll talk to you later” she smiled embarrassed as June stared at her

“Please” she begged as June let her go.

June watched Haneul being dragged away by Hanbin as he sighed frustrated.

 

“Hanbin-ah, what’s wrong?” Haneul asked as Hanbin stopped and shut the practice room door, locking both of them inside

“Do you think this is funny?” Hanbin asked as he looked at Haneul

“N-neh?” she muttered as Hanbin punched the wall as Haneul looked at him startled

“No...” she whispered as she held his hand with both her hands, looking down.

“I won’t let go” Haneul said tears falling

“...I’ve realised it’s you ...so please” Haneul muttered as Hanbin hugged her back as he her hair

“I’m sorry...I’m just so sorry for being such an irresponsible boyfriend” Hanbin said as Haneul sobbed

“Saranghae” she muttered as Hanbin nodded smiling a bit

Hanbin looked at Haneul sleeping peacefully in his arms as he smiled, tracing her jawlines

“What wouldn’t I do for you” he smiled as he kissed her forehead.

“Ehm” Hayi said entering as Hanbin turned to her

“Shall we get back to work or...?” Hayi said softly as she flinched looking at Haneul sleeping in his arms

“Later maybe?” Hanbin answered as Hayi nodded

“Bin-ah...” Haneul muttered slowly opening her eyes as Hanbin caressed her cheek

“Hey” he answered as she smiled

“Oh, what did you want to buy?” Haneul asked as Hayi chuckled

“I don’t need to buy anything, and even if I have to, I wouldn’t take the opinion of yours...I mean, we have different choices you see” Hayi smiled as Haneul mentally killed her in her mind

“But we do have the same choice when it comes to guys” Hayi said as Haneul looked at her

“Hanbin...can’t you take June and give him to me?” Hayi asked as Haneul looked unbelievably at her

“Hayi-ah, at least know who is interested in you and who is not” Haneul said looking at the singer

“Like how June USED to be interested in you and then shifted it to me?” Hayi asked smirking

“You’ve played enough games already Hayi, at least this time let me and Hanbin be” Haneul said as Hayi shook her head

“What if I say no?” she asked folding her arms

“Then I’ll try my best to keep us going” Haneul said as she turned to walk away

“He was mine from the very beginning, the reason I forced June into dating me was because of him, I fell in love with him first!” Hayi shouted annoyed as Haneul paused

“Stop treating people like mere things” Haneul said before walking away as Hayi stamped her feet frustrated.
