EUNHYUK POV

I groaned as I slowly slipped back into consciousness. My head was pounding and my wrists were in searing pain.  I tried to move them but found they were tied behind me tightly with a thick coarse rope that cut into my skin.  Finally, I managed to force open my heavy eyelids and I blearily looked around.

‘WHERE THE HELL AM I?’

I was sitting in a hard folding chair centered in a plain dingy room. The light was faded and flickered sporadically, creating frightening shadows along the plain grey wall. I whimpered in fear and pain. I tried to summon the memories, but my efforts were futile, all I gained was the intensification of my headache.

I look up when the door creaked open. I strained my eyes to recognize the shadowy image in front of me. Incomparable panic took over me when I came face-to-face with my captor.

“You??” my voice trailed off when I learned who my captor was!

“We meet again, Eunhyuk-ssi.” His voice was polite, friendly even but after learning that he’s the one responsible for this makes me hate him instantly.

“You’re the one who did this, Jonghyun-ssi? B-but why? I didn’t do anything... Please let me go.” I asked somewhat shakily.

He moved closer to me. I tried to pull back, but I couldn't move because I was tied firmly to the chair.

“Sorry to tell you but I’m not in the position to do that. Let’s wait until my boss arrives to check you out.”  

“Who’s your boss? And why are you doing this to me?” my voice trembled as I foresee the outcome of this kidnapping. Either they will let me go with inability to move for a month or kill me inhumanely.

He is about to speak when another silhouette came into my view.

“Jonghyun-ssi, join the others outside. I need to talk to him.” The voice was hauntingly familiar, but I just couldn't place it. My mind is having a hard time processing my current situation.

“Yes boss.” The photographer staggers his way to the door where the man he called boss is standing. The tall man whispered something to Jonghyun before the latter left the room. Once he’s completely gone, the boss closed the door behind him and walks his way towards me.

“I told you it’s not goodbye, Hyukjae-ah.” Ohh! I knew to whom that voice belongs to!

“Seunghyun hyung??” I whispered knowingly.

I stiffened when he started circling around my chair. It made me uncomfortable whenever he was behind me, and I almost flinched when I felt his hot breath at my ear.

“Yes. Hyukjae-ah it’s me.”

My eyes begin to water when slowly the puzzle pieces started to fall into place. He’s doing this because I didn’t accept him back. He wanted to get back to Donghae f
