Chapter Eight

"Where are you really going noona?" Donghae asked.

"I told you, Chaerin and I will be in Paris for almost three weeks. Why do you kept on asking me that question? Do you think I'm lying?" Sandy placed both 

her hands on her waist as she raised her right eye brow at her little brother that kept on asking her the same question as she was fixing her things for 

quite some time now.

"Then why can't I see Chaerin noona here? She used to pick you up if ever you're going somewhere right?" Donghae squeezed.

"Yes. And that's the reason why I instructed her not to pick me up anymore and we'll just meet at the airport" she explained as she placed the last items 

she'll bring with her. 

She put all her things inside her traveling bag while some belongings like make ups are on her other bag. She'll just buy some clothes if ever she 

needed more of them.

"Did you already informed Ilwoo hyung about this sudden vacation of yours?"

"Well, I don't want to disturb him so, no, I didn't inform him about this vacation of mine. And dongsaeng, I need this. Please don't ask me more questions. 

You're making my head, ache" she dramatically said and looked at him with her serious look.

"I just worry about you noona."

"I know you do. But I'm old enough, elder than you. Besides, eomma and appa agreed to this already, Just let me go with this okay?"

"How about hyung? What if he calls me? What will I tell him?"

"Did I ever tell you to lie? Just tell him, I'm with Chaerin. And for sure, he'll call me first and if ever he can't reach me, then that's the time he'll call here 

for sure." 

Donghae sighed as she finally zipped her bag and she's all set. She fixed her hair in front of the mirror at the same time, she heard a knock.

"Come in!" She shouted.

Amber stepped inside the room and smiled.

"Noona, are you ready now?" she asked her.

"Why are you asking her that, chibi-kun?"

"Because I'll bring her to her ap-- I mean, to the airport."

"You?!"

"Why are you so shock bro? Noona lets me bring her there. Besides, I volunteered and I forced her, even blackmailed her just for her to let me send her 

off..." Amber proudly said as she approach Sandy's traveling bag and carry it.

"Noona~"

"Don't be a child now Donghae. And why are you still here? You should be at work right?"

"But, noona... Chibi-kun... Why-"

"What's wrong?" She asked as she raised her brow at him making him sigh frustratedly and stomped his way out of the room.

"Girls!" he shouted in frustration.

As the guy finally left the room, Sandy and Amber laughed.

"You sure you like that punk?" Sandy asked.

"Can I change my mind on that then, noona?" Amber responded with a chuckle.

"Well, it's your choice, not mine" she answered and sat at the edge of the bed and look at the younger girl, now with serious facial expression. "Do you 

think I'm making the right decision Amber?" she asked.

Amber smiled and sat next to her as she held her hand. "Unnie, whatever your decision is, I'll support you. Besides, you just wanted to know more about 

your past that's why, you're doing this."

"But he doesn't know about this. What if he-"

"You told me, he told you he's willing to help right? Then he's willing, and if you suddenly go there and he's there, then that's a good sign because he's 

there, just there and waiting for you."

"How about Ilwoo?"

"What's with him?"

"You know, if he find this out."

"That's the reason why we ask for Chaerin unnie's help right?"

"Unnie?" Amber called out as she slowly pushed the door open. Sandy was sitting at the edge of the bed, facing the window as she was staring blankly at the moon.

Later that day, she decided to leave her apartment and just go home after her conversation with Jiyong. She was thinking of things, until now, she kept on 

thinking of what she's going to do.

She looked behind her and smiled at Amber who's now approaching her.

"The dinner is set..." Amber informed her. She nodded her head in response as she pat the space beside her, asking the younger girl to sit there which she 

obliged. "Are you okay unnie?" she asked.

"Yes. I'm just thinking about...things..." she uttered.

"Things? You can tell me about it unnie, I'm all ears..."
