At the beginning of time on EXO Planet, twelve kings were in control of the planet. Twelve large areas of land all around the planet were classified by districts; District Twelve being the most powerful district, and District One being the least powerful district. A powerful warrior who was locked away, for fear of his deathly power, had escaped from the depths of the planet where he was locked away, and unleashed hell onto the planet. He killed all twelve kings of EXO Planet, and announced himself as the new and only king of the planet; anyone that opposed would be killed. As the selfish and power hungry king he was, he resided as ruler of the twelfth district, and assigned eleven of his trusted men to the other districts. All hope was lost for the people of EXO Planet, as they had no choice but to fall under the control of EXO Planet's new king.

Six generations later, a certain young girl by the name of Park Kae In, who is the king's personal maid, will become the only person that is able to destroy the king and restore peace onto EXO Planet according to a prophecy. The prophecy states that the first born sixth generation daughter of the Park family, whose ancestor was the former king of District Twelve, is to gather all twelve descendant sons from the family of the fallen kings and band together to destroy the king; only then will peace be restored. What will happen on Kae In's journey to gather all twelve descendant sons? It's no easy task, that's for sure.
