"This...this isn't true. You're...you're...Devil."

My patience grew thin as I waited and waited after successfully struggling those murmuring out of my clotted system, yet he kept his view glued to the crowd for as long as I remembered, which might seemed longer than it really was, given the one statement that had caused all chaos to the timeline and working clock in my brain.

"Well, I told you...I don't really like that name, but it's still better than Jungmin ssi, Jungmin ssi. How annoying." He snorted.

Then, it dawned on me. I was tricked, again. There's no such thing as lookalikes. It had always been him, hadn't it? Shin Hyeonrin, how long more are you going to keep being stupid?

"There's really no need to blame yourself, you have no idea how grateful I am to have met you. You're my fate, my luck." Everything was delivered with almost a straight face and demeanor, but somehow, I could still capture the mocking. He really had a way of making me feel guilty and angered by my own stupidity.

"I...I didn't lost. Hyesung oppa is happily married to Eunji unnie. They got married before this day ended." I tried my best to remain calm, even as my knuckles have went red from holding my fist too tight.

"In case you forgot, I said to have his heart set on a woman, not to have him marrying one."

"Oppa married Eunji unnie because he loves her. Does that need to be explained?"

"Oh really...we'll see. But our deal is still ongoing, just to remind you. There's no turning back." The words sent me through waves of shiver once again, even when I should've been used to it already. No, I'd never be able to get used to this. Why should I?

"Get lost and stop pretending to be someone you're not, you Devil." I muttered in anger, a little too loud although no one was really around that nearby, all busy swarming the wedded couple.

"Ouf, try not to be too loud, or people will definitely think you're crazy. Besides, Jungmin is quite a cute name. I like it. Although the style is so gay, I guess...we all have the inner child in us. Playing dress up is fun. Don't you enjoy it too? Wearing kind, innocent dress on the outside, and wishing for something else deep down?"

"I..." I stammered, no...he wanted this. I couldn't let myself rattle in oppa's ceremony. I couldn't let myself rattle in front of him. He wanted that to happen. I couldn't...even if his accusation that began to more and more felt fitting to describe myself was causing me to be more and more frustrated and disturbed.

"I didn't lost. You can't do anything to Hyesung oppa. And stop talking to me."

"What? But I thought we're..."

"Yah, what are you still doing here? They're tossing the bouquet outside. Eunji's looking for you. Go take your friend here, outside." 

My eyes fluttered shut for a second. That word stung, like a swash of black paint poured over the Sun leaving stain and darkness that were inerasable. Stain. Gloom. Dirt. Anger. Regrets. Unwashable.

Though I was still thankful for her interference.

"Hear that? She described us perfectly." He leaned closer but contrary to my assumption, he didn't stop there. I wished he had. I so wish he had. How come these wishes never come true while the ones I never really meant always did?

"Come to think of it...friend,..." I flinched again, at the word, it made my head dizzy, but I fought to not let it show. "...I think I like the colour red more than I like green. Red is more...commanding,...bold,...alluring, ...fierce,...sassy,...y...spicy,..."

He's just sick and I had no needs to continue listening to his psychotic speech.

"...and it really fits well on Hyuna ssi."

I froze in my tracks. And I could only give him a sideway glance, that didn't even reach him. Then Hyuna unnie walked past, still busy talking to some visitor I couldn't even register at that moment. Indeed, Hyuna unnie wore a vibrant candy apple red dress that hugged all her curves right down to her knees, with her curled black hair simply swept to one side, and she looked like a Hollywood movie star walking down the red carpet...I guess, Hyuna unnie never hold back in dressing up to the nines even though she's already effortlessly gorgeous. And in fact, everything described, fitted her well. It almost made me feel that red was invented for people like Hyuna unnie. 

But how accurate the description of the colour matches Hyuna unnie wasn't the problem. It was the fact that he just mentioned Hyuna unnie, in a very disturbing interest, Jungmin...no, I meant, the Devil. Right after he tried to taunt me with Hyesung oppa, even though he was the one who failed. 

He was expecting me to get mad, I could feel it. And when I get mad, or bothered, I would end up in another stupid agreement. I may be stupid, but I'm learning. So, I simply quickened my steps to catch up to Hyuna unnie. Not looking back even once, again.

"Hyeonrin-ah, I'm going to throw my bouquet now, catch it!"

"Unnie, but I don't want to get married yet!"

Somebody else caught it, probably one of Seungah unnie's guest, since Seungah unnie went and give her a slap on the hip as she dangled the flowers in Seungah unnie's face and laughed. Thankfully I was too distracted to even try getting the bouquet. It was the last thing I'd want now. Sorry, Eunji unnie.

"Yah, Hyeonrin-ah, why didn't you catch it?" She sulked, playfully.

"Uhm..."

"Hyunnie is just not the type to fight with other people for something. She's too nice for it." A stalk of rose pushed its way into the cage of my fingers. It was pale green. I glared up, but he already made his way to the others, handing a stalk of rose to each of Seungah unnie, Hyuna unnie and Eunji unnie. 

"Ommo...blue rose...where did you even get it? This is so pretty, thank you." Seungah unnie beamed and admired the flower in her hand, though it didn't take long for her smile to falter and replaced by a small pout, her eyes directed towards our neighbour's house.

"Wha...even I still get one? What is this for? I'm already married, Jungmin ssi."

"Every lady of the house deserves a rose on such a joyous occassion. Especially, the bride."

"You're just so sweet, Jungmin ssi! I feel like we're a family already. Can I hug you for being such a sweetie pie? Besides, you're my husband's juni
