It’s been a week since Sanghyun went back to his dorm and his relationship with Seunghyun has gotten much better. They acted like brothers who have been with each other since day one and it never failed to bring tears to Dara's eyes.

It was finally Friday and Seunghyun just got off of work. It was one in the morning and he was exhausted. When he reached home, Seunghyun went into his room to change into his usual sweats but opted out of a shirt. As he was about to dive into his bed to finally get a few hours of sleep, a better idea popped into mind. He walks out of his room and down the hallway to open Dara's door and see her cuddled under her blankets. With a smirk on his face and light footsteps, Seunghyun laid down beside Dara. The slight movement made Dara stir under her blanket but did not wake up, instead she turned around to face Seunghyun and wrapped her arms around his torso as if he was a life sized teddy bear. Seunghyun didn’t mind and brought Dara into his arms and soon fell asleep after giving her a light kiss on the forehead.

The next morning Dara woke up at 10 and was about to go through a panic attack thinking she was late for work once again, but then let out a sigh of relief when she realized it was Saturday. As she was about to get out of bed, Dara was pulled back by a familiar arm around her waist. She looked at the body next to her which obviously belonged to Seunghyun. He was shirtless and sleeping on his stomach with his face stuffed into her fluffy pink pillows. The sun seemed to be hitting Seunghyun’s eyes and she unconsciously moved her hand to shade his eyes from getting hit by sunlight. The muscles around his eyes relaxed as she covered the sun but were once again strained when she moved her hand away to mess with him. Dara continued to tease and disrupt his sleep until he let out a groan.

“Stoppppppp. I want to sleep.” Seunghyun’s voice was rough from the morning and Dara loved it when he sounded like that.

“Then go to your own room, why are you here?”

“I missed you.” Dara couldn’t help but smile at his short but sweet answer.

“We live in the same house how did you miss me?”

“I didn’t get to see you all day yesterday.” Seunghyun rolled over on his side to face Dara now and brought her in closer to him.

“And why aren’t you wearing a shirt?” Dara actually did not mind at all at that fact, and he knew from the way she was moving down his chest with her right index finger.

“It was hot, and don’t act like you don’t like it.”

“I’ve seen better.”

“What?!” Dara burst out in laughter, knowing he’d have a little outburst hearing her answer.

“Kidding. Geez so insecure.”

“I’m not insecure, I have no reason to be.”

“Wow never mind, I never knew you were so cocky.”

“Confidence. Not cocky.” Dara gave Seunghyun a look, to which he ignored and brought Dara into a tight embrace.

“I really did miss you.”

“I know.”

“Can’t you ever say you missed me too? Most girlfriends LOVE it when guys say these things, but you don’t.”

“Well I’m not like most girls.”

“Are you sure you’re even a girl?” This earned him a smack on the chest.

“Well then I guess you’re dating a man, a very pretty man.”

“Now who’s cocky?”

“Confidence. Not cocky.” Dara said in a low voice trying to imitate Seunghyun from a moment ago. He laughed at her failed attempt to sound like a man and ruffled her hair. They stayed silent for a while just enjoying the fact that after a whole week of work they can finally lay back and relax together.

“Dara…”

“Hm?”

“Your birthday is on Tuesday.”

“Yep.”

“Can you take a few days off from work?”

“Why…”

“I wanted to do something for your birthday.”

“Do what?”

“I wanted to take you to Singapore.”

“SINGAPORE?!” She jumped up and sat to face Seunghyun who was still lying on his back.

“Mhm, just us two. I already cleared out my schedule so I’m hoping you can. It’ll be a 3 day thing.”

“But that’s so expensive…” Seunghyun gave her a look, which Dara knew was a ‘are you serious?’

“Dara don’t worry about the money, just agree. I promise it’ll be nice.”

Dara took a moment to think about it and thought there was no reason to say no. She nodded her approval and gave him the most breath taking smile.

“God I love your smile.” Seunghyun took Dara’s hands in his and pulled her over to sit next to him.

“And I love you.” Seunghyun’s face lit up as Dara said those words.

“It took a trip to Singapore to make you finally say something sweet?”

“No! I just feel like it was necessary to say at the moment. And you make it seem like I never say anything nice, which I do!” Seunghyun laughed at her protest and assured her that he was only joking as he gave her a sweet kiss on the cheek. Dara feeling extra happy that morning turned her face to his and gave him a kiss on the lips. They both smiled as they faced each other and Seunghyun placed his hand in her hair as he brought her face closer to his as they kissed once again. The kiss slowly got more passionate and the next thing they knew, Dara was under Seunghyun and both were breathing very hard.

 Seunghyun, not wanting to kill Dara with his weight, flipped over which left her on top of him. He lifted his hand up to her hair and untied her pony tail, allowing her hair to fall free around her face and onto his as well. Seunghyun tucked her hair behind her ear and her soft cheeks, now turning a light pink that would match her pillows, with his thumb.

