A few days passed after the incident and the time is tightening for the SJ promotions. Meetings were done here and there to notify every one about every changes or small movements in the album. The girls were also busy, considering the recordings the guys are doing while the SJ members are on their own schedules.

                When everyone was called for a meeting in the SJ waiting room, the meeting was set in an hour since it was still lunch break. A few of the members including Siwon, Yesung, Heechul, Ryeowook, and SungMin were already there. The others took a stroll or on the way from a schedule.

                Heechul was busy tweeting with his favourite petals while talking to the phone (though it does not answer back). Siwon was reading some newspaper articles, Yesung was chatting with SungMin and Ryeowook was writing something.

                “Ah~ go so many replies” Heechul said and skips lightly in his seat which took Ryeowook’s attention. Ryeowook looked at him for a while and went back to writing.

                No knows this... but actually... there are 6 of them in the room. Ryeowook could feel his aura sitting in a corner face back from him. He gave a quivering sigh as he continued to write on his notebook. That was not ordinary notebook... it contains every weird things that happen to him or to any person he knew, like when Eunhyuk felt the ghost the other day. He has been writing in it for years... and this was the only time he uses it often to recount the ghost’s movement.

                This time... he’s writing something more important...

                From where he thinks it all began...

                I was wandering around the building when I stumbled upon this old room again. In this lonesome room was an old piano, standing in the middle of the dim lit place.  It’s a pity no one plays it anymore... I did wonder why though.

                Back then when I was just a mere trainee, I wander through these corridors. Thus, I stumble upon this room.

                The piano was there.

                Out of curiosity, I approached it. I couldn’t help but to graze my hand on its smooth case. I was mesmerized.

                I don’t have a piano like this one... It was shiny, well defined, the keys are soft to touch and sensitive, and the seat was very comfortable to sit on, and it’s really clean. It seems like someone is taking care of it. Someday... I will have a piano like this one: A piano that shines even in the darkest place.

                Just then... I heard footsteps. I quickly hid inside the utility closet and thanks to my size, I fit in.  A few moments passed, I heard voices. I took a peek: A man and a lady were sitting on the piano seat. Both of them were just talking sweetly to each other like birds cooing for attention.

                Cheesy as they say, I couldn’t help but to smile at the couple. Other than “Happy”, there’s no other word to describe them. Soon, the man started to play the piano... The lady listens attentively.

                I watched them... and unconsciously, my head starts lolling to the piano’s sweet tune. I don’t know why, but I felt relaxed. After quite some time, they were finished and they left the place.

                I too... will take my leave.

                But something tells me... “Come back tomorrow” I looked at the piano... it was gleaming. As though... the piano was as well happy. I should come back tomorrow...

                So I did.

                I still hid inside the utility box though...  I don’t want to be some stranger who’s there to listen to piano music randomly. I waited until they came too.

                They did the same thing as yesterday, Talking, singing, playing the piano, and even playing games. I watched in glee and laughed secretly in my heart.  They would take turns in singing and playing to their hearts’ content whilst I... was hiding there, listening to them.

                They did the same routine every week. I also come and hide inside the box every week. They would come at 5... so I had to cut my training to come early.

                I don’t know why I come...

                I know it’s kind of creepy and foolish.

                I might be invading their privacy... but, One thing’s for certain: I appreciate them.

                For some reason, I felt comfortable. My heart soothes whenever I hear them singing and playing. It was like my fountain of vitality that I can’t live without drinking it. So I kept on going...

                That is until... I debuted.

                I rarely have the time to visit the old room. And when I did, I would still hide. And there they were! The couples who sings and plays the piano. I don’t know why, but I felt overjoyed to see them.

I admire them...

                They’re spending their time with each other. It was like... all worries were gone all of the sudden. Happiness and love filled in every corner of the once old boring room. All because of this couple playing the piano.

                Somehow... I ask myself... Why do I keep on holding onto them? Am I a sick person that seeks comfort from them? There are times that my hyung-deul told me not to go anymore...

