The handsome young man who was watching got tired of the news and endless rants about the same old killer as he finally switched off the TV. The news about the mystery man just never gets old.

Almost every week, new dead person is found on the same river side. It was a weird thing that the police never gets him.

But it seems that the killer is smart. His methods always change. He had no pattern for his killing. Only two things about the killings will determine his work: a missing body part and the dead body on the same river side.
