Tiffany was sitting by Taeyeon's bed,
holding onto a brown coloured file with a serious expression hung over her face.

Taeyeon turned to Tiffany tiredly and smiled.

"Tiffany.."

Tiffany turned and saw Taeyeon trying to sit up from the bed.
Quickly walking over, Tiffany pushed Taeyeon back down onto the bed,.

"you're going to stay in bed for a few days Taetae"

Taeyeon pouted.

"Why?"

"You've caught a virus infection Taetae"
"Why didnt you take good care of yourse;f?" said Tiffany worriedly,
pointing to the brown file on the table.

"I did.."
"I dont know why too.." said Taeyeon apologetically.
"Im sorry to have.. made you worry.."
"Its okay, i;ll take care of myself.."
"If you think im a burden for taking up your time.." added Taeyeon with aa bad coughing fit as she averted Tiffany's gaze.

Taeyeon's POV

I tried,
i tried taking care of myself alright?!
Its just that things happen!
Why do you have to blame me like that?!

I didnt ask you to be here!

Tiffany sighed.
 

'Im sorry.."
"Im just.."

Tayeeon closed her eyes,
feeling hurt as she pulled her covers over,
and turned away from Tiffany.

Im just worried Taetae..
I dont like to see you sick..

I know its just a virus infection..
But i dont like to see you sick in bed..

Tiffany was actually kind of remorseful inside herself,
unable to take care of Taeyeon which partly explains Taeyeon's sickness.
Tiffany laid down beside Taeyeon and brushed Taeyeon's fringe away from her boiling forehead,
landing a light peck on it.

"Im sorry Taetae.." whispered Tiffany sadly.
"Im just worried for you and apologetic for not being able to take care of you.."

"Baby, are you cold..?" asked Yuri worriedly as she drove Jessica back to her mansion,
but Jessica was shivering slightly in her seat.

Jessica nodded weakly with a smile as she pulled her jacket closer together.
Yuri smiled and pull her car to a stop.
Turning her body over to the back seats,
Yuri pulled a thick pink blanket and wrap it around Jessica's body before moving back to her mansion again.

Upon reaching her mansion,
Yuri wrapped her arms around Jessica's waist,
supporintg her while she got back to her house.

Entering the house,
Jessica had a bad feeling inside her as she saw her parents sitting on the couch of the living room with a solemn expression.

"Appa.. Omma..?" called Jessica weakly.

Her face were pale,
drained of colour.

"You're back"
"Come over here and take a seat"
"We've something to ask you" said Mr Jung sternly.

Yuri watched Jessica in worry.
Jessica gave her a smile as she walked over to the seat infront of Mr and Mrs Jung.
Sitting odwn, Mr and Mrs Jung pushed a letter infront of Jessica.

Picking it up,
Jessica read.

It was the letter from her school in Singapore and that she has been dismissed from the school for missing her internship without any valid reasons or notice.
As a serious discipline case, Jessica was being dismissed.

"Care to explain what is this?"

Jessica shrugged with a confused expression,
remembering that she had really handed the medical certificate to the in-charge.

"Sweetie, you have to tell your appa"
"He's really angry now" cooed Mrs Jung worriedly.

"Appa.."
"I really dont know.."

"What do you mean you dont know?!"
"For no reasons, would you skip school for?!"

"I was-"

"Was what?!"
"Dont tell me you were sick or whatsoever"
"Even if you are, you should have submitted a medical certificate!"
"Dont you?!"
"Now what?!"
"My daughter doesnt have any degree, where will i stand in the society?!"
"In the eyes of the others!"

Yuri cleared .

"Mr Jung, Sica was really sick"

"Theres no place for you to speak now Yuri" snapped Mr Jung impatienly as he turned to Jessica,
now iwth an angry expression.
"For now, i want you to work for me in my office"
"My place while i take care of Krystal till she gets fully recovered!"

Jessica nodded sadly.

"And where were you last night?!"
"Made a mess here and you went missing right after that!"

