I wasn't sure if it was the things Yifan told me, or the nightmare I had on the plane ride that caused this eerie feeling in the pit of my stomach. I was extremely aware of all my surroundings the moment I stepped off the plane. I became extremely paranoid when we entered the lobby of the airport, and we were swarmed by fans. On any other day I'd be extremely happy and interactive with them, but that dream was scarred into my memory. I took caution walking, and would look through the crowd for anything suspicious. I once made eye contact  with a tall man that stood behind the rest of the crowd. He smiled at me before I lost him in the crowd. I wanted to be at the hotel as soon as possible, and even then I wasn't sure how safe I'd feel.

The images of my dream seemed so real that I woke up in such a panicked state. All the blood and death I witnessed in the dream world was impactful. Once we reached the van I felt a little better until I saw that same man walk passed the van. Once we reached the hotel I went directly into my assigned room. We were given three hours to ourselves before we had to meet at the lobby, so we could head to the venue for rehearsal. I layed on the bed starring at the ceiling trying to decipher what exactly the dream meant. I didn't notice exactly when my body fell into a sleeping state, and it happened again this time a little different:

I awoke in the middle of a dark forest drenched in what I thought was water. I began to hear snarling coming from different directions of the forest. Then all of a sudden I felt as hot breath on the nape of my neck. I turned carefully to my right to see a giant wolf baring its canine teeth as it growled angrily at me. Then I turned back into the forest to witness 11 other pairs of glowing red eyes emerging from the darkness were more giant wolves growling and snarling in anger. My breathing becomes unevened as they begin to form a circle. I want to run but my body is paralyzed on the ground. In one swift movement the wolf that was once behind me leaped over my body, and I soon realized I wasn't their target. The wolf circle kept enclosing on whatever was in the center. Their threatening growls just growing louder.

Then a loud piercing evil laugh can be heard, and I can finally see a wounded man in the center of the pack. He made eye contact with, and I recognized the man with the evil smirk. "It's all her fault!" Sunny cried out. "Little brother can't you see what a witch she is! She's in your head controlling you."  The biggest wolf snapped at Sunny almost taking off his arm. Sunny let out a bitter laugh. "But today you're on my side right?" He asked the giant wolf which suddenly stopped baring his teeth to Sunny, and nuzzled him instead along with the other wolves. Sunny smiled the most demonic like smile redirecting his attention to me. He waved at me as if bidding farewell. He whispered something into the giant wolf's ear. The wolf turned to me snappy its feline teeth at me, and soon all the wolves' snarls and growls were for me. The wolves began to sprint towards me.

Run Minzy! Run! I wanted to I really tried, but my body wouldn't move. All I did was claw at the wet ground. I shielded my face as the wolf was about to rip me to shreds, but the fatal bite never came. Instead a loud shot wrang, and the heavy weight of the wolf collapsed on top of me.

That evil laugh resonated through the grounds again. I looked around the wolf, and saw Sunny holding a smoking gun. "Still so naive little brother."  He spat. The other wolves made as complete 360 turn now running after the fugitive who shot the pack leader. The wolf atop of me began to whimper in pain.

His eyes stared directly into mine.Those beautiful brown orbs seemed so familiar to me. The wolf let out another painful howl before his wolf like features became human, and my heart writhed in pain at the sight of the man in my arms. I held on tight to his wounded, bleeding body.

"No baby, no..." my hand caressed his face which was rapidly losing color, and my tears seemed like waterfalls cascading down my cheeks. "Stay with me...look at me...don't fall asleep..." He opened his tired eyes, and looked at me. He gave me a weak smile, and said weakly, "Don't cry my beautiful superstar." His body soon became limp in my arms.

"No!" My body jolted up to an upright position. Beads of sweat trickled down my forehead and neck. This wasn't right my mind was conveying evil messages to me, and I wasn’t sure what it was trying to tell me. I couldn’t help but curl up in a ball and cry my fears away.

The rehearsal and concert were more of a blur than anything else. It was as if I was there physically but not mentally. After the concert everyone decided to go out and eat, but I declined the offer remembering Yifan’s words about unnecessary outings. However, sitting in the room alone made me regret my decision. With every little sound I grew frightened, and  sleeping was off the table because I didn't want to have another bad dream. So, I just lay there in my bed fighting sleep, and hoping to hear from Yifan. I really tried to stay awake, but the fatigue from the concert was stronger than my will. I must have drifted off to sleep because when I awoke I was no longer in the hotel room. I was in that same forest. No! Minzy Wake Up! Wake Up! My subconsciousness screamed at me, but no such thing happened. I relived that nightmare. I held his bleeding body in my arms, and it all felt so real. When I finally awoke I was in tears, and I screamed when I saw a dark shadow from the room approach me. The shadow was quick to trap me in its embrace, and cover my mouth in order to muffle my screams as I tried fighting him off.

“Hey, hey it’s just me calm down. Minzy look at me.” the shadow said. My body stopped jerking as soon as I heard his voice. There was enough light coming through the windows that I was able to see his handsome face. He was finally here. Seeing him well and alive I began to cry again as I kneeled on the bed meeting his height, and taking him into my embrace. I hugged him like I had never hugged him before. He stood at the edge of the the bed holding me too. We stayed like that for a long time just holding eachother as if there was no tomorrow. “Can you tell me what’s going on?” he finally spoke breaking the embrace to get a closer look at my face.

“I don’t want to talk about it. I don’t want to relive it.” I said. I sensed his body tense up when I said it.

“What happened Minzy?” he said with more urgency. “Did he come near you? What did he do to you?” he held me by my arms and began inspecting me to see if any damage was done. I shook my head no he had it all wrong.

