“Look, look! A pretty tree!” Baekhyun’s little finger points to a cherry blossom tree, blooming in its full glory.

“Bootiful,” Sehun quips in amazement.

“It’s beautiful, you babo! Hey, let’s race!”

“Race?”

“Yes, from here to the pretty tree!”

“Awright.”

Their little feet are soon running to the tree. When they almost cross the bridge that separates between them and the tree, Sehun unexpectedly falls on his knee. Baekhyun, who almost reaches the tree, immediately goes back to the younger boy.

“You babo! Careful of the steps!”

“You run too fast!”

“Did not.”

“Did too.”

“Whatever! You didn’t get hurt, right?” Baekhyun looks over Sehun’s limbs, worried if there will be any wounds.

“Nope! Run again?”

The elder boy chuckles. “I’ll let you win for now, okay?” He winks greasily, which makes the other boy laughs.

“Fine.”

They walk hand in hand approaching the tree, a few of the petals falling off the branches. They’re jumping excitedly, making another game of who can catch the petals the most, and resulting in having a small fun there.

“Why is this so bootiful?” Sehun asks as he watches another petal falls.

“Mom says it’s a wonder,” Baekhyun replies.

“Hey, let’s make a promise!”

“Promise?” Baekhyun tilts his head cutely.

“Promise me, whenever you go, you will remember me?”

“What kind of promise is that? Sure I will.”

“Then you promised! Promise, chop, sign, coding! You’ve made it!”

Baekhyun grins, amused of the younger’s antics. “You must remember me, too.”

“Okay!”

They connect their pinkies to seal the promise.
