"Im lonely living alone" replied Taeyeon immediately without even thinking at all

"But i didnt said i wanna be yours"

"Me" snapped Jessica coldly
"Im going to rest now"
"If you wanna leave, by all means do it on your own" said Jessica as she snuggled into her blanket.

"You think i will leave you here like this?"
"I can easily hire a few people to carry you to my house!"

"You'll get it" replied Taeyeon with a confident smirk as she dragged Jessica's luggage out of the door.

After Taeyeon left Jessica's flat, Jessica exasperated into the air with a loud sigh.

Why wont this Taeyeon stop bothering me?

placing everything on her bed&started checking her mails.

How have you been in Singapore?

im like missing you but YoonA doesnt understand how i feel..
I felt so sad..

"But the way we're missing each other is different.."
"So whats point..?" mumbled Jessica sadly as she browsed through all the photos in her smartphone.

The photos she took when Yuri was single&she was in Korea.
The happy&sad times she spent with Yuri.

"Yuri-ah.." whispered Jessica as she felt the pictures on her phone as if she's feeling Yuri.

As Jessica laid on her bed while the sun slowly set,
missing the person that had always been on her mind,
her train of thoughts were broken by a phone call.

"How are you doing there today?"
"Had fun with your orientation mate?"

"No, i came back early" replied Jessica coldly

"Why?"
"Isnt it fun to like hang out around with your new classmates?"

"Sweetie, dont just give omma a single word answer"
"I'll be worried for you" said Mrs Jung worriedly over the phone

"As if you will"
"Who are you trying to kid" grumbled Jessica impatiently over the phone
"Forget it, im turning in now" snapped Jessica

"Okay then.." sighed Mrs Jung sadly

"Always pretending to be so concerned over me"
"As if" grumbled Jessica with a disgusted look as she threw her covers over her.

Sleeping through her night, its been two days since Jessica arrived in Singapore.
She havent been eating much, skipping quite a number of meals.
Well, she havent got any appetite to eat.
Missing home, missing everything in Korea&most importantly, Yuri.
Visiting the hospital early in the morning the next day after Jessica woke up,
she was welcomed by a young pretty lady, probably a few years older than her only.

"Oh, you must be Jessica!" greeted the lady loudly
"I've heard about you from your dad"
"Come, take a seat" eye-smiled the doctor
"Im Tiffany Hwang, your doctor starting from now"

"Oh" was all Jessica could reply

"Well, i've went through your records that were sent over from Korea"
"Your kind of asthma is really common but also serious ones if you dont take good care of it" commented Tiffany as she flipped through the files
"From your Korea records, it seems like things were really under control.."
"Except for a few times i guessed?" asked Tiffany as she put down the files, looking into Jessica's eyes.

"Yeah" answered Jessica coldly

"Why are you so.. nonchalent?"
"Like you cant be bothered?"

"Thats just because i cant be bothered" replied Jessica

"You cant do this Jessica"
"Your parents are worried for you being here in a foreign country without their care"

"If they are worried"
"They shouldnt even send me here" complained Jessica

"Aww"
"Come on Jessica"
"Im sure this is for your own good"
"You can talk to me anytime if you're feeling down or something"
"Im your unnie!" exclaimed Tiffany gigglily
"Come here now, i'll have to get you to do a pulmonary function test to get a clear look on your condition before prescribing you with your new inhaler" eye-smiled Tiffany as she motioned Jessica over to a seat infront of a machine

"Not this again.." sighed Jessica

"Im afraid so"
"But its gonna be fast dont worry"
"You just have to breathe in&out hard later" winked Tiffany
"So anytime when you're ready"

Around 10 minutes later, Jessica was done with the test,
leaning onto the chair exhausted.

"You can take a rest here while i process the report" smiled Tiffany as she patted on Jessica's back

Jessica's POV

Sigh..
I hate this test although i only does it twice a year in Korea.
Well, Korea's air ventilation is fresh, so im doing good.
Except for that when im bullied for my cold attitude.
People brings me to those abandon warehouse or some enclosed area,
and beat me up thinking my cold attitude made me so arrogant.

Oh..
Yeah..
Thats when Yuri usually appears..
Why is it that everything is related to Yuri..?
Im having too much memory of Yuri..

"Hey Jessi"
"Dont mind me calling you that right?" called Tiffany as she reappeared into the room

"That was fast" mumbled Jessica under her breath
"Yeah dont mind"

"So, i've seen your test results"
"I think its still acceptable?"
"But there's a little like you know, difference between your last check up in Korea&today"
"Well, im sure thats probably the air difference" smiled Tiffany assuringly
"Other than that, nothing's much to worry"

"I know"

"You know?"
"Hahas, you can be a doctor already" joked Tiffany as she sat down infront of Jessica with her newly prescribed inhaler
"Here, i've got it for you"

"Thanks"
"Anyway, i've something to ask you"

"Yup?"

