We take the late flight back to Souel.  Although we were alone, we did not speak.  He didn’t even look at me, except for once.  It was when I was about to go to sleep on the airplane.  I was getting tired so I decided to close my eyes.  But right before my eyes were completely shut, I witnessed a glimpse of Jung Yong Hwa looking at me.  His eyes full of hurt and sadness.

We make it to our dorm complex. He walked into his dorm and shuts the door behind him.  I walk towards mine. 

“Mor Ri noona?”  I hear from behind me.

It’s Kang Minhyuk.

“Minhyuk,” I say completely surprised.

“Noona….” he says as he walks over to me and holds me in a big embrace.  “Noona, where have you been?” he asks.

“Jeju Island,” I reply.  Not wanting to get into detail.

“Come, let’s go into your dorm and we can talk,” he says as he gently leads me to my room.  We go in and he leads me to the couch.  As I sit, he goes into my bedroom and returns with a blanket.  He sits on the farthest side of the couch.  “Noona, wrap yourself with this blanket and lay your head on my lap,” he says as he gestures me to lie down.

I hesitantly do what he tells me to do.   “Minhyuk…”

“Shh, you can tell me whatever you want to tell me after you take a rest,” he gently says.

After hearing those sweet and kind words, I fell asleep.
