Chanyeol pops up infront of Junmyeon who’s cooking breakfast with Luna beside him. The guy was on his usual clothes but he was wearing his cap this time.

“Good morning master Chanyeol” Mrs. Ham greeted as she enters the kitchen with a dark bags under her eyes.

Chanyeol chortles “what’s with the sleepy aura Mrs. Ham?”

The old lady patted on the air “don’t mind me, I just joined Luhan last night, poor guy I wish he goes back being a kid again so there wouldn’t be any heart aches.”

Chanyeol stiffened, he took the milk out of the refrigerator and leans on the counter. Junmyeon and Luna were secretly listening as exchanged glances weirdly.

“He asked me to join him on his room, he said he feel so alone and he was crying last—“

“What do we have here?” suddenly Luhan had appeared in front that shocked the four of them on the kitchen, the two Luna and Junmyeon were already beside Mrs. Ham eavesdropping without the old lady noticing. They went back on their original place once she gave pointed looks at them.

“Night was great, right Chanyeol? Did you sleep well?” Mrs. Ham instantly changes the topic while he gave the latter a nervous glance.

“Err, yeah” Chanyeol muttered as he felt Luhan beside him and was giving them all a serious and curious glance. “Well I should go” he waved after drinking some milk on the glass. He walks a few steps before turning his head at them “uhh. Luhan hyung good morning.”

Junmyeon was alone in his room resting and he doesn’t even know what he was feeling right now. He was staring blankly at the photos on his desk until he noticed the stain on his mirror.

“I can’t even clean my own room” he sighs, trying to erase the stain using his thumb.

He decided to get out of his room when he remembers that Luna needs help in washing the mattresses. He was walking down the hallway when suddenly someone grabs his arm. He was shock so he turns around slowly.

“Lu-Luhan.”

“Can I ask you a favor?”

Junmyeon wants to hesitate but it seems like he really need some help.

He went inside the latter’s room, he was expecting for the latter to talk but he didn’t and instead he sits on his bed staring blankly at nothing. Junmyeon remains silent. He sits on the floor and leans on the guy’s bed. No one dared to talk for the past minute. Junmyeon was feeling all bored when a heavy weight suddenly landed on his lap, surprise to see that Luhan was already sprawled on the floor with his head on his lap.

“Lu-luhan” Junmyeon muttered but the latter didn’t spoke “I don’t think it would be comforta—“

“I can’t sleep straightly these past few days…”

Junmyeon doesn’t need to pretend he doesn’t like it. He’s been wanting this time to happen, where the guy would ask for comfort and attention. For the days that Luhan has been so cold and furious at him means nothing. He thinks this is really how it feels when you’re really in love.

Luhan woke up on the sound of the door being closed and opened repeatedly. He slowly opens his eyes to see Mrs. Ham smiling at him, with a tray of food in her hand.

“I’m sorry, did I wake you up?”

Luhan rubs his eyes feeling a bit relaxed.

“Time for dinner” Mrs Ham continued as she placed the tray on the table “we’ve been looking for Junmyeon for these past five hours and I didn’t thought he was here.”

Luhan looks at the person beside him once he get up, Junmyeon was sleeping peacefully.

“I slept for five hours? Seriously?”

Mrs. Ham gave him a look and then to Junmyeon “yeah?”

“What time is it?”

“7:00, time for dinner. Luna cooked your favorite.”

Jongin holds Junmyeon’s hand once they’re at the garden on the back of the mansion. Junmyeon smiles at the youngest Kim, everyone was resting on their room so they are both sure no one can see them.

“I heard you gave Luhan hyung a company yesterday.”

“Yeah” Junmyeon answered as he yawns repeatedly.

Jongin keeps on rubbing the older’s pale hands with his “that’s great, he’s been stress lately, I think it’s better if we all gave him some attention.”

“Yeah” Junmyeon agreed but there was a slight feeling of guilt in him. He realized that the more he spent time with Luhan the more his feelings for him become so attach. That was being unfair to Jongin “you were not here for two days. Where were you?”

“Missed me?” the younger tease “my kisses and my winks?”

Junmyeon slaps his shoulder playfully but the younger gave him a quick kiss on the cheek instead.

 “I just visited my mom. We-uhhh, made a little bonding.”

Junmyeon chuckles and then gave the younger a pat on the shoulder “that’s great.”

“I suddenly missed my mom so a little visit won’t be that bad.”

“Junmyeon have you seen a puppy running around here?” Chanyeol asked once he saw the older entered the mansion with a smile on his face.

Junmyeon seems confused as he wanders his eyes around. And then realized he never saw a puppy in the Kim’s mansion. He shakes his head dumbly and then looks back at Chanyeol “you want me to help you find it?”

“Sure.”

“What does he look like?” Junmyeon asked as they went outside the mansion, in the garden and even in the storage room.

“It’s looks like a white cotton ball. It’s so small.”

