Jessica was laying down in her bed just rolling around like the usual. She browsed her pictures as she was going to upload one when she saw her selca with Yoona. The one she uploaded with "Happy Birthday to my little rascal Yoona jjuk"

 

"Unnie, Unnie, Sica-unnie!"

"Eung?"

"I looked at the pictures we just took"

"And?"

"It's cute! Come, see it for yourself too"

"When is there a time that we're not cute?" Jessica asked as a joke but Yoona smiled brightly at her so she didn't manage to add the 'Just kidding'

"Look look look! We're so cute. And plus, you're not as small hehe. Thanks to the heels and me for balancing you out" Yoona excitedly pointed out to the monitor

"I can stand on my own you know. The director just told you to hold me because it's part of the concept"

"Still. Plus, even if the director tells otherwise, i'll sill hold you in the waist"

"Pft. I'm going to the waiting room. I'm hungry" Jessica informed already done having a good look of the pic they took just awhile ago. She always do that on every photoshoot. It just happens that Yoona was so excited to invite her to view it.

"Okay! Let's go out and eat. Your treat"

"You asked me out but i'm the one who's gonna treat?"

"Just tteokbokki"

"Let's do that"

"You're sharing your share of food with me, right?"

"I always do"

"And that's why you're my favorite unnie"

"Just because i share my food to you" Jessica sighed with a pout

"No! You're really my favorite unnie" Yoona pinched her cheeks and Jessica's pout was replaced with a smile

"Let's take a selca first"

"Look at this unnie. Starstrucked with me again"

"Look at this dongsaeng, conceited again"

"I'll smile like how you usually do"

"Me too me too! We'll look like twins"

"Yeah! Just like the one we had in the airplane"

They smiled and Jessica snapped it. Indeed, Yoona smiled just like Jessica's and they looked like twins. They already have one where they posed alike. The time when they were paired up to seat beside each other in the airplane. The time Jessica claimed her as her Airplane Buddy. Possessive, isn't she?

 

"Are you doing well? I hope you wouldn't get to be invited in a show like Happy Shares Company. I know it's for a good cause but you also starved during that time" Jessica mumbled while still looking at the pic. She could only caress Yoona's cheek in the picture but she badly want to do it personally and also to hear about how the choding is doing

 

Yoona wasn't allowed to eat her own share of food. All she can have is what the others can't finish. It was part of the show.

"Yoong, hurry and come inside" Jessica came out to call Yoona to eat. She's not happy that they were eating while Yoona is outside waiting for them to finish eating. Or maybe no one is "I like this one, i don't like this one" to her. Yoona always gives Jessica what she don't like and took what she likes from Jessica

Yoona went inside to look at what she could have. Jessica gave her the share she had that has an half bowl of rice and mix-up of side-dishes.

"This is just your share?" She asked whispering

"Yeah. The others is so hungry too so there were no leftovers."

"How about you?"

"I'll eat later"

"Bring me with you"

"Okay! Eat now and finish filming"

So Yoona headed out to film again. Jessica even defended Yoona from Kangin who wants to take some from Yoona's share. She know it too well how the performance tired them out.

 

 

Jessica stood up and went to the fridge to drink water and yet she was reminded of her moments with Yoona, again.

 

"You're sick again" Yoona pouted checking Jessica's temperature

"I'll be fine" Jessica assured her

"I know. You have to drink your meds, okay?"

"I don't want"

"I'll buy you ice cram afterwards"

"Why are you bribing me?"

"It's hard make you drink your meds" Yoona pouted more "I managed to make you take it before without bribing you"

"But i don't want ice cream"

"Ehh? What do you want?"

"Your chicken stew!"

"Then, i'll go to the market after you take this meds. Let's have chicken stew for dinner"

"Where's the water then?"

"Oh yeah" Yoona slapped her own forehead. How could she forget that one? "Wait, i'll go get it"

Later that night, Yoona really did cook the chicken stew Jessica wanted. Yoona makes the best chicken stew according to Jessica or rather, according to soshi.

 

"I miss your chicken stew" Jessica sighed before heading to the couch to watch whatever is showing in the random channel she happened to stop by

"Can't i visit you now? Even just 5 minutes?" A message came in from Yoona that she leaves unreplied like the usual. Yoona always wanted to give her a visit but she's just not ready yet. What if she sees Yoona and the way she misses the latter would fade but what if its time to leave again? Isn't that more painful than the latter? "I miss you"

"I miss you too. But we can't meet. I'm sorry" She mumbled to herself locking her cellphone not minding the choding's message

 

30 minutes have passed and a message came in again

 

"How about now?"

 

*30 minutes*

 

"Now?"

 

"Usual cafe. See you in 15 minutes" Was her reply. It was torturing her. She misses Yoona. Yoona misses her back. And with that, she found no reason to make this hard for the both of them.

She changed from her favorite 'long johns' to a dress before heading out. That usual cafe she referred to is the cafe where they coincidentally met each other but soon turned to be their usual and favorite cafe. It's also convinient whether at dorm or at their own home

"Did i forget something?" She scanned what she brought first before stepping out of her unit. When she's satisfied that she brought everything, she stepped out and got welcomed by a bump from someone. She was going to give a tantrum but when she realize who bumped her, makes her eyes dwell up. Instead of a glare, she hugged the girl. It was already Yoona waiting for her on the front door

"You finally replied" Yoona whisped hugging her tightly. So tight that she felt what have been broken to her is being fixed. A type of hug that was enough to let her longing go away

"I miss you too" Jessica voiced out while her tears flow freely from her eyes "I'm sorry it took me so long"

"Don't be sorry. What matters now is that i'm here, seeing you again"

"But, I told you that we'll meet at the usual place. What are you doing here?"

"Why? I'm here the moment i messaged you"

"You've been here for an hour?!" Jessica asked pulling away from the hug

"I guess?"

"Really?!"

"Hmm. Let's go now. It's quick service. I picked you up so we can go together."

"Why did you do that?"

"In case that you say yes to my first message"

The two went to the cafe. A White Chocolate drink is on the table while silence is occupying the time that they stayed there.

"I'm actually upset to you. But, i miss you more than it."

"I know, that's why i'm sorry"

"Not that. I can understand why you ignored my messages since the start. But rather, i'm doubting myself if i'm trustable or not. I feel like i can't be trusted at all"

Jessica bit her lips. She know what Yoona is talking about. It was said the last time they actually had the time to meet each other. "It's not that ... I trust you. Did i blame you?"

"You didn't utter any word. 'I'm not fine' 'It hurts' 'Don't worry' 'It'll be fine' You could've said that. You could've told me those things. It would mean a lot to me"

"What about you? Don't you trust me? When i took my silence, does that mean i blamed you and not trusting you with what you said? How about me then?"

"I trust you and just like i said, i can understand why you're not messaging me. But on that day, that day, next day, next next week, until you release your final words. I didn't receive any message from you. How can i not be upset? I'm even the one who told you things, weeks before the incident"

"Didn't? I left a message in your table. I, at least did that. Because i know that things would get complicated."

"Message?"

"Yes. A letter i left for you. It was inserted in the book you're reading that time. I didn't know this is all we're going to talk after a long time. It's been 5
