New World
Runaway Angel
“We’re all done.” BamBam informed.
Mark nodded, “Good.” He looked at his six comrades, friends, and brothers. “Are you guys ready to go? If you guys want to step down from the mission, now is the time.”
The GOT7 angels looked at each other before turning to Mark.
“Mark, we know that you want Princess Dahee to yourself, but we’re talking about our title here.” Jackson joked.
Mark cracked a smile as he shook his head, “Still joking when we’re about to go on an important mission, huh?”
Jackson chuckled and shrugged, “Humor doesn’t hurt. It lightens up the mood.”
Youngjae nodded, “I have to agree with Jackson.”
JB shook his head, “You two need to stop playing around. This is an important mission.”
Jackson and Youngjae turned to look at each other before turning to back Mark. “Sorry.” They apologized.
Mark shook his head, “It’s okay. Since we’re all done here, we need to go.”
GOT7 nodded.
“We’re really going to there?” Yugyeom peered over the cliff.
Mark nodded, “We have to if we want to find Princess Dahee.”
“Mark, I just noticed that you say ‘Princess Dahee’ very casually. Like there’s no awkwardness when you say it.” Jackson stated.
The angel warrior turned to look at his comrade with his brows pinched together, “What do you mean?”
“I mean you and the princess have been friends since diapers so having to call her ‘Princess Dahee’, isn’t it weird?” Jackson asked with a brow raised.
Mark raised a brow, “Why are you suddenly bringing this up? I thought we already had this talk two years ago when we all became angel warriors.”
Jackson shrugged, “It’s just a question. No need to get offensive.”
“Okay, okay. How about we pay attention to the mission, okay?” JB stepped up between the two angel warriors.
Mark heaved a sigh as he turned to look at the thick clouds where Dahee disappeared in.
It was silent in the Blue Forest. No animals were out making any noise. It was like they knew something was going on so they stayed inside the protection of their homes.
“Is it safe?” BamBam suddenly blurted.
The other six angel warriors turned to look at him.
“Is it safe? How would we know? None of us has gone there before.” Youngjae retorted.
BamBam rolled his eyes as he turned to look at Mark, “What are we going to do now?”
Mark rotated his jaw, “We have to go down there.”
JR gasped, “Like right now? Right now right now? Can’t we go later…when it’s not so scary? Or maybe…never?”
Mark shot him a sharp look. JR swallowed and cowered back a little in his spot.
“We have to go. This is Princess Dahee we’re talking about. It’s our job to protect her.” Mark looked out at the thick clouds again. He turned to his six comrades, his friends.
“Are you guys ready?” He asked.
GOT7 looked at each other before turning to Mark. They all nodded their heads with brave smiles on their faces.
Mark smile proudly seeing them smile.
“Let’s go.” He declared.
“Wow.” The angel warriors looked around in awe.
“These lights are so pretty.” BamBam beamed.
Yugyeom nodded in agreement, “They sure are.”
“This new world is definitely something.” JB looked at the cars that whisked past the seven angel warriors.
“Cars?! They have cars!” JR grinned from ear to ear.
“There are so many people walking around.” Jackson frowned.
“How are we ever going to find Princess Dahee in this crowd?” Youngjae asked.
“It’s been a day since the princess has escaped, so she could actually be anywhere.” Mark answered looking around in hope of at last getting a glimpse of Dahee.
“Oh! There’s a river!” BamBam ran towards the river.
“Wow!” Yugyeom beamed as he and BamBam ran down the steps to see the river.
The other angel warriors followed them not wanting to lose their two youngest members in a new world that they didn’t know anything about.
“Yah, don’t get lost. We don’t have time to find the two of you.” Jackson scolded.
