A small figure walked silently on an empty street. It was dark and the street light was only his guide. If people could see him, he would look like a normal boy aged 5. Yet, no one could see him, he made sure of that. Using his power, he blended the air around him to camouflage himself.

There’s always first to everything and today was his first day to school. It was a special school for special child like him. They would be taught how to adjust and adapt with the world when they grew up.

“Hi!” a voice almost made him jump. He never expected someone could see him through his illusion, well, besides his parents. He stared at another boy around his age who greeted him.

“I’m Jung Yunho, nice to meet you,” the boy introduced himself.

“…I’m Kim Jaejoong,” he answered as Yunho comfortably walked next to him. Jaejoong was amazed how friendly Yunho acted but he didn’t really mind. Both of them were wearing red uniform; a sign of a new student.

“Today is my first day to go to school too and I’m so excited,” Yunho spoke as Jaejoong could feel Yunho’s warm breath on his cheek. It was so warm as Jaejoong wondered if Yunho had a fever.

“Oh, your ears look so cute by the way, never seen one like you,” Yunho continued as Jaejoong blushed. Before Jaejoong could talk back, he was pulled by Yunho toward a small building. Yet, as the door was opened, a long hall greeted them. It was another illusion to hide their school and their true nature from the world after all.
