Overall Depiction

My analysis for this part would be that, the boys (EXO-M) are asking MAMA for an answer to "Why does people change?"

MAMA means 'Majesty' and so, formalities are used.

The boys are as though 'talking' to the girl that they love, but the couple seems to have drift away from each other.

The boys long forgotten how to love, long forgotten how to forgive and the couple are as avoiding this issue by using 'busy' as their excuse.

Team: Both the boys and the girl have got lots to express and tell each other but they didn't. Maybe a fight/quarrel happened and so when they see each other, they didn't say all the words that they wanted to say.

Chen: The boys are asking, is feigning busy and avoiding each other really better than not saying what they wanted to say?