“No, no. I haven’t came across him or anything like that.” I stated.

“Then why are you crying. What happened?”

“I’m just happy you’re here. I’m happy you’re alive. Don’t ever leave me.” I took his face and kissed him passionately. His face looked really confused when we parted lips, so I decided to explain exactly why I was a wreck. We layed on my bed, and I explained that horrible nightmare while he wrapped in his arms and blankets.

“Hmm” he said when I was done. “Interesting.” he began to laugh. I quickly sat up his hands falling off of me, angry at his response. He noted the anger on my face, and was quick to defend himself, “Minzy c’mon wolves?”

“You died!” I spat at him throwing the blanket that was around my shoulders in his face. I didn’t want to look at his stupid smirk. “What if I was the one that died? Would you have laughed then too?” He quickly removed the blanket from his face, his smirk completely gone, and a dead serious, angry facial expression replaced it. He quickly entrapped me under him saying, “Don’t ever say anything like that ever again. You will never die as long as I’m alive. You understand?” He spoke through gritted teeth. “Now c’mon.” he said pulling me up as he layed down, so I would land on top of him. “You need some rest, so go to sleep.” I got off of him and scooted to the other side of the bed turning my back to him. I heard him sigh,but he let me be.

“Minzy.... Minzy… Minzy.” I kept hearing someone whisper as they gently tried to awaken me. My eyes fluttered open and tried to readjust themselves to the darkness of the room. I look over at Yifan who is looking at me. “Get up. We’re going somewhere.” he smiles.

“What time is it?” I asked groggily.

“5 a.m. Hurry or we’ll miss it.” he responded pulling me out of the bed and handing me a light sweater to cover up the slight chill of the early morning.

“Where are we going?”

“To one of my favorite places. Leehom would take me there when we’d come to Indonesia. I haven’t visited the place in forever.”

“What if someone sees us leaving the apartment?”

“I already made my round through the hotel. We’re all clear, so let’s go.” he said as we exited the hotel room.

♚♚♚

“What are we doing here?” I asked as he pulled up to a mountain/ cliff of some sort.

“Close your eyes.” he said as we exited the car.

“Why? You’re not going to push me off the cliff are you?” I laughed as he put his hands over my eyes, so I couldn’t see. We stayed like that for about a minute or two.

“Ready?” he asked as I shook my head yes in response. “Look.” he said removing his hands. I looked out before the horizon and gasped at mother nature's beauty before me. The sun was peeking out, and the sky was painted in the most beautiful water color mess of oranges, yellows, and reds. The colors reflected against the body of water below creating even more wondrous pictures. “It’s beautiful isn’t it?” he whispered into my ear, as he gave me a back hug. Together we watched the sun fully immerse into the sky.

We were back on the road soon after, so I could get back to the hotel before anyone noticed my disappearance. However, something felt awfully wrong because Yifan suddenly made a right turn that I don’t remember seeing on the way to the cliff. He began to speeding on the road all the while looking into the rearview mirror.

“What’s going on?” I asked looking out the rear window to see four other cars hot on our trail, and another quick turn was taken before the first shot was fired towards us. I couldn’t help but scream in horror as more shots began rain.

“Minzy look at me baby.” he said. “I’m going to need you to be strong ok? Everything is going to be fine. Make yourself as small as possible and fit yourself into the leg room. Cover your head.” He instructed, but my mind was not registering anything as all I heard was the firing of guns and shatterings of windows. “Minzy get down now!” he yelled, and I unbuckled myself and fell into the leg space of the passenger seat covering my head. I saw Yifan pick up a radio that was connected to the car like the ones cop cars have. “Does anybody copy” he spoke into the radio “I’m being ambushed by Sunny’s people! I got four cars on my trail. I need back up. I need back up now!” He let go of the radio in his hand to grab ahold of his gun and began shooting back at the cars behind us.

“Where are you?” A voice replied back through the radio. “Tell me your coordinates!” I then recognized Suho’s voice. Yifan then proceeded to say letters accompanied by numbers into the radio. “Got it! I’m heading there now.  Are you alone?” Suho asked.

“No... Minzy is with me.” Yifan looked down at me giving me a pitiful and guilty look as I cried crouched down. There was silence on the end for a while. “Try keeping them off your back. We’ll be waiting to ambush them 10 miles away from where you are now. Can you keep them off for that long?”

“I’ll sure as hell try.” he responded letting go of the radio to shoot again. “Agh! ing s!” he screamed in pain. I looked at him his arm was now bleeding. I began to get up to aid him, but he scolded me, “Stay down! It’s just another beauty scar.” he smiled as he pressed harder on the gas. More shots were heard and more glass from the window fell on me. I suddenly felt a stinging pain on my leg then another one on the side of my body, and again another. I touched the stinging areas, and when I looked at my hand it was covered in blood. Yifan looked at my hand in horror as he reloaded his gun and began shooting out the passenger window. The car began to swivel as I felt the passenger begin to push against my body. Yifan jerked the steering wheel to steer the car the other way from the impact of the enemies car. “Stay with me Minzy… look at me… don’t fall asleep… We’ll be safe and sound in a little bit.”

“Where are you?” The voice in the radio commanded.

“I’m almost there another mile.”

“We see you. Don’t forget to turn right.” The car began to shriek against the pavement then it began to jerk left and right. My head flew back and forth hitting the passenger door and gears of the car.

“Minzy’s been shot! They just ing popped my tire!”

“Quit panicking! You’re almost here!” I felt the car take another right turn, and then the shots being fired roared both ways. I suddenly felt another sting on my back making it hard for me to breath. The world suddenly turned black and quiet.