"I was-"

"Can you bloody hell stop cutting her in?!" exploded Yuri angrily.
"She was sick last night when none of you bothered about her!"
"She was in the hospital but came home right immediately after she woke up!"
"Afraid that you all would scold her like now!"

Jessica glared at Yuri angrily.

"Is that true sweetie?" asked Mrs Jung worriedly.

Jessica shook her head.

"Not really.."
"Im sorry for sneaking out.."

"You better be!" scolded Mr Jung angrily.
"To think i dote on you the most but you're turning from bad to worst after Krystal came!"

Mrs Jung put her hands over Mr Jung's shoulder.

"Shh dear"
"Krystal's having her dialysis now, dont shout"
"You'll disturb her"

Mr Jung sighed a little as he lowered his volume.

"Listen, you'll report for work in my place starting tomorrow since its already evening now"
"You hear me?"

Jessica nodded weakly.

"No mishaps anymore or you'll get it from me" added Mr Jung sternly.

With that, Mr Jung stormed off to Krystal's room,
followed by Mrs Jung shortly after taking a last few look at the pale looking Jessica.

"Sica.."
"Why wont you tell them the truth?"

Jessica shook her head with a bad coughing fit.

"It wont work"
"They were never bothered ever since Krystal was here"
"Much less to say about Krystal's accident with them.."

"Its worrying me to see you stay here alone.."
"Your medical certificate was submitted, wasnt it..?"

Jessica nodded.

"Then what happened..?"

"I dont know too.."
"Yul, im tired.."

Yuri nodded as she helped Jessica up and back to her bedroom.
Tucking her in bed, Yuri left a peck on Jessica's forehead.

"I dont know how your parents look at you now.."
"You were wrapped like so thick in clothes and blankets yet they cant see how sick you were.."
"Your face didnt even have any colour.."

Jessica smiled weakly.

"Its okay.."
"I was just born in the wrong place.."

"Sica-yah.."
"Are you still going to work tomorrow?"

"Of course.."
"I cant say no, can i?"

"But how about your treatment?"

"I'll go in the morning before work.."

"Isnt it too tiring?"

Jessica shrugged.

"Alright, i understand"
"I'll pick you up tomorrow at 6am here for your 630am appointment baby"
"Rest well" said Yuri as she left Jessica alone in the room.

You've hurt me so much Yuri.
But now you tell me you love me.

Is it true?
What if it is?
I can really feel the concern and love you're giving me..
Its true and sincere..
But what if im leaving this world..?

Will it hurt you more than you hurt me..?

Watching the 12 year old latter in her deep sleep with the dialysis machine working hard beside her,
the couple sighed silently and shook their heads.

"When will there be a donor for her..?" mumbled Mrs Jung worriedly.

Mr Jung nodded in sentiments.

"The doctors said that probably in another 6-12 months"
"There will be one for her"
"And Krystal's condition is looking good so she'll probably be okay with it" said Mr Jung with a satisfied smile.

As they were sitting there,
they picked up the tablet that was given to Krystal by Jessica and started fiddling through it.
There seemed to be a diary app downloaded by Krystal.
Giving it a tap,
the couple read with curiousity.

Finally, i have my own ipad!

My last day in the hospital and im free from those strong antiseptic smell.
Appa and omma seems to be really worried for me.

I've overheard Tiffany unnie's conversation with Yuri unnie's.

The Jungs couple turned and looked at each other with puzzled expression.
Fiddling around the apps,
they came up with a schedule app whereby it was stored with Jessica's schedule.

It seemed true that Jessica had less than 4 hours of rest daily from what Krystal had said.
Jessica had been rushing to and fro from her internship to Mr Jung's position.

"I think we should bring sweetie out for a dinner and check up on her dear.." said Mrs Jung worriedly.

Mr Jung nodded.

"But dont worry yourself too much"
"It is probably just the flu period that Krystal was talking about" said Mr Jung comfortingly.
"How about this weekend?"
"We'll bring her for a late night supper while Krystal's asleep with her dialysis?"
"Just the three of us"

Mrs Jung nodded with a smile.

