Rachel

Finito (maybe Reposts and Continuations on on tumblr!!)

“Get your hands off of me!” I shout at the men pulling me by the arms. “I said. GET.OFF.OF.ME!”  I scream yanking my arms free. I storm down the corridors and  halls, dodging waiters and waitresses and a bunch of drunken people. This was no accident and it definitely wasn’t a coincidence. This was planned from the beginning and Joon was a part of it? How could I be so stupid? I force myself through chief’s guards and push the doors open so hard that they bang against the walls. Chief smiles when I enter and looks directly at Joon who somehow made it here before me. He knew this would happen and that only fed into my anger. I grab the glass of water from in front of him and shoot it in his face. “You ! Why’d you pull me in if you already had what you wanted?! Wasn’t I the bait to get Joon here? If he’s been here all along why did you keep me here?! What more can I do?!” Before I know it, his guards are practically tackling me. “Get off of me!” I snap. Chief kindly wipes his face with a towel and motions for his guards to back away. “You’re bolder than I thought.” He laughs. I glare at him, breathing heavily. “What do you want?” I ask him. He smiles. “I’m not quite sure yet, but I know I need you to get it.” He says. “Oh! And Joon here of course.” He adds.  I scoff. “What can someone who betrayed his own brothers do for you? You think you could trust him?” I ask angrily. Chief shrugs. “We’ll have to find that out ourselves, now won’t we?” he replies. “Then you’re just as stupid as I thought.” I snarl. Joon gets up from his seat and stands to face me, arms crossed. “What do you know? What gives you the right to speak on what I do?” he snaps. “Are you really talking to me right now? What gives you the right to even look at me?” I ask him. He scoffs. “What makes you so special to look at?” he snaps. Was he really getting hot with me after what he’s done? I slap him across the face and glare at him. “I’m not special, but you know what? You’re less than that. You betrayed your own brothers. People who gave and will give ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to protect you!” “Shut up. You don’t know anything.” Joon says through gritted teeth. “You’re a jerk and nothing will ever change that.” I add. I wanted to hurt him in every way possible. I wanted to throw every curveball I could, but I’d needed way more time. At first Joon didn’t say anything, instead he turns his head towards chief. “If I were you, I’d put her back in her place.” Chief grins. Joon exhales, grabbing me by the arm and pulling me out of the room.

When we’re alone he drops my arm. “You just don’t know when to stop do you?” he asks. I don’t even look at him. To think that I tried to help him….to think that I DATED him. Uuughh. “You make me sick.” I reply. “Yeah? Well I don’t feel too good about you either. Don’t you know that if he wanted, when he wanted, he could kill you?” Joon asks. “Just like you could put me in my place, huh?” I ask. Joon closes his eyes and takes a deep breath like he does when trying to calm himself down.  “I’m putting up with your attitude and ridiculously smart mouth because I know what you must be thinking right now.” He says. I smile, still not looking at him. “Why aren’t you looking at me?” he asks. “I don’t think you want me to answer that.” I say, arms crossed. “I do want you to answer that! I want to hear every damn thing you’ve got to say to me!” he snaps. “Really? Are you sure?” I ask, still not looking at him. He grabs me by the shoulders and turns me to him. “I hate you as much as you hate me but, if you want to survive you need to do what I tell you.” He says. I turn my head towards him and look him dead in the eye. “Then kill me.” I say, before pushing him off. He looks completely shocked but he doesn’t say anything.  “Ya, Hong LeeJoon, what happened to the meet…” a voice begins as the door flies open. I look over and there stands Cha Eungyul, Joon’s bestfriend. I just laugh to myself. “You too, huh?” I say. “Rachel...” Eungyul begins. I hold up my hand to keep him from talking. “I don’t need an explanation. Just know that you two are dead to me.” I conclude walking out of the room. Lord knows I was fighting tears but, I knew that letting them fall would be sign of weakness. I practically run back to the room that Haneul and I share. “What’s wrong Rache?” Haneul asks but I don’t answer. I run into the bathroom where no one could hear me and cried my eyes out. God I hated those two.

Chapter 22: This is really good. Even though it still has the mystery of why each character is connected it's easy to follow.
