I knock on Miyoung's door impatiently. "Coming!" I hear her call. I stick my hands in my pockets and look around. It was seriously way too cold to be waiting out here. Just then the door opens. "Oppa!" Miyoung greets, a huge smile extended across her face. "What is it you have to talk to me about?" I ask her. Just then Doyoung walks up to the door. "You really came." he snickers. I scoff. "Why'd you invite me here? Why's he here?" I ask Miyoung. She blows her bangs out of her face. "Staying or not?" she asks her brother. He takes one last look at me before grabbing his jacket. "Not." he concludes, bumping past me. Miyoung sighs, stepping aside so I could enter. "Miyoung just tell me now." I insist. "I made food. At least stay for that." she begs. I sigh, giving in and walk inside, taking a seat at the kitchen table. She grins, placing a huge pot in front of me and taking a seat. "That's alot." I say, earning a smile from her. "It's your favorite. I worked all night and this morning on it." she says. I smile weakly. "Well, then I guess I can't let it all go to waste." Which earns an even bigger grin from her. She hands me a spoon, because I don't usually eat with any other utensil but, how did she know that? I take the spoon and dig in. She watches intently for my reaction and it was suprisingly...disgusting. I try hard to maintain my kindness. "Mmmmm...." I say. Miyoung claps in excitement. "Is it really good? Oh, I'm so glad! You wanna know the secret ingredient? I put a little peanut butter in it because peanut butter makes EVERYTHING delicious. Oh! And a bit of pickle juice.." I nearly throw up as she continues explaining. I put the spoon down not able to eat another bite. What was she making? Kimchi jjigae or a freaking potion? "Ah...I'm full already." I say, pushing the pot away. Miyoung leans over to peer inside. "But there's still alot. Are you dieting?" she asks. "Actually I ate alot this morning." I explain. "Then take some home." she insists getting up to grab a to-go bowl. "That's really not neccessary.."I begin. She looks at me, a liitle hurt. I didn't want to hurt her feelings. "What the heck." I sigh. Miyoung grins and piles a heap into the bowl and pushes it over to me. "So what did you want to talk about?" I ask her, placing the bowl onto my lap. I could smell it through the container and it was not a pleasant smell. I refrain from scrunching up my nose and give hher my full attention. She looks down, obviously embarrassed. Was she about to confess her love for me or something? I laugh at the thought." Well,....actually, you know I've liked you for a while." Damn. "Miyoung.."" And, well, I thought, maybe you could give me a chance?" she asks, cheeks blushing. "I'm flattered, honestly but I can't." I tell her. I just got out of a rocky breakup and was still suffering a bit. I couldn't start a new relationship. Miyoung looks really sad. "i'm going back to Busan, actually." I add, so she wouldn't think she was the problem. Her eyes widen. "Oppa.." she begins. "Well, I haven't told anyone else yet but I'm going back tomorrow.'' Tears well up in her eyes. I reach across the table to ruffle her hair. "Don't be sad. There's other guys who'd love to date someone like you. I'm just not ready for another relationship." I explain with a smile. she sniffles. "Are you still not over that foreigner girl?" she asks me. I exhale. At this point I didn't know wat my feelings towards her were. I mean, I hated that she seemed to be doing fine without me and that she was so close to Alex but I just couldn't get her out of my mind. "So this is about her." Miyoung states. Did I say all of that out loud? "What?" I respond. "It's all over your face. You still like her." she continues. Was she...reading me? "Like a book." Miyuong respondes. "Dude, that's super creepy." I say. Miyoung smiles. "I'm good at reading emotions. You're no good at hiding them." she smiles. I know she's hurt but she doesn't show it. "I'm sorry." I tell her but she waves it off. "I can't change how you feel. I just wish you went for girls that treated you better." she concludes. I look down. Do I go for the wrong girls? It seems that way. "Well, get going. Thanks for stopping by." she says, cheerfully shoving me towards the door. I turn to say goodbye but she closes the door. I knew she was probably crying at this point but I just didn't see her the way she saw me. She's more like a little sister. Still, I didn't want her crying over someone so irrelevant.

{Jisoo's P.O.V}

"Why are you back?!" I hear Seunchol shout from downstairs. I turn off the shower and grab my towel. "Mom stopped paying my bills!" a female voicerespondes. I wrap the towel around my waist and slip into my house shoes. What the heck was going on down there? "you can't stay here!" Seunchol shouts. "You're right. I just need to get something." the female voice says. I open the door to the bathroom and come face to face with a younger girl. "Who are you?" she asks. "I'm...I, uh..." "He's a friend. Now get what you need and leave." Seunchol interrupts. "He's kind of cute. Are you staying here?" she asks me. I look at Seunchol. "Kind of...yeah. In your room." I say. Her eyes widen. "My room? Oppa!" she whines, turning to Seunchol. "Yeah don't try that cute stuff with me. Let's go." he says, pushing her further down the hallway. I watch them walk away, then scurry to the room. So that was Seunchol's crazy, manipulative, two-faced sister Eunji. At least, that's how he described her.

Chapter 22: This is really good. Even though it still has the mystery of why each character is connected it's easy to follow.
