Chapter Seven
The Vow Of The Secret Him
Chapter Seven
Sandy stepped off her car and removed her sunglasses as she looked up at the building in front of her. After two days of battling to herself whether to go
there or not, she had finally decided. There's no harm with trying right?
Fishing out the keys from her pocket, she closed her car's door and locked it as she started making her way inside the building.
"Good morning ma'am" the guard greeted her as she smiled at him and slightly bowed her head before passing by him. Weird. She can say for the guard
stared at her with wide eyes and mouth slightly open, as if, shocked.
She entered the elevator and pushed the number three button like what is written at the piece of paper, Jiyong gave her.
Now, standing outside the door of the place written on the piece of paper, she took a sharp intake of breath and insert the key at the keyhole. She heard
the click sound, signaling that the door is finally unlocked.
She sighed and turn the knob, pushed the door open and stepped inside. The place seems...empty... It's gloomy, as if it was just like that for so long,
abandoned.
She walked around, running her fingers at the things in that place. She was able to wipe some dusts, as if the place was not cleaned for days now.
A picture frame caught her attention. It was her graduation picture, college picture. She run her fingers at the frame as she can't help but to smile.
"He's not lying, after all..." she whispered to herself. She once again looked around the place while still holding the picture.
Was this her life before? Place is almost empty. There's a single couch and a couch for three person, a television, small kitchen area, a bathroom, and a
bedroom. The place is good for one to two person only.
"I must have lived a tough life before..." she uttered as she stepped inside the bedroom and went straight to the window. She found the view there,
beautiful. "Tough yet, simple..." she uttered.
She went to the bed and sat there, running her fingers at the bedsheets.
Something caught her attention.
Open me ! (^_^)
She chuckled at the piece of sticky note in the drawer of the bedside table. She moved near it and slowly opened it.
She saw some piece of papers inside it. Just random pieces of papers and she didn't bother herself looking at the contents of each of them. But she picked
them up and placed them on the bed as she closed the drawer.
There's another drawer and there's also a sticky note on it as well.
Open me too! (*^_^*)
She wonders if Jiyong is the one who posted this? Because if yes, he surely knows how to make cute faces.
She pulled the drawer open and found a laptop there. She picked up the piece of gadget and placed it on the bed just like the pieces of papers she got from the
first drawer.
She opened it and turned the gadget on. It has a password. That's when she noticed another sticky note posted at the gadget. She pulled it off and read it aloud.
"Password... DarongYongie..." she pursed her lips. "DarongYongie? That's the password?" she asked herself but typed the password anyway. It opened!
She waited for seconds and finally, the background welcomed her sight making her eyes widen a little. It was her...and Jiyong...
Looks like the picture was taken a long time ago, scanned and was used as the background.
"Is this how close we are?" she asked herself. At the picture, she's smiling while Jiyong gave her a kiss on her cheek.
She was staring at the picture when suddenly, her phone rang.
She fished it out from her coat's pocket and found an unknown number registered on the screen. She pushed the answer button and placed it near her ear.
"Hi..." the caller greeted. It's a guy's voice. She didn't dare utter a word and just waited for him to speak once again. "It's me, Jiyong..." the caller
introduced himself.
"Oh...Hello."
"Did I startled you again?" he asked, followed by a chuckle, seems amused at her response. She could only shake her head.
"You love startling me, do y