                But I wanted to.

                Visiting this old room is taking a lot of time from me... But I couldn’t stop myself.

                It was then I went to China to promote our band. I stayed for months... I felt like drying up. I haven’t heard the songs from the piano again. That’s why I resolute, that when we go back, I’d go visit the old room again.

                So I did.

                I was happy for some reason that I came. I felt excited yet nervous at the same time. Then again, I have to hide inside the utility box.

                I waited... And waited...

                But they never came.

                Why?

                I felt so disappointed. It was as if, someone failed to do as I wish. I looked at the piano... It wasn’t gleaming. It was dull...

                Why?

                I carefully surveyed the piano and realized... Dusts were formed on it. I frowned...

It showed the indication that no one is using it anymore.

                No...

                It can’t be...

                Still not believing, I went to the old room the next day. Still, they haven’t come. I went again for the next day... They still didn’t come. I still came back everyday... hoping that they’d come.

But they didn’t.

                My heart broke at the sudden realization that they won’t come back.I looked at the piano...

It was different. Cold, sad, gloomy, and spiritless...Just like I am now... So... I finally say: “I give up”

I took one final look at the piano that lost its gleam and say: “Good bye”

                I took my leave, but with a heavy heart. I can’t comprehend why my tears would flow down my cheeks. Perhaps it was the fact that I felt abandoned?

                Yeah... perhaps...

                I suddenly realized that... it was too foolish. To come here just to listen to someone playing. I can play the piano too... I can compose any song and I can sing. Why would I need to come back here for? I just have to leave...

                My heavy steps tread along the corridors... Hoping nothing but... to move on.

                Now, after several years passed... I managed to stumble upon this old room again.  I looked at the piano and smiled bitterly...  I smiled at it as though greeting an old friend. It was still cold... just like I left it.

                It was then... I heard footsteps approaching. Who could they be? It dawned to me... My heart suddenly burst out in excitement and joy. I ran towards the utility box—uh oh... I couldn’t fit in!

                I look around to see if there’s any place to hide. I found a shelf and I hid behind it. Soon... someone came in...

                A lady. 

                I couldn’t see her face though since her hair was covering most of her face. She sat by the piano... That’s when I realized that she was the lady back then! My heart beats rapidly. It was like I was going to listen to the piano tune again!

                But... where is that man?

                I looked at the lady... she was just running her fingers on the piano. Isn’t she going to play it? ‘Please play it’ cried my heart. I looked at her attentively as she placed her fingers on the keys. (Yiruma : If I could see you again) 

                She gently presses a few keys. The smile on my face fell a bit... she was pressing a few soft and yet sad tones. 

                The soft, slow yet fast moving tones were reaching my heart. The smile on my heart fell rapidly as a new emotion came. I could see how fast her hand movements were and it kept on moving as though it doesn’t want to stop...

                I want to stop...

                It’s hurting me...

                No... I don’t want this...

                Every sad tone entered my heart which I unwillingly accepted. I felt my eyes brimmed with tears as I continued to listen to the music...

                *Drip*Drip*Drip*

                Even though it’s unclear... but it was nevertheless heard. It was the dropping sound of liquid on the piano keys. I looked at the lady again... she was sobbing silently. I want to approach her and comfort her, but fear overwhelmed my humanity.

                It was then she stands up and gets out of the room whilst I... stayed. The tune kept on playing in my mind... My chest hurts to the extent that I have difficulty in breathing. It was a heavy feeling... and when I decided to step out of my hiding place...

                There...

                I saw a man’s apparition sitting in front of the piano... beside where the lady sat a while ago...

                It dawned to me...

                And my tears finally fell from my eyes...

                Ryeowook sighs as he finishes writing his impromptu in the notebook. He barely noticed that the rest of the members and some of the girls except for HeeRae and SeulRi were there already. Some of the members were playing pranks on each other too.

                “Hey little brother, what are you doing?” Siwon sits beside Ryeowook as he stared down his notes. Ryeowook shifted uncomfortably and scratches his head.