"Thanks dear"

"Whats there to thank us about?"
"Its our daughter, isnt it?" replied Mr Jung with a smile.

"Is there any restaurant that you'll want to go?" asked Mrs Jung.
"I'll book it since its only 3 days away"
"Have to book early"

Mr Jung shrugged.

"Book Jessi's favourite restaurant"
"Since its for her"

Mrs Jung nodded.

"Okay, i'll book it tomorrow morning"

*Zzz.. Zzz*

Jessica's phone was vibrating strongly on her bedside table.
Slowly waking up,
Jessica picked her phone up and off the alarm.
It was only 530am.

Remembering that Yuri will be picking her up at 6,
Jessica quickly went to the bathroom and took a shower.
After washing up, it was already 545.
Randomly grabbing a cardigan and her bag for work,
she quickly exited the mansion and stood outside,
waiting for Yuri's car.

On the dot 6am,
Yuri reached Jessica's mansion and immediately ran out of her car,
putting her coat of Jessica's cold body and ushering her back to the car.

"Pabo-yah!"
"Why are you standing outside the mansion with such a thin cardigan!"
"You want to get sick before your treatment?!"
"You could have waited inside"
"I'll pick you up from inside!"

Jessica shook her head with a bright smile.

"Its gonna wake them up"
"Krystal just had her dialysis last night"
"I dont want to wake them up"
"Its too early"

Yuri sighed as she buckled Jessica's seatbelt before hers and drove off.
Noticing Jessica's tired look,
Yuri spoke.

"Sleep, i'll wake you up when we reached the hospital"

Jessica then closed her tired eyes and drifted off to slumber.
Upon reaching the hospital, Yuri couldnt bear to wake her princess up.
Smiling to herself a little, Yuri got off the car and went over to Jessica's side,
carrying her in bridal style into the hospital and the designated room for Jessica's daily treatment.

Today, it marks the first day of Jessica's treatment against her asthma that had worsened rapidly ever since she returned back to Korea.
Laying her down on the bed, the doctors came in swiftly and got the bag of solution onto Jessica within minutes as well as getting the infus into her.
Since she was sleeping, everything was done much easier.

Thanking the doctors with a bow,
Yuri sat by Jessica's bed side and caressed her pale cheeks with regrets.

"Why havent i found you earlier..?"
"Why did i break your heart so many times..?"
"Its also my fault that your asthma worsened so rapidly because of all the heartbreaks you're getting right?"
"Im sorry.."
"I really am.." whispered Yuri as a regretful tear escaped her eyes.
"I'll be here from now on"
"I've found and realised the person i really love"
"Its you Sica.."
"It has always been you and not YoonA.."
"How dumb can i be..?"

Jessica started stirring from her sleep as she mumbled a few words.

"Appa.. omma.."
"Why dont.. you love.. me now..?"
"I love you.. so much.."
"Where are you now.. when im sick..?" cried Jessica in her slept.

Yuri's heart ached even more.

"Im sorry Sica.."
"Im sorry i cant convince your parents to believe you"
"Im sorry i cant make them be here for you.."
"But i'll be here for you.." whispered Yuri sadly as she held onto Jessica's hands warmly.

2 hours later, Jessica had finished her first round of treatment.
The doctors came in with satisfied looks.

"Can you please wake her up?"
"We've something to tell her" said the doctors politely with a smile.

"Is it okay to tell me?"
"I think shes a little too tired and worn out"

"I'll tell the both of you"
"I'll need her to know it too, Yuri-sshi"

Yuri nodded with a smile as she turned to Jessica,
giving her a few light push on her shoulder.

"Sica.."
"Sica.."
"Wake up.."

Jessica slowly opened her eyes but to find herself in a brand new surrounding.

"Im here at the hospital alr..?"

"You've completed your first treatment" replied Yuri with a smile.

"Since..whe-"

"Jessica-sshi, your first treatment is not exactly to have been completed"
"We still have some addition ones for you"
"For your treatment, you'll have to receive 6jabs daily"
"2 each before your meal"
"Because your inhaler no longer works, the medicine will come soley for the jab"
"If not, your asthma will start every night or anytime everyday and it will hurt more than usual at every new attack" explained the doctors apologetically.