“Obviously. It’s a puppy.” Junmyeon muttered and rolls his eyes secretly.

“What did you say?” Chanyeol gets up from were he was. He rested both his hands in his hips looking at him seriously.

“I didn’t say anything” Junmyeon pretends to smell something bad so he gets up from sitting on the grass and enters the green house garden “I think I saw something there!” and he runs towards the place leaving Chanyeol in confusion.

“Where’d that puppy go?” Chanyeol sprawled his body on the couch, deadly tired from looking for the white puppy.

Junmyeon comes back from the kitchen with water in his hand, he gave one to Chanyeol before he leans on the couch looking directly at the tv screen in front of them “what’s his name?”

Chanyeol shrugs “I don’t have any idea.”

Junmyeon almost choked himself from drinking his water ‘it’s his dog and yet he never knows his name?’

He heard the other chuckles putting the water bottle on the floor “it was just given by a fan.”

‘Oh right’ Junmyeon whispers ‘you’re an idol so whatever’ he picked the bottle from the floor when suddenly they heard a bark coming from the second floor. They look at each other confusedly.

They ended up in front of Luhan’s door. The sound of the barking inside the room is so loud even if Luhan tried to hush the puppy.

“Wow, did he just steal my puppy?” Chanyeol muttered looking at the door and then to Junmyeon with a silly expression. The older just shrugs his head as his answer.

“Should we get it?” Junmyeon’s eyes grew wider with excitement he’s been longing to see a dog since it’s been a year when he left Byul in his grandma’s house.

Chanyeol snorted and then walk back “I think the dog will help him release the stress.”

Junmyeon half smiled. The younger has a point and based from the voices inside the room, Luhan was playing with the dog.

“Yeah you’re right” Junmyeon whispers and then leans on the door to clearly hear what was Luhan saying to the dog.

“What are you doing?” Chanyeol asked, brows furrowed as he went beside him.

“Shush!”

“I wanna hear too” Chanyeol fights back without even trying to lower down his voice. He imitated Junmyeon and leans his ear on the door. He chuckles when he heard the voices “sounds fun.”

“Shush!” Junmyeon slaps the younger mentally. He seems like he’s not aware of his surroundings. He never learns or he just doesn’t know how to whisper he thought as leans closer to the door with a serious demeanor.

Chanyeol does the same, he went closer to Junmyeon until their faces could almost touch but it seems that he doesn’t care.

Junmyeon trembles when the younger’s face is now a few inches away from him, he felt the blush creeping on his neck up to his forehead. This is awkward he thought as he tries to ignore the look Chanyeol is giving to him.

“What’s wrong?”

Junmyeon keeps staring at him with red face.

“Why are you so red? Are you sick out of a sudden? Hey!” Chanyeol’s hand went on his neck rubbing it comfortably using his thumb.

Junmyeon wants to faint at the same time slap him since he can’t really lower down his voice but the problem is that he cannot open his mouth or even utter a single sound.

“Hey!”

Junmyeon was about to answer when he felt something’s missing behind, they both turn around to see that the door has already been opened and Luhan was staring at them curiously.

“Are you flirting in front of my room?”

“Yes!” Junmyeon blurted out of consciousness until he heard the dog barks at them “I mean no!” he slaps Chanyeol’s shoulder once he gets up “why would I flirt with him?” he chuckles nervously.

“Totally faking it” Chanyeol muttered as he massage the portion where Junmyeon had just slap.

“What are you doing here then?” the dog barks again and waggles his tail when he saw Chanyeol.

“I--uh just, nothing hyung really. We were looking for that stupid dog!” he points at the small puppy where it was now beside him “and we didn’t thought it was with you. We just want to clarify so we went here. Were all tired looking for him.”

“Don’t call the dog stupid!” Junmyeon piped as he pet the dog and chortles like a high school girl when the dog his fingers.

“You’re looking for Yoda? He’s yours?”

“What?” Chanyeol ask back to make it clear. Did Luhan just name his dog Yoda? “what did you name him?”

“I call him Yoda. Look at the ears.”

Chanyeol sarcastically laughs and looks at the dog “you call that Yoda! I won’t permit that! No!”

Jumyeon pouts at him but he carried the dog gently and the dog barks at Chanyeol “I think he likes his name.”

“No! Don’t ever call that Yoda! No!”

Luhan leans on his doorframe looking at Junmyeon who’s holding the dog “I think I just pick the right name.”

It was already past midnight when Baekhyun enters the mansion with a smile on his face. He’s black suit hanging on his shoulder humming an EXO song when he heard a bark coming inside. He stops from walking and sense his surroundings. And he was startled when he heard a rustling to see that it was Junmyeon walking slowly behind.

“Aha! Where do you think you’re going? It’s already past midnight!”         

Junmyeon throw his hands up in the air “I’m sorry!” he whispers “shush! Don’t talk loudly” and he covered Baekhyun’s mouth “once Yoda heard something he barks out loud. Everyone might wake up.”

