Dinner Part Four
(ON HOLD)Cheondung Missing at the Airport
"I'm going outside for a smoke." Seungho told Byunghee.
"Take your time killing yourself out there. I'll just have some quality time with Val here, yeah?"
Seungho glared at his chingu but still headed outside anyways.
"Hey hyung." Lee Joon spoke out from the darkness.
Seungho clutched his chest.
"What's wrong with you boy? Can you greet me like a normal person?!"
"Can I have one?"
"When did you start?" Handing Joon his pack of cigs.
Joon lit it up and took a long drag and blew it out.
"Used to smoke but quit."
Seungho chuckled, knowing well you can't really run from smoking.
"What brought it back?"
"Neh, that annoying girl in there." He pointed at Mel from outside, who was playing with Gina in thhe living room.
"Her? What she do to you?"
"She pricked my temper and I pricked hers. She annoyed me and I annoyed her back."
"Ahh, annoying isn't it?"
"Hmm? Not so much."
Seungho was confused.
Was he annoyed or not?
"That's the thing I don't know. She's annoying but she's not." Joon himself looked confused.
"Are you.. crushing on her Joon?"
Joon's eyes turned large and looked equally shocked as Seungho.
"What?! No! She's just a kid!"
"Yeah but that don't mean she won't grow up."
"Are you serious right now Hyung? She's a kid!"
"So you're saying kids can't love?"
The both of them turned to see Mel herself with Gina in her arms, glaring at both of them, especially Joon.
"What?! Are you eavesdropping now?" Joon scolded her.
"I just came to called you back in since Big Sis told me to. But hey, I'm just a kid, why should you listen to what I say right?"
She left them outside, not wanting Gina to be a second hand smoker in any way.
Joon just glared at her back and Seungho took a few long drags and put out his smoke.
"You're on your own on this one. Can't help you there if she's the girl."
He left Joon fuming and smoking outside and went back inside to claim his place next to Val.
"Miss me?" He asked Val but she just smiled.
"Hyung, that's my seat." Cheondung said from behind.
"I was there first." Byunghee said, coming back from the restroom.
"Finders keepers, losers weepers." He smirked at his dongsaeng and chingu while placing his arm around Val's shoulders.
Cheondung eyes went huge at his hyungs display of arrogance.
"That's how you wanna play, alright, game on old man." Cheondung said.
The whole night was filled with purposely pricked tempers and constant fighting between the members and Val wouldn't have it any other way.
Despite the sad part in the kitchen, it was a good dinner.
In a way, it brought them all closer.
A meaning which the older members of MBLAQ took literally.
They were still fighting over the seat next to her.