"6..?" gasped Jessica silently.

"How is she going to get all those when she doesnt even have a doctor around her?"

Just then, footsteps were heard.
A familiar figure entered the room with a smile.

"Who said so?"
"Im here, arent i?" smiled Tiffany as she walked over to Jessica with a smile.

"I thought you were taking care of Taeyeon?"

"Well, i was"
"Taeyeon's temperature had dropped a little"
"Im less worried now so i can come over"

"Oh.."

"Gomawoyo.. unnie.." replied Jessica with a smile.

Tiffany smiled as she gave Jessica a comforting pat on her shoulder.

"Dr.Hwang, will you please go over with the nurses to get Jessica-sshi's weekly dose?"

Tiffany nodded and exited the room.

"Jessica-sshi, we'll give you the 2jab for the morning now"

Jessica sighed silently.

"Are you scared?" asked Yuri worriedly.

Jessica kept quiet.

"Im here baby" whispered Yuri, giving Jessica's hands a light squeeze.

As the doctors were approaching her,
Jessica's heartbeat fastened,

Never in her life had she gone through so much jabs in a day before.
Unless shes going through some tests in the hospital.
But thats extremely rare unless its a yearly check up her parents would have get her to go for.
Thinking back, its been three years since her parents made her go for it.

It really seemed as though its really the presence of Krystal that turned everything this way.

While they were filling each of the syringe with the 2 different coloured liquid,
Jessica spoke.

"Is there any aftereffects of these jabs?" asked Jessica suddenly.

The doctors nodded.

"Your arms will feel sore, achy and weak"
"Probably a little swollen because of the medicine reaction in your body"
"It really depends on different people"
"Some of my patients only had one of the listed after effects"

Jessica nodded.

"In that case, can you do it on my left arm?"

Yuri turned to Jessica.

"Why?"

"My right hand is my masterhand.." explained Jessica.

"Sure, we;ll do that"

Walking over to Jessica's left side,
picking up an alcohol swab and wiped it on Jessica's skinny arms,
the nurses jabbed the syringe straight into Jessica's arms which made Jessica let out a soft wince as she tightened her grip around Yuri's hands.
The nurses slowly released the coloured liquid into Jessica's arms.
After one was done, they wiped the part with another alcohol swab and jabbed the second syringe into Jessica's arms.
This time, Jessica gritted her teeth tightly with her eyes shut,
not letting any sound escape .

Yuri watched with pain.

Few minutes later,
the nurses placed a plaster over Jessica's arms and cleared everything.

"You're good to go now Jessica-sshi"
"Please remember to get plenty of rest after every treatment"

With a bow, the doctors exited the room,
leaving Jessica with Yuri in the room.

"Does it hurt a lot?" asked Yuri worriedly as she helped Jessica down the bed and putting on Jessica's cardigan with Yuri's coat.

Jessica shook her head with a forceful smile.

"Its okay, it doesnt"

A chuckle was heard.

Yuri and Jessica turned to the source of the chuckle.
It was Tiffany,
hands with a white bag of items.

"It doesnt huh?"
"How can it be?"
"From what i know, the fusion of the two types of medicine in a syringe hurts the most"
"Not forgetting two dosages of it"

Yuri's eyes widened in shock as she look at Jessica.
Jessica turned away and glared at Tiffany.

"What?"
"You should let her know Jessi"
"Everyone is worried for you"
"You cant be keeping all the pain to yourself"
"It hurts a lot Jessi"

Jessica sighed.

"Lets go Yul.."

While Jessica and Yuri were exiting,
Tiffany spoke.

"Where do you want me to look for you in the afternoon later?"
"What time do you usually have your lunch?"
"And dinner too?"

"Jungs building" replied Jessica tiredly.

"Dear, do you know where is sweetie early this morning?" asked Mrs Jung as she walked down the stairs,
after entering Jessica's room to find it empty.

"I dont know"
"I thought she came home last night?" said Mr Jung with a shrug.

