"Cut!"
Haebyeol winced at the director's harsh tone, glancing apologetically at her fretful co-actor. Hongo simply shrugged, smirking wistfully as Haebyeol whole-heartedly accepted the reprimanding from her frightful director. The latter chewed her out with his menacing threats and bit down on Haebyeol with his mindless, harsh words, growling all through the process, whilst Haebyeol simply bit down on her lip to contain the sigh threatening to release itself. "So-sorry," she whispered guiltily. "I-I'll try harder --"
"Of course you will!" the director boomed grotesquely, clicking his tongue. "It's not that hard to just kiss someone! Press your lips together, boom! Hold them together, bam! Tilt your head and slip in some tongue, boom bam pow! I just need maybe half a minute of a kiss scene, Haebyeol-chan," the director sighed. "Can you please give me that?"
Haebyeol nodded slowly, drawing a tired groan from her director. "Take five! Byeol-chan, please get back into make-up and hair to fix yourself up for the next take. Let's make sure we only take a day to get the kiss scene in."
"It's okay, baby.. I guess you could just, you know..."
"But it's awkward," Haebyeol muttered contemptuously, kicking her legs. Promptly, her stylists ignored her fervent complaints, and moved their hands to quickly finish their job in order to provde Haebyeol with added time with her boyfriend. "It's not you.. do you realize how awkward it would be? It's technically cheating."
"Well, not really," Lu Han chuckled, his sweet tone reverberating through the phone line harmoniously.
"It's supposed to be a cheat-free relationship, oppa," Haebyeol whined, jutting her lips out childishly into a pout. Despite the fact that she knew he couldn't see, she was also aware of the fact that Lu Han could probably hear it.
"Don't pout," Lu Han warned sternly. However, despite the harsh timbre, a small smile could be detected within his voice. "Just get it done and over with; I promise not to watch that episode if it bothers you so much," he told her. "It's for work; which is different from our down-time together. As you see --"
"I know what private matters and work matters are," Haebyeol giggled. "I just didn't want to worry you and upset you or anything," she whispered softly, a genuine guilt drenching her tone.
"It's okay," Lu Han insisted. "Just get your work done and over with, and come back already. I'll be flying to California for a couple of days for K-CON, and I"ll be back in Seoul to work on our comeback, so you better have some time off then to at least come back home. The girls miss you, too, you know," Lu Han remarked wittily. "When you won't pick up your phone, Hannie sometimes calls me saying that she'll deal with talking to me because some part of her Byeollie-unnie is with me or something... it's weird, so just hurry up and get yourself back to your girls."
Haebyeol sighed apologetically. "Araseo," she chorused understandingly.
"That's my girl."
"Saranghae, oppa," Haebyeol murmured.
"Nadu saranghae, Byeollie-ah."
The phone clicked, dying as Haebyeol shut it off. Bogoshipda, oppa.
Haebyeol's eyes fluttered shut the second Hongo's lips razed hers. Deepening it slightly, he had tilted his head, lifting his hands to cup her cheeks. Warmth radiated from his hands into her skin as he pulled her closer; her hands wrapped instictively around his neck, pulling him close as the cold wind slapped from all around them, shattering against their flushed cheeks. The wintery air accentuated the heat of the kiss, bringing a soft groan from the back of Hongo's throat as he bit slightly down on Haebyeol's bottom lip.
She yelped mentally, tightening her grasp around his neck as she parted way for him; instantly, his warm tongue slipped its way in, grazing the cavern of her open mouth gently; his fingers entangled themselves into the locks of Haebyeol's light brown hair, gripping her as he moaned, feeling her tongue rub up against his, hot and smooth.
He breathed heavily, staring intently into Haebyeol's eyes as he pulled away, lips glistening with a thin coat of saliva. His sinful tongue darted out of his mouth to his luscious lips, before he smirked mischieviously, hands running down the sides of Haebyeol's clothed arms. "Junko-chan," he recited warmly, eyes masked with an affectionate facade. "Daisuki."
"And... cut!"
The director sighed contently, patting Hongo on the back, before pulling him off into an unknown direction, involuntarily leaving Haebyeol to herself. She blushed as her fingers grazed her swollen lips, teeth grazing the skin of her lips surreptitiously. Soft.
Hannie screeched, pulling at Kisa's sleeve. "Byeollie-unnie.. she-what.. NO!"
Kisa rolled her eyes. "It's just a drama scene --"
"His tongue should not be in there!"