                “N-nothing” Ryeowook said sheepishly and Siwon looks at him testily. “It’s a journal...”

                “How you met it?” Siwon asked and Ryeowook nodded.

                “Hyung otteokke? How will I resolve this?” Ryeowook asked, apart from Siwon, Ryeowook asks help from Yesung and ShinDong too regarding about the ghost.

                “To tell the truth... I really don’t know...” Siwon said. “I think he needs help”

                “But he doesn’t tell me what he wants” Ryeowook sighed.

                “Did you ask?” Siwon asked.

                “Yeah...” Ryeowook sighed.

                “Can you see his face clearly?” Siwon asked.

                “No... he’s always facing his back against me” Ryeowook asked. Siwon nodded and pats his back.

                “Give it more time... maybe he’s adjusting with the contact” Siwon said and moved away, leaving Ryeowook sighing.

                “Hey hyuuuung~” Ryeowook was quite shocked to find the Chinese kid in front of him.

                “Y-yah, Henry, when did you get here?” Ryeowook asked as he hurriedly closed the notebook.

                “This morning!” Henry smiled widely with eyes closed. “I had coffee~”

                “Who fed you coffee?!” Ryeowook gasped and looked around to see Kyuhyun who was smiling sheepishly at him. Ryeowook glared at him. Henry toppled on the couch where Ryeowook was sitting and started flailing his hands.

                “Lalalalala~~~ it’s a wonderful wooooorrrllllld!!!” Henry sang out of tune.

                “Tsk!” ZhouMi rushed towards Henry and slaps his cheeks gently. “Yah! You better stop acting like a drunkard because the meeting is going to start any moment now!”

                “Waaaahhhh~~~ the world is spinning!” Henry lulled.

                It’s not that coffee is bad for him but it makes him hyper and since they are in the middle of fighting jetlag, Henry is quite dizzy. He was not supposed to have coffee.

                “Aish! Henryyyyy~” ZhouMi pats his cheeks again.

                “Ssshiiiii~~~?” Henry replied.

                The other members were finding it funny that their SJM magnae is having trouble with coffee and jetlag. Ryeowook looks around... there he found the apparition on a corner and then he disappeared. Ryeowook shivered again... knowing that the ghost... the ghost...

                Help me....

                Were the words he usually hear whenever he’s alone. The ghost was asking some help from Ryeowook since only he can hear him clearly.

                SBAM!

                All attentions were on the new comers: HeeRae and SeulRi. SeulRi looks fine but HeeRae seemed distressed. HyeWon was about to approach her when suddenly HeeRae ran towards her and held her wrists.

                “Otteokke?!” HeeRae asked, eyes widened while looking at a surprised Hyewon.

                “What are you talking about?” Hyewon asked and looked at SeulRi.

                “Uhm is everything alright?” Siwon asked and Yesung approached them.

                “What happened?” Yesung asked, Leeteuk’s head was poking up somewhere.

                “Eonnie, hide me!” HeeRae pleaded.

                “Wae?” MeeKyong approaches their magnae when suddenly HeeRae hid in the midst of the crowd—

                The door opened, revealing DBSK’s ChangMin and YunHo. The Super junior members greeted them happily and they returned their greetings. Leeteuk goes towards YunHo and gave him a hug. But there’s something they noticed in Yunho’s expression... he was not happy... not happy at all.

                “Shin HeeRae! I know you’re here!” YunHo then said out of the blue. The Super Junior members looked at each other then as if on cue, they cleared the way revealing a short lady in a cream dress and a black blazer.

                HeeRae swallowed hard as she meets the hard face of YunHo.

                “Hehe... Anyeong?” HeeRae waved at him awkwardly. 

Heechul: Ohhhhh~~~ so that's how you have some nightmares..
Leeteuk: Why would you listen to dome couples playing the piano?
Ryeowook: I don't know...
Hankyung: Maybe it's some kind of ?
Kangin: Like Yesung-hyung having some with philtrums
Yesung: You just have to drag me into this... -.-
