Today I’ll be having my day-off. A rare rest day since YeMin couple left for their vacation. I plan to sleep all day just to regain enough energy for tomorrow’s class. I skipped breakfast and Donghae’s endless pleading to go to the gym together because my body can’t separate from the soft embrace of the bed.

I stirred and cracked my eyes open when I heard the buzzing sound of my phone.

“H-hello?” I mumbled groggily.

“Hello too, sleepyhead.” The deep timbre of Donghae’s voice made me smile in an instant.

“Baby.”

“Have you eaten your breakfast? Ryeowook-ah left something for you in the kitchen.”

“Not yet, Hyuk.... sleepy...” I really want to return to the tantalizing realm of sleep but a certain fish is not allowing me to.

“You’re cute when you’re sleepy like that, baby. Guess I need to cancel my reservation because my date is still being attached to the bed.” He joked.

“Perhaps you can move it to dinner instead? Pretty please?”

“Okay. Dinner it is.”

“See you tonight, Hae baby. I love you.”

“And I you, precious. Sleep.”

When the call ended, I close my eyes and drifted off into sleep once again.

Couple of hours later I find myself re-heating my supposed-to-be breakfast which is more likely a brunch given that its already past twelve in the afternoon. Once it’s done, I put them in a tray and walk my way back to the great room. Eating while watching a random movie is much better than talking to myself, right? I neatly put the tray down, grab the remote control and switch on the huge television. By now I should be well adjusted to Donghae’s way of living but sometimes too much technology really drains the out of me! Luckily, this LCD tv is one of those user friendly type or else my life span would decrease just by switching the channel.

I settled on one of those movie channels and started to eat. I don’t want to be a lazy bum throughout the day but I really don’t know what to do after this. Our date will not occur until seven which means I have more or less six hours to spend. Should I clean the house? Go shopping? Stroll along the park? Visit Donghae? The last option sounds perfect but he’s a busy body when he’s in the office. I don’t want him to ditch anything just to spend some time with me.

‘URGHH!! THIS DAY SHOULDN’T BE AS HARD AS THIS!’

Finishing my food, I decided to go for a quick trip to the supermarket. I cleared the center table, went back to the kitchen and wash the utensils I used. After doing so, I check on the fridge and the cupboards just so I know what to purchase. Donghae always leave a certain amount of money for the groceries every week. He said he wouldn’t mind if we buy more than the usual as long as we wouldn’t starve. I mentally noted the things I need to buy and completely leave Ryeowook’s kingdom.

As I pass through the hallway, my eyes caught the sight of Donghae’s secret room. Well, it’s not a secret anymore because he already told me everything about the DH room. Once he told me that he wanted to vacate the room and change it to yet another guest room. I asked him what’s with his sudden decision and he gave me this answer with conviction,
