“So, how exactly did everything happen?” Joonmyeon asked settling down beside Baekhyun, the man who has refused to take a step anywhere unless he takes back his Hana.

Joonmyeon doesn’t care if his wedding is delayed, he actually didn’t want to get married right now anyway. This would be a nice excuse to stay single for another month or so.

Baekhyun sighed like he was about to tell the biggest tragedy of all time.

“We were really in love. Hana and I. We had been together for over four years. I adored her so much, I don’t know where things went wrong. But no, that isn’t the problem. I’m heartbroken because she didn’t even bother to tell me that she’s not happy with us. I wasn’t just her boyfriend, I always reminded her I’m also her bestfriend. What I hate the most is that she just…ran away. Just like that without even telling me why she did so.” He looked into the distance.

“It’s okay. You’ll be all right.” Joonmyeon rubbed his shoulder in sympathy.

“Hah loser with a loser. You suit him. Make friends.” Jongdae shaded while passing by.

Baekhyun looked baffled at the man who just threw so much sass, the typical y one holding an expensive wine glass. Except this was a guy.

“Don’t be bothered by him, he’ll have it one day as well.” Joonmyeon nodded in approval of Jongdae’s who knows but soon to be misfortune.

“Right. He’s coming down big time.” Baekhyun nodded too, smiling at Joonmyeon. “But, maybe we should really become friends. Hi, I’m Byun Baekhyun.” He stretched his hand forward, although the red tight jacket was making him uncomfortable.

“Ofcourse I know the name of the guy who has ruined my wedding. I’m Kim Joonmyeon.” The boy smiled back, toothily. It’s the first time he made a friend who is just a commoner, broke would be a better word. “I’ll try to get you a job. Kim Corporation is quite successful. Have my card.”
