“Mother, do we really need stylists?” Seoyeon asked in a low voice. Mrs. Yoon nodded, “Of course we do. This is a big event, so we need stylists. They’ll make you look beautiful, Seoyeon-ah.”

Seoyeon let out a soft sigh, “I guess.” “Just relax. They’ll be here-” DING DONG!

The door bell cut Mrs. Yoon off.

“Oh my! That must be them!” Mrs. Yoon jumped to her feet and ran to greet the stylists that she had hired to work on Seoyeon, Sohee, and herself.

“Hello! Welcome!” Seoyeon could hear her mother’s happy greeting. She giggled lightly. *Mother has always been the hyper energetic kind.*

“Seoyeon-ah, sweetie!” Mrs. Yoon called. *There’s my cue.* Seoyeon stood up and made her way to the front door. When she stood in front of the stylist, she gave them a smile.

“Hello, I’m Yoon Seoyeon.” She bowed. The stylists looked at each other stunned. They couldn’t believe what they were seeing. They were really seeing the eldest daughter of the famous Yoon Corporation. She was indeed beautiful.

“They really didn’t lie when they said you were a beauty, Seoyeon-ssi.” One of the stylist commented. Seoyeon’s cheeks flushed pink, “Thank you.”

Mrs. Yoon beamed and clapped her hands once, “How about we get started? I’m sure there is a lot to do.”

“Young master, please wake up.” Mr. Choi shook L, who mumbled incoherent words and snuggled more into his pillow.

The butler worriedly glanced at the closed bedroom door. “Young master, please get up or-” “KIM MYUNGSOO!” Mrs. Kim barged into the bedroom. Mr. Choi straightened and took a step back, watching how Mrs. Kim was going to wake her deep sleeping son up.

“Kim Myungsoo, I demand for you to wake up this instant!” Mrs. Kim shouted. L turned to his other side, ignoring his mother. “Kim Myungsoo, if you don’t wake up this instant I will cut off all of your money.”

L groaned and slowly—very slowly—sat up in bed. He scratched his head and turned to his to look at his mom, “Why are you waking me up so early?” Mrs. Kim gawked at her son, “Early?! It’s noon, Myungsoo!”

L turned his head towards his nightstand and saw that it was really noon. His eyes widened, “I slept in that late?!” Mrs. Kim crossed her arms, “Yes you did. Now get up. You have six hours until the Yoons party starts, so prepare yourself.” With that, Mrs. Kim left his bedroom.

L was still in shock. He had slept in until noon. How was that even possible? He would never sleep in that late because he just wasn’t that type of person to sleep the whole day.