“Why can’t we just stay like this?” Dara was in a trance as she looked into his eyes and drowned in his soft touch.

“Hmmmm. I agree.” She moved her face into the palm of his hand and smiled down at him. As she ducked her head down to his level to give him another kiss on the lips, they heard a loud knock on the door. Both Dara and Seunghyun jumped at the sudden eruption of noise as they heard the knocking, now much louder than before, continue.

“YAH OPEN UP IT’S ME HYE YOON. I NEED TO TALK TO YOU BOTH OPEN UP NOW.” Hye Yoon shouted so loud, they were sure everyone on the floor heard her. Dara quickly got off of Seunghyun and ran to open the door to a very red Hye Yoon who was holding a laptop in hand.

“Unnie, are you okay? Come in.” Hye Yoon made her way inside to meet a shirtless Seunghyun drinking water. She was used to his but Dara almost died of embarrassment as she realized Hye Yoon probably knew what they were doing and gave Seunghyun a death stare.

“What?” Seunghyun did know the reason for the hostility and was confused.

“Go put on a shirt,” Dara said through her teeth trying to make it as subtle as possible but it subtly doesn’t work when you’re the only one speaking in a room of three people, and both of them are staring at you.

“We don’t have time for that.” Hye yoon interjected and opened up her laptop as she continued to say “something bad happened. Really bad.”

“What?” Both Dara and Seunghyun asked in unison.

“Look…” Hye Yoon said as she turned the laptop over to face the couple. The laptop screen was filled with old pictures of Dara from when she was in the Philippines. It was an old magazine photo shoot she did when she was desperate for money and with desperation comes regret. They were very risky pictures of Dara in lingerie and very revealing clothing. Seeing this old pictures reminded Dara of the horrible memories of the past and she couldn’t help but start tearing up. Seunghyun was confused and angry at the sudden rise of these pictures. He wasn’t angry at Dara, he was smart enough to connect that this part of the memories she wanted to forget from her past. The room was silent once again until Hye Yoon spoke up.

“Does someone want to explain these to me?” The tears were spilling out of Dara’s eyes by now as it hit her that nothing was going to be the same anymore. Seunghyun’s family, who once loved her were now going to hate her and feel ashamed to have a girl like her date their son.

“W-where did you get these pictures?” Dara’s voice sounded so small and weak at the moment.

“They were emailed to me this morning and not just me; they were emailed to almost every newspaper out there in Korea and for some reason ones in the Philippines as well. What’s going on? Why are you crying Dara?”

“Who emailed these to you?” Seunghyun was beyond angry at this point and knew how Dara felt.

“I don’t know, someone by the email [email protected]. Do you know who that is?”

“No.” Dara couldn’t feel her legs and was almost about to fall over but Seunghyun caught her in time and she broke down. She began to sob and apologize at the same time. Hye Yoon was confused and scared to see Dara like that.

“What is going on. Tell me right now.” And like that Seunghyun sat Dara down and began to explain to his sister about what Dara went through in the past. Dara explained the pictures in between sobs and hiccups. By the end Hye Yoon was tearing up at the thought of how much pain Dara had to go through in the past. She stood up and walked to Dara who had stopped crying but had not said a word since, and pulled her into a hug.

“Listen to me Dara, you have no reason to cry or feel bad about yourself, you hear me? You are an amazing person, I’ve thought since the day Seunghyun introduced me to you, and I still believe it now. Hell, you’re even more amazing now. We will find the person who did this to you okay? And we’ll be here by your side if anyone wants to mess with you, they’ll have to mess with all of us okay?” Hye Yoon looked Dara in the eyes as she spoke to make her believe every word that she was saying. Dara thanked her lucky stars for such an amazing family and such amazing support. She nodded in reply to Hye Yoon’s words and gave her a hug.

“Thank you so much Unnie. I’m sorry for keeping this secret from you, but I was scared you wouldn’t think I was good enough for Seunghyun if you knew what I did.”

“You did nothing wrong Dara. Plus you’re the best thing that could ever happen to Hyunnie.”

“She’s right; you are the best thing that has ever happened to me.” It was Seunghyun who spoke now and Dara looked up to see him staring back at her with such confident and loving eyes.

“Thank you.” The room was silent again but was disturbed when both Dara and Seunghyun’s cell phone rang. Seunghyun’s caller ID said SEOUL DAILY NEWS while Dara’s said SANGHYUNNIE.

********IM SO SORRY GUYS, I REALLY AM. I haven’t updated in like 3 weeks and I SWEAR I was going to update yesterday but as I was writing my phone froze and EVERYTHING was gone. So that bummed me out but I felt bad and wrote today. I liked this chapter a lot i don’t know. I was also really depressed that Team B lost in YG’s WIN and I’m still depressed but ITS OKAY BC I WILL WAIT FOR THEM <3 anyway getting on track. I don’t know the next time ill update but I think my story is coming to an end… I think. Hope you like this chapter, comment on your thoughts or if u just want to yell at me for not updating lol. Jk don’t do that.
