"Aunt Taeyeon, what's happening??" The twins head to Taeyeon who saw them waiting outside of the emergency room. They were crying vehemently, and Yoona is worried as hell. Jessica slipped and passed out, not to help that she's a little feverish the last night.

"I hope so. Mommy is strong, isn't she?" Explained her before wiping off Soyou's tears that's replaced by another batch anyway, and patting Nath's head who's hugging her leg and sobbing there "Yoong … What happened?" 
 
"I—I don't know unnie …" She bit her lip. She badly wants to cry, but she wanted to be strong for the 4 of them "She was on the floor and bleeding profusely when I saw her then she passed out" 
 
"What relation do you have with the patient?" The nurse asked her 
 
"Wife. Why? How is she??" 
 
"We need to perform the operation, and your decision is needed on who will we save; the baby or your wife" 
 
"What?" Yoona's heart sank to the bottom. Why is she going to choose? Why? No. She won't do so 
 
"We need to perform the operation. If you choose your wife, then the doctors will do anything to save her. And if you choose the baby, we'd pull her out prematurely" 
 
"Can't they save both?!!" She was infuriated. Why must she choose? How is that different at all? 
 
"They will, if they can. But you need to fill this up and allowing us to proceed with the operation" 
 
"Can you give me time?" 
 
"We have to do the operation now or we'll lose both" 
 
She aghastedly turned to Taeyeon as if asking who she'll choose but Taeyeon could only look at her with sorry look and doesn't want to interfere in the decision making.
