This collab is actually the most vocally challenging song we've ever covered. Why? Because I couldn't find the instrumental of Byul's version, so we had to use this slower cafe-style instrumentl without any vocal guide. So we had to depend on our own sense of pitch, tempo, and beat. And for future stars, when we give you specific instructions once you get chosen for a part, PLEASE READ IT. This is to avoid having you to re-record again. Especially if there is a time constrain. 



Now, my comments will be harsh for once and more like review style. So prepare your hearts. Don't read if you're sensitive. Seriously, I've never felt this mean before >.< I apologize in advance...

Yumi: I love the jazzy vibe of your voice. Honestly, I gave you this part cause I thought it would go well with this kind of relaxing and soothing-like instrumental. 1. It would probably be better if you had time to familiarize yourself with this instrumental version. There were a lot of parts where your tempo was quite off beat and I had to edit individual syllables in some cases :p But it is hard indeed.. 2. The chorus requires a lot of proper breathing. And in your case, you were out of breath after every word. It helps to drink lots of water, do some breathing/vocal exercise first, and take a really deep breath before you start singing the part.  3. Maybe it's because there were no vocal guide, or because of the rush, but some of your notes were off-tune. Singing with instrumental only is a good exercise to really practice your hearing and sense of pitch. So keep practicing it :) 4. Next time, please be more punctual with your files. On a normal day, I can be more lineant. But since I have to catch the plane over a few hours, I can't.. lol.. So sorry if I sounded cold in the PM, cause I'm seriously rushing here. XD Overall, I like the depth of your voice that's like deeper than us and gives it a nice balance. And indeed, the jazz in your soul gives it a nice feel. I know your skills by now based on other collabs I've heard, and I know you are able to do better! :)

Winny: Thank you for rerecording your parts too. 1. I applaud you for doing those background vocals too even though I did not assign you to it. Some of them sound off though, so I only used the ones that were the right melody :p With the background vocals in this case, the "huuuu huuu huuu" all have the same pitch, but you sang every one at a different pitch XD So it would be a good practice for you to make sure they all sound the same. Take a deep breath before singing the note so that you can maintain the same pitch throughout. 2. The high harmonization you did ended up being the main melody instead. lol.. But good try :p Hahhaha.. 3. Some of your parts, especially during the "I think I love you" in the chorus was sliiiightly off. It's very subtle, but added with the harmonies, you start to hear it's slightly off. This is harder since we sang without using vocal guides. 4. Most of your parts were correct, on beat, and had the right pitch. To take it to the next level, you should add more emotions. Imagine you're singing this to Myung Soo. Enough said. :p And I like all your adlibs, they're very sweet! Thank you for joining this collab! :D

Aemi: Your parts were very well done! I especially love all of your low adlibs, it's like the perfect feel of this song. Really like those cafe style kind of songs. I love it! During the final chorus, your parts blended really well with Winny's voice :) Thank you for re-recording the last adlib, but it was still slightly off. Lol.. So I used the original. As for the low harmonization, it ended up being off-tune. Hahaha, I know you said you can't really harmonize (although it was lovely in Lovelyz's Hi~) so I thank you for trying. Keep practicing it! You can do it! :D

Melody: I can comment on myself and rip myself apart too, cause I know I had a lot of off-tune moments in this song too. But, you stars can do that for me. :p

Anyway, I think this is a self-reflection time for me to be less ambitious XD So in the future, I shall open less collabs. I hope you all like this collab!
