Dāng hēi yè zài cì liàng qǐ lái

*当 [dang] = When

*黑夜 [hei-ye] = Dark Night

-黑 = Black

-夜 = Night

*再㳄 [zai-ci] =Once Again

-㳄 [ci] = (one more) time

*亮 [liang] = Bright

*起来 [qi-lai] = Rise

So, 亮起来 would mean ‘brightens up’, ‘lights up’
