Oh snap, still six of you in the main image.
✰ELiTE || ✰엘리트 || YG Entertainment (Story Starting)"I'm doing fine here.. Tokyo's a lot busier than I expected to be.. the air's a lot cleaner, too -- probably cleaner than Seoul's air!"
"That doesn't mean anything!" Hannie exclaimed boisterously, pushing Kisa out of the way. The younger pressed her face closer to the camera embedded into the bordering edge of the laptop face, sticking out her tongue and jutting her bottom lip out into a childish pout. "Unnie, Japan is not better than Korea! Your home is here, so once you're done filming, you come straight back! Araseo, araseo!? Araseo?!"
Haebyeol giggled playfully, nodding dramatically into her camera lens, a wide smile perched across her lips. "Araseo," she confirmed sweetly. "How are you girls doing? I'm looking forward to watching your MV.. the concept seems interesting."
"Of course it's interesting," Kisa retorted in a huff. "It's YG, what is there to expect?"
"True," Anna piped in nonchalantly. "So how's the filming going?"
"Slow," Haebyeol drawled. "It's nothing without you guys."
"That's what I wanna hear!" Hannie blurted joyfully with a gracious beam.
"So what's the drama about?" Kyo Jin questioned curiously, making her debut in the small chatroom window. Haebyeol's eyes lifted up into small crescents as she greeted Kyo Jin with a welcoming smile. "Hm," Haebyeol hummed. "It's an action drama about cops and villains.. lots of fake blood and fake artillery going on here. An investigative drama, like that American show Law and Order," Haebyeol explained. "I play a prosecutor, and it's a main role, too, so I'll probably be here a bit longer than most of those that received minor roles," Haebyeol elucidated. "Mianhe."
The girls situated in the Korean dorms pouted furtively, but tried their best to muster encouraging smiles for Haebyeol. "Unnie, hwaiting," Haebyeol chirped, looking at Anna. "The girls are a handful, but as an umma, you can handle it!"
"Ne!"
"Annyeong, Byeollie-ah!"
"Annyeong!"
The chatroom window disappeared into nothing, and soon Kisa's wallpaper came up, displaying a shameless picture of Junhyun's profile. "And, she's gone," Kisa whispered, shutting her laptop. She disregarded the others' questioning glances and risen eyebrows, slumping herself back casually into the feathery cushions of their shared couch. "Where's Ava?" Anna questioned spontaneously. "Doesn't she have a photoshoot with you today?" she continued, shooting a pointed look at Vivien. Vivien shrugged in response. "She sent me a text a few minutes ago saying she'd just meet me there," the latter replied wistfully. "She had a date or something like that."
Anna rose a probing brow. "Date?" she echoed incredulously. "Admist our busy schedule, she has the time to go on a date?"
"Chill out," Kisa scoffed, "it's not like she's out getting wasted, a'ight?"
"What if she is?" Hannie voiced.
"Doubt it," Kyo Jin tittered briskly. "She's not the type --"
"No, you don't think she's not the type," Vivien objected.
Anna rolled her eyes, casting her attention back to Vivien. "She tell you who she was with?"
Vivien smirked knowingly, shadowing her eyes with her bangs as she lowerered her head mysteriously; her fingers fumbled with the keys on her phone, before lifting the device up to Anna's face, giving the flabberghasted leader a better look at Ava's ubiquitous message:
Out with Yongguk; meet you at the photoshoot soon -- don't let Abeoji know.
Ava out.
Anna sighed, rubbing her temples contemptuously. "She's not only out on a date, but going out with some other idol?!" she growled. "Is she stupid? Or is she stupid?"
"Uh, unnie --"
Anna shot Hannie a fierce glare, glowering down at the shorter youngster, feeling preposterously irritated. "First, it was Haebyeol; we can't afford to have Ava get into trouble, too," Anna whispered surreptitiously. "Abeoji's going to find out one way or another, whether it be from the paparrazi, or eye-witnesses. It's happened to Haebyeol, what makes you guys think it won't happen to Ava?"
Kisa scoffed once more, rolling her eyes rudely. "Yo, unnie, you're getting your in a wad over nothing. Ava's a big girl --"
"And so is Byeollie," Vivien reiterated blandly. "That didn't stop the press from revealing her relationship with Luhannie.. it took a big toll on Byeollie," Vivien eununciated bitterly. "She got sent to Japan for it, too. Ava's a big girl, more mature than Byeollie, at that. She's probably engaging herself in more.. 'proactive' events, if you know what I mean." Her voice trailed off into a soft whisper, bitter and drenched with penetrating worry. "Regarding that matter, we all know Panda... Seungri-oppa was caught up in that kind of mess... imagine how pissed Abeoji would be if it was Ava this time. Two offenses in one month for ELiTE? That could lead to suspension for the entire group. If I were Abeoji --"
"I'd be pretty ticked, too. If you just count the YG artists, you have Jiyong-sunbaenim's previous scandal, as well as Daesung-sunbaenim's," Kyo Jin cut in, completing Vivien's rambling thoughts. "And then Byeollie's scandal and Seungri-sunbaenim's... Abeoji can't cover for us much anymore, especially if it's going to be consecutive offenses from the same group."
"Well, we can't think like that," Hannie objected persistently. "Hell, for all we know, maybe Ava-unnie's just having a cup of coffee with the guy."
