After hours of having to explain the situation over and over again to friends, family, and the nosy reporters on the phone it had already turned dark outside. The couple had a silent dinner with Sanghyun and Hye Yoon and afterwards were left alone when the other two had gone home. The perfect morning had such a horrible ending.

 "I'm really sorry Dara." They were both sitting on their couch with the TV on but no one was really watching it.

"About what."

"You're going through all this because of me. I never knew Eunhye would go to this extent."

"You're acting like you're going out with yourself. Seunghyun it's not your fault at all, don't feel like it's because of you. I'm just sorry that you have to go through all this bad publicity for your company because of me."

"Don't worry about that, we won't be affected by this, and even if we are then I get to find out who my real clients are." Seunghyun reached for the remote sitting on the arm of the couch next to him and turned off the TV. He stood up and reached down for Dara's hand."Come on, I think we've both had enough for today, go to sleep."

He led her by her hand to her room where he helped tuck her in."You're not sleeping?" Dara called out as she saw Seunghyun about to leave the room."I will but i'm just going to take care of some things and then head to bed. You go to sleep." He walked over to Dara and bent down to give her a reassuring kiss on the forehead. 

Seunghyun went inside his room and called his lawyer who he explained the situation to again. Seunghyun knew how much this affected Dara and wanted to make Eunhye suffer and he thought the best way would be to sue her. He would sue her for defamation of character and he would make sure he would win the lawsuit by appointing the best lawyer in the country. He stayed up for hours on his laptop emailing different clients and people while making sure Dara's privacy would still be intact. However, that would be difficult because word had gotten out that she was now living in Korea. Thinking about how much more Dara would have to suffer made Seunghyun even more angry. His anger, however, seemed to vanish the moment he felt small cold fingers touch his . He looked back to see a Dara who looked smaller than she normally was. 

"Why are you still up?" Dara moved up on his bed to sit pretzel style in front of him. Seunghyun couldn't help but smile, despite the current situation she never failed to make him smile. He took her hand in his and the back of her hand with his thumb.

"I couldn't sleep, well more like i didn't want to go to sleep alone." Dara was too embarrassed to look him in the eyes as she told the truth.

"Ah, i see you're getting clingy," Seunghyun saw the perfect opportunity to and he smiled victoriously as he saw her look up with wide eyes.

"What?! How is that being clingy?"

"Well you can't even spend one night without me. That's pretty clingy."

"In your dreams. Fine, then i'll leave. Goodnight!" She stood up on his bed to leave but was pulled back onto his lap when he tugged on her arm to keep her from leaving.

"What do you want, i'm leaving just like you wanted."

"I never said I wanted you to leave." His grip on her was getting tighter as she struggled to be free.

"You called me clingy!" She stopped fighting it and huffed out in frustration.

"I don't remember saying i didn't like that."

"But i'm not clingy!" She smacked him on the arm and was satisfied when he groaned in pain. 

"Fine! Just stop hitting me. You're small but you hit like a man." Dara was now grinning.

"Good! I need that strength to control someone as big as you."

"I'm not hard to deal with." Dara raised her eyebrows as she looked up at the man who honestly believed what he had just said.

"What?" Seunghyun asked innocently.

"Nothing... Can i get off your lap now."

 "Fine." Dara got off his lap and settled herself to lay down and Seunghyun followed after finally turning off his laptop."Why were you still up?" Dara turned her head sideways to look at Seunghyun.

"I... was taking care of somethings."

"What do you mean take care of?"

"I was talking to my lawyer about this and he thinks we can win this case." Dara her side to face Seunghyun.

"You want sue Eunhye?"

"Yeah... Why?"

"Isn't that a little too much?"

"Are you being serious right now Dara?" He also his side.

"What do you mean?"

"She released all those pictures, she let the whole world know where you are when you tried so hard to leave that past behind, and you think suing her is a little too much?"

"Well i also hate her for doing all that but i think we should talk to her first. She's obviously hurt from the break up and i couldn't help but think when i was trying to sleep today, that it's kind of my fault too."

"How is it in any way your fault?"

"Because, think about it, you two were engaged and together for three years before i came in and i don't know i would be angry and hurt too if someone took my fiance away from me."

"Alright let's get somethings straight here." Seunghyun came closer to Dara and took her face in his hands."You didn't steal me away from anyone. I'm a grown man and i took the decision to leave Eunhye on my own. And trust me, far from when you entered the story, we were having troubles. Eunhye stopped loving me a long time ago, she just liked the idea of having me by her side. Eunhye changed and she wasn't the same anymore, i stopped feeling the connection i had with her for a while. I only realized it when i met you. You made me happy again and life wasn't just about work anymore. I had someone waiting for me, just me not Choi Seunghyun, managing director of Choi Industries. Stop thinking it's your fault, it's not. But if you still want to talk to her first, we can but if that doesn't work we're suing her. Okay?"

"Okay." Dara couldn't say anything else but nod her head in agreement. She was glad she heard Seunghyun's reassuring words because she needed to get it in her head. Seunghyun and Dara lied there side by side in silence when Dara moved closer to wrap her arms around his waist. She lay her head on his chest while he brought her closer in his arms. His right hand on the small of her back, and his left her soft brown wavy hair. To fill the silence Seunghyun began to quietly sing a song, it was one of his favorites. Seunghyun had never sung in front of her, at least not seriously, and she made sure not to make a sound so she could take it all in. His voice was really deep and rough and although he was no Sung Sikyung , his voice was strangely very soothing and at the moment perfect. He continued to her hair as he sang the words,

"Cry when you want to cry. Don't purposely hold in your sadness. I'll embrace you so that you can smile again. When you're tired, I'll lend you my shoulder so that you can rest for a bit. I pray no tears in your dreams. I know you'll fly high in your life. Although this world tries to look at you with a small view. When he stopped singing, and at times rapping, which he was very good at, Dara looked up to meet his eyes."You're amazing you know that?"

"I get that a lot." Seunghyun answered back with that devilish smirk Dara happened to love so much. She pulled herself up to be able to give him a sweet kiss on the lips. He returned another kiss while pulling her into a tight hug. They stayed in that position and at 3 AM in the morning, they finally fell asleep. The ending wasn't so bad after all. They realized no matter how bad a situation they'd be put in, if they were still by each other's side at the end of the day, everything would be okay.

Anywayyyyyyyyyyyy i hope you guys like the chapter, it's been so long so i had trouble but i was determined to write it for you guys who i hope did not forget this story...