"Well, is there any way to you know"
"Keep me from panting so hard"
"My school.. i have to climb all the way up everyday for lesson"
"And walking around the campus.. so you know.."
"Panting somehow slows me down, probably causing me to be late for lesson too.."

"Ah.."
"Okay, i'll give you some daily pills"
"You'll just try it out for a week&tell me how it goes okay?" smiled Tiffany kindly as she wrote a few other things on Jessica's report

"Okay thanks" said Jessica before exiting the room.

Stepping right outside the room, Jessica was shocked to see two men in black,
with their arms crossed.
Coming out from their back was a petite girl with a wide cocky smirk on her face.

"Taeyeon..?" called Jessica surprised

"Get her!" instructed Taeyeon with a dorky chuckle as the two men immediately scooped Jessica up in their arms&walked straight out of the hospital, into a luxurious car.

"What do you want?" snapped Jessica impatiently on the car

"I told you"
"You, as my roommate"

"But i already told you too"
"I dont want to"

"You dont have a choice"
"I took your luggages to my house yesterday" smirked Taeyeon playfully

"Yeah i know" replied Jessica

"And you're not even bothered?!"

"Nope"

"Wow, you sure are something" commented Taeyeon

"Forget it"
"I'll just live with you" surrendered Jessica

If i dont give in to her,
she's gonna pester me as if there's no day&night..
I'll seriously die of her pesterings.

After forced into the car like for 45 minutes, Jessica arrived at a condominium.
A pretty, luxury looking condominium.

"Well, i live alone"
"My parents were all in Korea"
"They sent me here for school, so i dont get to have any big houses"
"But this is pretty good"
"I heard from the others in the school that this is pretty expensive in Singapore" explained Taeyeon as she dragged Jessica's luggage into her unit.

"I see" said Jessica, walking into the beautifully decorated apartment.
"Its pretty.." whispered Jessica under her breath.

Not trying to say that her private house in Orchard wasnt pretty at all.
That house there was much more luxurious&pretty than Taeyeon's.

"So how?"
"Are you satisfied with your room?" asked Taeyeon as she led Jessica into a nicely decorated room

"..."

"If you're not, i can always have it redecorated"
"Plus, i didnt really have it decorated for you cause i didnt have sufficient time to do that" added Taeyeon, looking at Jessica eagerly for her response.

"Its fine" replied Jessica after 'scanning' through the room
"Thanks" added Jessica

"You're soooo welcome!" giggled Taeyeon dorkily
"Well, feel free&help yourself to everything here!"
"Its free, only for my friend like you!" chuckled Taeyeon happily as she skipped out of the room.

Settling down on a seat at the study desk, fingers interlocking each other,
Jessica sat down there&pondered awhile.

Isnt it a little weird..?
Am i doing something thats like bad towards Yuri if im staying with Taeyeon..?

On the other hand,
it sounds like something good cause appa&omma wont be able to find me..
Its good to let them worry for awhile.

"I've made us lunch!!" shouted Taeyeon from the kitchen

"Araesso" replied Jessica as she came out of the room to see the table filled with Korean delicacies

"Amazed huh?" asked Taeyeon while giving Jessica her famous dork smirk
"Im a pretty good cook!"

"Well, its for my taste bud to determine it" said Jessica coldly

"By all means go ahead&taste it then!"

Tasting all the different dishes on the table, Jessica sat down with a satisfied look.

"Not bad"

"Of course its not bad!"
"I spent time learning it okay!" said Taeyeon proudly

"Wait" said Jessica all of the sudden as she stood up&spinned Taeyeon around
"Are you serious?"
"Advertising your own clothing brand by wearing it?" teased Jessica

"Whats wrong with it?"
"Cant i wear my own family brand?"
"Their clothes are comfortable&pretty" protested Taeyeon as she showed Jessica the flower prints on her top
"I love flowers"

"Yeah"
"I think you need to design a tee with silly duck picture on it"
"I think you look like one" mocked Jessica
"Your family brand is already so famous, whats the point of wearing it around" mumbled Jessica as she started eating the food prepared by Taeyeon
"By the way, how did you know i was there?" asked Jessica

"Where?"

"Hospital" replied Jessica giving Taeyeon a 'duh' face.

"I overheard you conversation yesterday"

"So i thought you would be there"
"I went there early in the morning to catch you" winked Taeyeon

Sica's so weird.
Such a cold personality?
Im going to warm her up!
I used to warm a great friend of mine up in the past..
But it such a sad case that he died of a sudden accident..

"Stop snapping at me like so suddenly all the time" said Taeyeon
"Are you excited for school?"
"Its starting in two days time after the orientation which is today&tomorrow"

"Why didnt you go for it today?"

"I thought you wouldnt be there"
"Im uncomfortable with all the guys staring at me like im some alien"
"When i dont even understand a single word they are saying"
"English is all over the place" said Taeyeon with a frown

"I dont like them" smiled Taeyeon
"And, Sica, why are you so cold towards people?"
"They might think you're arrogant because you're pretty" commented Taeyeon innocently
"Probably might get bullied you know.."