"You guys are being too over-analytical. Ava is smarter than that," Kisa said plainly.
"Curiousity killed the cat, though," Anna muttered.
Kyo Jin nodded with fervent agreement, "So did temptation."
"Ah, Hae-chan!"
Haebyeol whirled around, eyes brightening as she found her trusty co-worker running towards her, huffing playfully as he held a small dog in his hand. "Director is calling for you," he smiled radiantly, nodding his head. He caught sight of the phone in her hand, blushing apologetically before bowing his head. Haebyeol nodded briefly. "Hai," she chorused enthusiastically. She nodded him off, taking a few steps away as she brought the phone back up to her ear. "I have to go film now," she whispered secretively, a gentle smile lacing her thin lips. "I'll talk to you later tonight?"
"You better... or else I won't forgive you, Byeollie-ah."
"Araseo, Lu Hannie," she murmured softly. "I love you."
"I love you, too; now don't let me hold you up. Just finish that drama and come back to me already."
"Ne!"
She coughed, drawing Hongo's attention back to her. He grinned holding out the dog. "His name is Hachi," the elder male explained briefly, a bashful beam twitching at the corner of his full lips. "He's going to be in filming today, so I just thought you should get to know him. He's your character's pet."
"Ah," Haebyeol sighed, taking the canine tenderly into her arms. "He's really cute, too," she cooed, nuzzling her nose affectionately with the stranger dog. "Ah, Hongo-kun, do you know any good place to eat? I ran out of groceries, and with today's schedules, I won't have enough time to go shopping, so I thought I could go out and eat tonight."
The male's eyebrows rose to his hairline with delightful surprise. He timidly shifted his weight from one foot to another, sheepishly rubbing the nape of his neck. "Well, maybe I can show you around... I haven't been able to do that, yet, have I?" he voiced strangely. He coughed, nervously clearing the awkwardness away from his throat. "So, I can show you around, and while I do that, we can just eat together... there's a good sushi bar I know nearby, too, so..."
Haebyeol nodded casually, smiling gratefully at her companion. "Alright," she giggled. "Thanks, oppa-- erm.. Hongo-kun." She turned her focus back to the whimpering pet in her hands, walking back casually to the set; oblivious to the fact that their was an evident blush crossing her co-worker's features, Haebyeol turned around, smiling amiably at Hongo. "Hongo-kun, aren't you coming?"
He grinned, nodding, jogging up to catch up to Haebyeol. "Say," he blurted, averting his gaze away. He shied himself away from Haebyeol just a few centimeters, his clammy hand finding its way back up to shyly scratch his neck. "I heard there's going to be kiss scene soon; the director just added it in to add drama," Hongo explained as nonchalantly as he could. To reinforced his feigned tone, he gave a careless shrug, staring coolly off into the distance before them, watching as the set appeared closer.
The bustling of the streets and cars zooming past covered the sounds of Hongo's furious hearbeats, and the foggy weather was enough to at least drain the red from his blushing face. "Between who?" Haebyeol catechized curiously, blinking her wide eyes up at Hongo. The latter his lips slowly, before locking his eyes with hers, a bashful smile overtaking his plump lips.
"Me and you."
"Wrong."
"It's not wrong."
"We're going to get caught --"
"We are not."
"Bang Yongguk, I expected you to stop --"
"You liked it, so what does it matter --"
"I can't get caught, that's what's the matter!"
Ava screeched furiously, thrashing immaturely about in bed, wrapping the satin sheets securely around her exposed figure. The cold fabric seeped into the folds of her limbs and traced her cold skin with a velvety texture, caressing her flesh softly. Her long hair sprawled beneath her bed in a tangled disarray, flicking in all sorts of directions as beads of fatigued sweath rolled slowly down the side of her head. "I hate you," she grumbled relentlessly. "I have a photoshoot in an hour, and if I walk out now, there's a 99.9% chance a fly is going to snap a pic of me."
"What's wrong with that? Just say you came over to send condolences to me and the boys on our upcoming comeback or something," Yongguk sighed, throwing a burly arm over her covered waist. His thick lips trailed her jawline lazily, sleepily groaning with protest as Ava turned around so that her back faced him. However, that didn't stop the latter; he pressed his toned chest up against her tan back, snaking his arms conspicuously around her small body. "Remember what we settled on before this?"
"No strings attached," Ava whispered, remembering vividly.
"Exactly; no strings attached, no story to tell. After you walk out of this bedroom, nothing between us exists except for the fact that we're good acquaintances that met at Zinger's birthday party. No bedroom stories, no love tales -- no strings attached. This is my apartment, but what's the harm in a good acquaintance coming over to wish luck on an upcoming comeback, coming over to have small lunch and small talk? Hm?"
Ava turned around, squinting her eyes suspiciously. "And you won't tell anyone?"
"Not a soul," he promised earnestly. His voice was husky, masked with his naturally manly, musky scent. He grinned his infamous beam and nodded his head towards the pile of clothes laying limply in the corner of the room by the door. "You have an hour; don't want to be late for your photoshoot, do you?"
"Wait --"
"You get out of this bed right now, I will forget this all happened," Yongguk confirmed sincerely. "We said it would be a one-time thing, and our night's ended.. so we have to get back to our lives now," he whispered wistfully.
"Thanks.. Yongguk."
"For what?"
"Everything up till now."
