LeeTeuk was running and panting with this unsure look on his face, calling my name countless of times.

“What? What happened?” I looked at him after I gave the bottled water to the girl who discovered the body.

“This is unbelievable, Shindong! The heart is seen!! It’s here!” Leeteuk continuously shook me at my shoulders.

“What?!” I shouted in shock and started running after this lieutenant. “That’s impossible!”

“It is now!”

“Where is it?”

“At the school clinic. Medicine fridge. In a plastic bag full of ice.”

Wait… Ice? Fridge?

This is the killer. And had to kill at an unexpected time. It was obvious that the killer is still preserving the heart that’s why put it with ice. But why now? Why Min Hyuk? Why heart?

This murderer had no choice but to kill the owner of this heart. There are many possible reasons why. Maybe Min Hyuk discovered who he is. Maybe that boy won’t be around anymore. Or maybe he had some grudge on the victim.

I stopped my thoughts when we arrived where that cold heart is. There it is, untouched, icy, cold.