"I know"
"But shes not in her room now"
"Do you think she left for work already?"

"Its too early"
"Shes getting out of hand"
"To think that we still wanna take some time to talk some sense into her"
"And check up on her"
"Im going to ask her tonight"

"Wait dear"
"Dont scold sweetie"
"You cant possibly be doing this to her all the time"
"We'll ask her about it on the Saturday night"
"Its 2 days away only"
"Im sure she'll have a explanation for everything"

Mr Jung sighed and nodded reluctantly.

Jessi, whats on your mind nowadays?
We dont see you as often as we do in the past.

Whats going on with you after you left for Singapore?
Your studies, i've already forgo it.
Now you're leaving the house early and coming back late?

Is this some kind of rebellious act you're trying to show me to?
Or that you were trying to get some attention from us?

"And dear, do you think we should let Krystal return back to school?"
"She seems to be missing school too much"
"She wants to return badly"

Mr Jung frowned.

"But she has to go through dialysis 3 times a week"
"It will be too tiring for her to attend school, isnt it?"

Krystal overheard her parents' conversation and ran down the stairs with smiles plastered all over her face.

"I want i want!"
"Please omma and appa!"
"I wanna go back to school!"

"But isnt it too tiring for you?"

Krystal shook her head firmly.

"Nope!"

The Jungs coupled pondered for a moment before giving in.

"Alright, appa will let you go back to school" said Mr Jung reluctantly.
"But if you are too tired or what, you'll have to miss school for that day"
"You understand me?"

Krystal nodded eagerly with a wide smile.

"Appa doesnt want you to faint in school, you hear me?"
"Appa & omma will send and pick you home from school everyday okay?"

Krystal nodded.

"But appa, can i have a cellphone too?" asked Krystal timidly.
"Just a cheap one where i can make calls and send messages"

"Of course you can have one, sweetheart"
"Why do you want one suddenly?"

"I wanna talk to unnie"
"I havent been seeing unnie often"
"I miss unnie" said Krystal with a pout as she settled down on the chair around the dinning table.

Mr and Mrs Jung smiled.

"Arasso"
"Later appa and omma will bring you to choose one okay?"
"Choose which ever one that you like"

Mr and Mrs Jung nodded.

"I want one thats the same as unnie!!" cheered Krystal happily.

"Appa and omma will get you one thats the same as unnie's okay?"

"Can we talk privately for a minute?"

Sooyoung's eyes widened in shock at Yuri's appearance.

"Where have you and Sica been!?"
"She went missing right after she had fainted that day!"
"Ms Kang was really mad at her for leaving her post unattended without any reasons"

"She actually did have a reason"
"She had submitted her medical certificate but it seemed like Ms Kang didnt see it or so"
"Sica's been dismissed from school because of it"

Sooyoung gasped.

"How is she now?"

"Not really well"

"Can i see her?"
"Please, Yuri"

Yuri frowned.

"Theres something Sica have yet to tell you"
"I can bring you to her"
"But i have to tell you something and you have to promise me wont be mad at her"

Sooyoung nodded immediately.

"Jessica's the daughter of this company.."
 
"WHAT?!" exclaimed Sooyoung in shock.

"She's taking over her dad's position now due to her family problems"
"So shes up in the highest level of this company"

"Can i see her?"

Yuri nodded.

"But i also need your help"
"Can you help me check and investigate where did her medical certificate went to?"

Sooyoung smiled.

"Of course"
"Without you saying that, i would do it too"
"I've the people in mind who would do it but im going to just confirm it first"

"Thanks" said Yuri as she led Sooyoung to Jessica's office.

Entering it,
Sooyoung smiled at the sight of Jessica.
But frowned because of how under weather and sick Jessica looked like.

Her face had ran out of colour yet shes working so hard for the company.

"Sica.." the warm voice of Sooyoung's filled Jessica's ears.

Jessica looked up to see Sooyoung standing infront of her,
with Yuri by her side.

"Sooyoung?"

"Why did you lie to me.."