“What? Yoda you said?” and Baekhyun burst out laughing imagining how on Earth Chanyeol barks at midnight. And another bark just came up again just to realize that it was actually a dog Junmyeon was talking about and not his brother.

Junmyeon took a deep breath and carried the dog in his arms “I told you not to get out of my room!”

“Well that dog seems to know who he wanted to hang out” Baekhyun pets the dog. “Night Yoda we should play tomorrow, now you should go to sleep” he waves off his hands on the dog as he take a step towards the staircase. “And goodnight to you too Junmyeon” he smiles at him gently before he starts walking again.

Junmyeon took out a deep breath before he nervously looked at the kitchen, then to Baekhyun’s back.

“Well. Looks like this dog is a blessing to me” Jongin uttered as he landed a kiss on Junmyeon’s cheek once the latter gets back.

“Jongin we should go to sleep.”

“I know” Jongin answered and that he’s thankful that the dog had stop himself from barking. He has already fallen asleep on Junmyeon’s arms. “Thanks for preparing my dinner” he whispers on Junmyeon’s ear. The older nodded dumbly but there’s something that J0ngin noticed, the tip of his ears are getting red. He chuckles before he landed a quick kiss on his lips.

Junmyeon nodded shyly for the second time before he backed away, Jongin has been getting out of the line, kissing him most of the time once he’s home. They weren’t even together yet to do this.

“You should go home early so you too could eat with your brothers together.”

Jongin look amused at the way Junmyeon slowly backed away shyly. He chuckles “yeah I’ll do that.”

“Yeah.”

“So. Goodnight?”

“Yeah” Junmyeon nodded “goodnight.”

“What about my goodnight ki—“

“Sweetdreams Jongin!”

Jongin laughs at himself, Junmyeon is so obvious he’s embarrassed as to do some things a couple do. It was only a kiss though or maybe he wasn’t really on it. “Cute.”

“Morning Princess!” Baekhyun greets Junmyeon once he saw him outside watering the plants. Junmyeon could only reply a smile. It’s been a while since Baekhyun calls him that name. “You already had your breakfast?”

“Yeah.”

“Great, so how was Luhan hyung doing?” he asked as he do some simple stretches, the edges of his lips tugs upward showing how he’s in the good mood.

“He’s doing fine now I guess.”

“Wow” Baekhyun chuckles “that was fast this time.”

The conversation was cut when a rushing Chanyeol went beside them with a small frown in his lips “that dog had been barking inside my room!” he complains to Junmyeon like a kid “And could you tie him! He ruined one of my shoes!”

Baekhyun chuckles “guess he just wants to play?”

Junmyeon and Chanyeol were forced to go at the park with the dog. It couldn’t stop waggling his tail and sometimes run which makes Junmyeon to almost stumble himself since he was the one holding the dog leash.

“See? He wants to play?” Junmyeon reminded once they freed the dog and let him play with the other dogs.

Chanyeol nodded, too busy on his phone to look at Junmyeon or at the dog. As long as it helps this dog to stop from being nuisance then it’s fine to sit at the park every 3 in the afternoon.

Junmyeon was disappointed that he didn’t get a reply. He just focuses himself watching the dog the other dog. He sighs after remembering how his own dog also his hand whenever he goes home. Now it reminds him about Byul. Maybe he should ask for a day off and visit his family.

He didn’t notice that he was already smiling and that Chanyeol was looking at him curiously.

“Miss someone?” he asked to check on him and Junmyeon just nodded dumbly as his reply.

“And you suddenly want an ice cream?” he ask again Junmyeon does the same earlier. Chanyeol couldn’t help but hide his chuckle.

“Ice cream tastes exactly like Chanyeol don’t you know?”

Junmyeon nodded repeatedly until he realized what he just ask at him, Chanyeol couldn’t help but laugh at him.

“What?” he asks obliviously, eyebrows furrowed with serious frown evidence in his face.

“So wanna eat ice cream?”

But Junmyeon was the one to buy the ice cream instead and walks to the ice cream stand murmuring something about Chanyeol. He buys something special for himself while he ordered Chanyeol a plain vanilla ice cream.

But the thing is that Chanyeol didn’t eat his ice cream and instead gave it to the little kid who’s face is so serious, too strange for his age and he’s with a girl who’m he noticed is stealing a picture at Chanyeol. Maybe she’s a fan. Well, he doesn’t care and he needs to run into where the dog was once he saw him play the blanket from a family who’s trying to bond along with their newly born baby in the mother’s hand.

“This is the most disgusting ice cream I’ve ever tasted!” the kid shouted as he take a good look on the ice cream in his hand and then look at Chanyeol who’s back from his seat already.

The kid walks towards him. Chanyeol couldn’t help but smile when he saw the kid tilting his head to meet his gaze although his serious look is so intimidating.
