I’m mature. I’m wise.  I’m a good girl.  I’m responsible.  I’m reliable.  I’m loyal.  I have my own style. I’m pretty funny.  I have good taste. I’m a good friend.

BUT I DO NOT HAVE A LOVER.
Boyfriend, significant other, honey, sweetie pie, pumpkin, baby, my beau, my prince charming, my knight in shining armor.
I have none of the above.

And I keep telling myself that there is not one reason to why I do not have a boyfriend, but I know why.

It is because I am fat.
There is no use trying to say that I’m not obese, or that I’m just a little larger and chubbier than those slender models, because in the end, I am fat.  The end.  Finish.
So you’re probably thinking…why the hell am I drowning in self-pity?
I mean, being larger only means that there is more to love.

But you see…if you are 19, on the brink of going on your 2nd decade of life, you need to be kind of scared.  Especially if you have no boyfriend.  Or any potentials for that matter.
