"Miss Jung, I'll go ahead" A girl clad in formal attire bade her goodbye to Jessica who's eyes is fixated to the monitor in front of her.

"Take care. Please close the door as you leave" She remarked and the  girl bowed before closing the door and leaving the office. It was the end of her shift anyway.

 

 

"Ahh, Finally" She smiled as she stretches her arm and leaning back to the swivel chair she's sitting on. She then went to the liquor cabinet and took a whiskey for her to drink.

"How are you, my love?" She asked into thin air, shaking the whiskey on her hold as she view the skyscrapers from her office

There was a knock on her door, which she finds oddly weird. She thought that everybody had left since her secretary already bade her goodbye - who is always the last person to do so, and also telling Jessica that everybody has left already.

"Come in" She invited the person knocking on her door and soon a slender girl with doe eyes entered. Oh, It's Yoona. Her little rascal. "What can I do to help you?" Asked her before taking the whiskey in one go

"Are you busy?"

"No, Why?"

"Can I invite you to eat?" Yoona paused, unsure of what answer will she receive. Will it be a rejection or not? She's tensed at whatever the outcome may be.

"Sure"

"Sure?"

"Yeah, Sure." She confirmed her answer by taking her bag and heading for the door.

 

 

Their walk on the way to the restaurant was awkward and quiet. Jessica don't know what to say while Yoona doesn't know where she should start

"Let's not walk here" Yoona suddenly tugged Jessica's hand, making her gasp shortly

"Why?"

"I just don't want to"

"But we've always walked here"

"Exactly" Yoona answered. Jessica was going to retort back, but backed it off when she looked up and saw sadness in Yoona's eyes.

"Okay"

They ended up going the other way towards the restaurant they're heading to.

 

"I ..." Yoona tried to start a conversation in the middle of the meal. Jessica hummed as she looks up to meet Yoona's gaze after taking the steak fo
