The city of Joseon was a port city facing the Pacific Ocean. This was the first city founded by the United Nations led by the US, Japan, China and Russia after the fall of the North Korean government. The four countries sought to control and earn money from the new city. But as time passed, the inhabitants of Joseon City became independent from the influence of the four countries. They created their own voice and culture. Forty percent of the population was Koreans but since sixty percent was composed of different nationalities, religious and cultural tolerance became the norm in the city. The city developed its own unique culture which was a mixed of East and West. Any person who decided to live and become part of the city was warmly welcomed. Most tourists who only travelled to Joseon for a visit would often decide to stay and live there.

       Joseon City was also known around the world as the heart of ingenuity and inventions. Most modern gadgets were created in the factories and manufacturing plants in the outskirts of the city. And since they were close to the port and the large airport, shipping costs were cheap.

       As part of their honeymoon adventure, Jaejoong would often bring Dara to all the well‑known tourist spots in the city and to all other interesting and beautiful places that only the city residents knew.

       One of these was the Manwa flea market that was only a walking distance from their condominium. Whenever they went out, they would also purchase things to add to the furnishing in their house. Jaejoong was using his own personal money. He refused to use the money card given by Mino. Whenever they would buy furniture for their house, Jaejoong would let Dara do the bargaining. Dara was good with people, and she would often convince the shop owners to give them a much lower price. There was no language barrier in the city since all the residents knew several languages including English.

       Dara stopped before a pet shop.

       "If you want us to have a pet, we would need to get a special permit from the management of Concierge Suites."

       Dara pointed at a black puppy on the display window.

       "He looks like Hero!" she said with amusement.

       "He seemed to have wolf blood. Hybrid pet animals are very popular in this time. Do you want him as a pet?"

       Dara shook her head.

       "He won't be Hero, and it would be unfair if I would use him as a replacement for that temperamental wolf."
