I was having my ice cream still thinking about the stuffs that happened today. I'm actually pretty sad about it. It's a mix feelings. Then a lady took the vacant seat in front of mine and pointed out to the logo of this retro ice cream shop which is "Share a seat, find a friend"

"Rough day?" She asked

"I guess you can put it up that way" I answered as I'm still eating my ice cream

"Why?"

"I lost my job because someone stole my coffee away" I honestly opened up to this lady in front of me. She seems friendly though.

"EHHHH?! You lost your job because of a coffee?" She shockingly asked after her audible gulp

"Yeah. But why do you seem affected? It's not like you're the one who lost the job"

"I .. I'm really sorry."

"Huh? For what?"

"I'm the one who caused you to lost your job and the one who stole your coffee away" She said as she was poking her ice cream with her spoon not even facing me.

"Ah! You're the one in the hood this early morning?"

"Yeah."

"Thank you." I gleed without sarcasm in it

"Huh?" She asked lifting up her head with that confused look. 

"I said, Thank you."

"For what? I'm the one who caused you to lose your job."

"And that's why I'm thankful to you."

"You're thanking me because you lost your job?"

"Hmm!"

"Are you trying to be sarcastic or?"

"No. I really mean it. That job of mine is in New York which is too far from my sister "

"If you work in New York, how come you're here in South Korea?"

"We we're assigned to see the trend here and how the style differs back there. I love my job though and I've been working in that company for 5 years. So after job hours, I would find a job here then would eventually resign from my work there in NY"

"Witty."

"And as someone stole my coffee away this morning, someone offered me a job in his apparel. "

"So, I wasn't the one that caused you to lose your job but rather I helped you to find one?"

"Yes. That's why I said that I'm thankful to you"

"I see."

"How about your day? How's your day?"

"Just normal. Had my make-up done, go filming then I happen to crave for ice cream that's why I saw you here"

"Filming?"

"I'm an actress"

"No way."

"I really am. "

"But, you already know how do I look like?" Okay this is creepy. Does she have a photographic memory or anything? Because there's no way that she could remember my face already while I barely saw her

"Of course. Your face was priceless when you stood but then saw your coffee being taken by someone"

"How sure are you that it's me?"

"You're the only one in the cafe waiting for an order and I happen to see you before I entered the restroom."