"Hannie --"
"That's supposed to be Lu Han hyung's tongue!"
"Hannie --"
"Byeollie-unnie is cheating on hyung!"
"That's good, Ava! Just a few more frames and we can release you for today!"
Ava smiled tensely, shifting her weight as she changed her pose into a more conservative one.
"That's it! Great! You're a great model, Ava!"
However, despite the pending compliments, a dying churning inside her stomach caused her to wince. Ava clutched her head tightly, readjusting the headband as she continued her long, continuous strings of poses and positions. The Vogue staff was incredibly nice, but with the October issue being essentially themed by the autumn season and Halloween, they typically made her travel all the way out to the countryside (particularly Busan) to do the shooting, putting a good hour to two hour's worth of distance between her and the girls.
She frowned, having been excused for the rest of the day; throwing off her costume, she sighed, smiling tightly at the staff before disappearing into her dressing room to change back into her casual clothing. She picked up her phone then, with the intent of checking the time when a small, green box at the top of her screen flashed, signalling the income of a new message.
"One new text message!"
Curiously, her eyebrows knitted together, pulling with tight scorn. "Who..." her sentence trailed, slightly, as her suspicions diminished away with her expression. Her lips fell open into an o-shaped gape, hanging openly in an unlady like manner; her eyebrows flew to her head, and her eyes bulged to the side of wide saucer plates. "What --"
'We need to talk. I'll be in Busan after K-CON for comeback photoshoot shootings.. see you in in five days. Meeting at the same cafe like usual. I'll be waiting for you till 7 on the 20th, so be there... -Yongguk."
"Bastard," she growled, deleting the text.
Regardless of her action, Ava knew somewhere deep down, she had the details memorized by heart in that quick, ephemeral moment.
"Now you want to talk?"
"Jiyong sunbaenim! Have you seen Seungri-ah?"
Jiyong blinked curiously down at Vivien, closing the door to the recording booth. "Now that I think about it," Jiyong mused credulously, "he had plans today.. I think he went out to Gangnam again to shop for new clothes. You should catch him if you leave now; he usually comes back late when he heads there," the elder smiled warmly, tossling Vivien's hair.
"Ah," the latter hummed. "I see.. gohmahwoh, sunbaenim!"
"No prob, my favorite hoobae!"
"I'm in Gangnam, though!"
"You went to Gangnam, forgetting that today was our movie night? We have it every Friday, you nappeun namja!" Vivien cried, scowling into her phone desperately.
"But I needed new clothes!"
"Fine," Vivien huffed, blowing extranneous strands of hair out of her face. "I guess I'll just have to invite one of my oppa's from my old school to --"
"How about you wait for me? I'll be down in twenty minutes, so just pick a movie, okay?"
Vivien grinned, giggling brightly, her eyes twinkling with a devious mischief. "Okay!"
She, however, frowned having ended the call. An uneasy feeling turned in her stomach as she slumped back down onto the couch. Her eyes fell upon her younger and collection of elders lingering patiently by the door, their eyes focused intently on her seated figure. "You sure you don't want to go? You know how that dog isn't really dependable. He might now even show," Anna pressed, drawing her eyebrows together.
Hannie nodded, "He probably just said he'd come to get you to hang up."
"You guys are s," Kisa breathed. "He's better than that; he cares genuinely for Vivien. Just 'cause he went off and slept with a girl, under intoxication might I add, you guys go off and assume bad things about him."
"It doesn't hurt to be safe," Kyo Jin coaxed.
Vivien simply drained out the pressing matters, and shook her head placing a dainty smile upon her radiant features. "I'll be fine. You girls just go enjoy your night out before we start practicing for reals tomorrow. I just want to spend time with Panda-oppa."
"Only because you plan on confessing," Kisa snorted, dramatically clutching her heart. "Oh, dear Viv's growing up! Woe is me!"
Vivien chuckled, chuckling a soft throw pillow at her elder. "He doesn't know so don't say anything if you see him, okay!?"
"Yes!" Hannie agreed, nodding fervently. "And if anything -- like the naughty, naughty -- just text us and we'll crash at Jiyongie-hyung's dorm instead!"
"Yah, Park Hannie!"
"Bye, Viv!
"Bye unnie!"
Vivien chuckled to herself, shaking her head lightly as she bent over to pick up the thrown pillow from earlier. Facing the door, her smile simply faltered into a tight line. You'll be coming, right... Panda?