"Sooyoung, i.."
"Listen to me.."
"I've never told anyone about my background before because i dont want to be treated differently.."
"Even Taeyeon doesnt know about it.."
"Only Yuri knows about my family background.."
"Im sorry.."

Sooyoung sighed.

"I've seen and heard you were sick"
"Are you better now?"

Jessica smiled as she signalled for her secretary to bring some drinks in for Sooyoung and Yuri before bringing the two to the sofa in the room.

"Yup"
"Thanks for asking"

"I was really worried for you Sica"
"You should have at least dropped me a call"

"Im sorry, i wasnt really able to then"

"Yup, she wasnt really able to do that physically.." agreed Yuri awkwardly.

"Then why are you back to work so fast?"
"You should rest at home!"

Yuri eyed at Jessica,
hinting to her to take after Sooyoung's advice.

"Circumstances were ideal, Sooyoung"

Hours after their chat,
after Sooyoung and Yuri left,
it was nearing lunch hour when Tiffany entered Jessica's office with Taeyeon behind her.

Although Taeyeon didnt look as if she had recovered fully,
but it seemed like Tiffany's been doing a good job to nurse her back to her health.

"Jessi"
"We're here"

"Taeyeon..?"

"Yeah its me"
"What a friend, Sica"
"You're the daughter of such a huge company and you didnt tell me!" complained Taeyeon cutely with a pout.

Tiffany merely gave a light knock of Taeyeon's head and smiled.

"Im sorry tae"
"I didnt mean to.."

Taeyeon smiled.

"Its alright"
"Im not really particular too"

"Are you feeling better tae?"

"I am, only with a low grade of fever"
"This Dr.Hwang here, after long hours of persuation"
"She finally allowed me to follow her and visit you"

"Tiff unnie's just worried for you tae" said Jessica with a smile.
"Its her job to be"
"Especially that shes your girlfriend"

"Alrightalright"
"Taetae, sit aside"
"I need to give Jessi her jabs"

Taeyeon nodded sadly as she sat away from Jessica and Tiffany.

Tiffany slowly rolled up Jessica's left sleeve to see a her arms a little red.

"You still want it to be on your left arm Jessi?"
"Its a little swollen from this morning's jabs"

"Yup, i have to write, sign and type"
"I need my right hand"
"Just do it on my left"

Tiffany frowned as she lightly wiped the alocohol swab on Jessica's arms and Jessica winced a little.
Tiffany sighed to herself silently as she picked up the pre-filled two syringe and jabbed one into Jessica's arms immediately before releasing the liquid slowly.
Jessica clenched the sofa up tightly with her right hand,
eyes shut tightly.
Right after one was done, Tiffany took another swab and wiped it before stabbing the second one in.
Releasing the liquid slowly, Jessica let a small tear of pain escaped her eyes.

Jessica's POV

6 per day..
How am i going to continue all these everyday till the 7 weeks of treatment ends..
7 times 7 ..
49 days..
49 times 6..

"Okay, all's done" said Tiffany as she put a plaster of Jessica's arms.
"Jessi, take a short rest on this couch first"
"Take a rest like an hour"

"But i have a meeting in an hours time.."

"Why is it that work is so much more important than your life?"
"Look at what you're going through now"
"Do you think its worth it?" asked Tiffany as she sat down beside Jessica,
pushing her down to a laid down position.

Taeyeon nodded in agreement to Tiffany's words.

"I want to help them as much as possible unnie"
"I dont want to leave a mess for appa when im gone.."

"You wont be gone!"
"You hear me Jessi?!"
"I hate you for saying such words"

Jessica smiled.

"I know you all are encouraging me"
"Its my body"
"I know it"
"Its the strongest treatment you all are giving to my body to try improve my condition"
"I know about everything"

"But Sica!"
"You cant just give up now"

"I didnt, i accepted the treatment"

"This treatment and the one we had in mind is totally different"
"We just wanted you to be in the hospital so you'll get to rest more"

"I really hate the hospital"

To be honest, Jessica just didnt feel safe in the hospital without her parents by her side,
accompanying her over the night.
Thats why everytime she was admitted and had woken up,
she requested to be discharged.
She knew her parents wouldnt be there for her treatment at the hospital.

