quarter quell. may the odds be ever in your favor. regular scifi, adv, rom the hunger games available credit in this year's quarter quell, the twist is that "victory does not run in blood" and none of the male tributes are to be related to any victor of the past five years. however, there shall only be one girl tribute, and she shall be reaped from a pool of females related to the previous year's winner. if victory does run in the blood, then the girl tribute should be able to defeat all twelve other tributes.

there should be at least 13 characters: the boy tributes and the girl tribute. supporting characters are highly recommended. the girl could be direct family of the past winner (I had in my head that she would be the younger sister of the last winner) and the news would have her family falling apart. there is also opportunity for possible angst in here. death has to happen, no matter what. it's the hunger games.