"Okay, i want you to rest now"
"Close your eyes"
"Since you have a meeting, 45minutes later i'll wake you up" said Tiffany sternly as she placed a blanket over Jessica while Taeyeon went to pull the blinds closed.

After they got Jessica to sleep,
Tiffany sat down and wrapped her arms around Taeyeon's waist.

"Baby, are you feeling better?" asked Tiffany as she placed her hand on Taeyeon's forehead.

Taeyeon sneezed.

"Yup"

"But you're still having a little fever"

"At least it isnt high, right?"

"But 38degrees is high to me"

"Thats because youre the doctor!"
"Even if its 37.6 degrees, its still high!" chuckled Taeyeon dorkily.

"You win you win"
"Come on, you get some rest too"
"We'll stay here till Jessi's last 2 jabs before her dinner"
"Is it okay?"

Taeyeon nodded and laid on Tiffany's lap.

"We'll go home later and you'll have to take your medicine taetae"

Taeyeon closed her eyes dorkily and ignored Tiffany's words.
Tiffany chuckled.

Few hours later,
Jessica had returned back from her whole long strings of meetings and it was already evening time.
Yuri, Tiffany and Taeyeon were in her office,
chatting happily with each other when Jessica entered the room.

"Sica, you're back"
"You looked really tired" said Yuri with a frown worriedly.

"Its okay"
"Its manageable" lied Jessica, trying to hide her exhaustion.

"Come over here Jessi"
"I've to give you your last 2 jabs before i head home with taetae"
"She has to take her medicine" said Tiffany as she opened up her work case and brought out 2 alcohol swab,
plasters and 2 more pre-filled syringe.

Jessica sighed at the looks of it.

"I've take 4 out of the 6.."
"Can i just skip these two?"

Tiffany shook her head firmly.

"No"

"Please?"

"No"

"How about skipping only one?"

"No"
"Jessi, you better get your over here now" warned Tiffany seriously.

Tiffany wanted the best for Jessica,
she couldnt bear to see Jessica like that,
always entering the hospital yet her parents werent bothered.

Yuri sighed silently as she pushed Jessica down onto the couch and rolled her sleeve up,
peeling the plaster off earlier on that was pasted by Tiffany.

Tiffany shook at head at the red arm as she wiped it with alcohol swab.
Slowly jabbing it in,
Jessica eyes teared up.

Yuri gave Jessica's hands a light encouraging squeeze.

"It hurts.."
"Unnie.."
"Please.." begged Jessica in tears as Tiffany jabbed the second one in.

"I know.."
"Its just awhile"
"Jessi, awhile more"
"10 seconds okay?" cooed Tiffany as she slowly released the liquid from the syringe.
"There, we're done!"

Yuri pulled Jessica into a hug as she wiped Jessica's tears away.

"I love you"
"You've done well"

"Yuri, let her take an hour rest"
"The best if you could is to bring her home" instructed Tiffany as she packed her stuff up,
ready to leave with Taeyeon.

Yuri nodded.

"Thanks unnie"

"No problem, we'll see you tomorrow" said Tiffany as she waved a 'bye' to Jessica and Yuri,
followed by Taeyeon before exiting the room.

"Baby, do you wanna go home?"
"I can bring you home to rest''
"You look exhausted"

Jessica shook her head and smiled.

"I have 3 more meetings today before i can leave"
"Plus these stacks of documents i have to go through.." said Jessica as she pointed to her table.

Yuri sighed and nodded.

"Okay then"
"But get an hour nap"
"I'll get you your dinner during your sleep" said Yuri as she placed the blanket over Jessica's body.

For the new few days,
Jessica had been going through the same thing from the morning till the end of the day,
getting home.
It was finally Saturday when she received a text from her mum.

Lets meet at XXX at 11pm.
You favourite restaurant just you, omma and appa.
Dont be late !

Jessica had endured 4 days of her treatment in the hospital,
and now left with the last 2jabs of the day on Saturday.
