Sehun POV
 

I was excited. EXO-M was coming home to Korea for the night before leaving for Super Show 4 tomorrow morning. I tried to contain my feels, settling with bouncing in my seat. I think I looked overly happy in our interview today too. Whoops. Oh well, the fans can share my joy.

I tried not to look at the clock during the interview, only stealing glances when I was sure the camera was pointed at someone else. At the end, I waved excitedly to the camera because now I could get into the van and try calling Luhan. They should be landing soon.

After weeks of video calls at night...we would finally see each other in person again. If only for one night.

One night is not enough... But it’s better than nothing, so I’ll take it.

And once EXO-M is done SS4 with Super Junior sunbaes, they are coming back to Korea, and we will be reunited, and stay that way for a little while.

I couldn’t wait.

As soon as the cameras stopped rolling, I hopped up and down like a little kid. Jongin laughed at me, but I didn’t care. Luhan hyung, Luhan hyung, Luhan hyung~

We left the building and I ran into the van, climbing into the back seat as quickly as I could.

“Someone’s excited,” Joonmyun noted, eyes twinkling.

“Of course, hyung!” I responded cheerily. “EXO-M is coming back tonight!!”

“Sehun, we won’t be able to see them, because they’re going straight to their dorms to rest!” Joonmyun told me. “You can see Luhan in the morning,” he added with a wink.

I huffed. “Why not tonight...” I muttered.

Their dorms aren’t too far from ours... I could walk! I just need to convince Joonmyun to let me...

I checked the time on my phone.

“GAHHHHHHHHHHHH!” I yelled.

The other members turned around in their seats to look at me funny. My face heated up.

“Lu- I mean, EXO-M’s flight should have landed already!” I said indignantly, trying to give an excuse for my squeal.

They rolled their eyes at me, but I saw them whip out their phones as well. Don’t laugh at me. Admit it, you miss them like crazy too. You guys are excited that they’re back.

I pressed #2 on my keypad, speed dial for Luhan on my phone. Holding the phone up to my ear, I waited.

Ring, ring, ring...

Why isn’t he picking up?? I thought, worried. Was their flight delayed? I hope they’re okay...

Suddenly, the ringing stopped.

“Hello?”

“HYUNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!” I couldn’t contain my excitement any longer. I heard laughter from the other end.

“Sehun-ah,” he called. Oh gosh, I love it when people call me that. Luhan hyung always sounds so sweet saying it. “How are you?”

“I’m good...because you guys are in Korea again!!!” I shouted. But I was shushed by the other members.

Luhan chuckled. “That’s good.”

“What about you, hyung?” I asked.

“I’m alright. The plane ride wasn’t too long, and I was joking around with Kris with the air sickness back, haha!” He sounded mischievous.

I grinned. “I can imagine that.”

“So, will I see you tonight?” Luhan asked hesitantly.

“Well, Joonmyun said you have to go straight to your dorms. But maybe I can come over for a little bit? Just a small visit... Please, hyung?” I begged.

“You’ll have to ask the leader,” Luhan said, laughing.

“Aw, fine.” I pouted.

“Just use your aegyo,” Luhan suggested. “I’m sure it’ll work, if it’s as effective as Zitao’s.” I could hear the smile in his voice, and I felt a smile crawl onto my face as well. Maknae power!! Man, Zitao, I miss you. We should eat out soon.

“Okay, sounds like a plan,” I said sneakily. I peeked at Joonmyun, who was texting slowly on his phone. “I’ll talk to you later!” I pulled the phone away from my ear and ended the call. Then I cleared my throat a few times. I practiced rubbing my fist against my cheek a few times. I felt like I was being watched and looked over to see Jongin staring at me, biting his lip to keep from laughing out loud.

I brought my finger to my lips. “Shh, I’m trying to get to see Luhan-hyung tonight,” I whispered.

He held up his hands to show that he wouldn’t interfere. Good.

Well, I guess I should make my move now...

“Joonmyun-hyung~” I called sweetly. He turned back at me.

“Yes?” he asked with wide, attentive eyes.

“Well, I was wondering...can I walk over to EXO-M’s dorm tonight to see them? Pleaseeeee? I really miss them.” I looked at him with big, innocent eyes. He looked surprised but still reluctant.

“Sehun, I told you...”

I cut him off. I raised my fists to my cheeks and said, “Buing buing~” with my best eye smile.

“...”

CRAP! DID IT NOT WORK?? I glanced at Joonmyun worriedly. That’s so embarrassing!! How does Zitao manage to convince Kris...

But Joonmyun spoke, interrupting my thoughts.

“...Fine, you can go,” he mumbled.

The other members who had been watching this whole scene burst into laughter, clapping and cheering. Chanyeol was doubled over, eyes squeezed shut from cracking up so hard. Jongin was laughing to himself in his seat. Kyungsoo just laughed and clapped, and Baekhyun was clapping too, mouth in a wide smile.

“Why don’t we all go?” Kyungsoo proposed. The other members murmured in agreement.

“Alright, alright, we’ll all go.” Joonmyun sighed.

“Thank you~” I said, smiling. “Don’t you want to see them, hyung?”

“Of course,” Joonmyun responded. “I just hope they aren’t too tired. They have a big day tomorrow!”

“Don’t worry,” Baekhyun assured. “They’ll be fine. If we know them well, then they’ll be excited to see us, and they’ll have lots of energy tomorrow too.” We all nodded.

“Okay,” Joonmyun relented.

“YAY!” I squealed. Luhan, I’m coming to see you~

“Shh, be quiet! We don’t want them to have any hint that we’re here!” Chanyeol whispered at us. We all shut up. I want to see the surprise on your face when we burst into your door, Luhan-hyung. I giggled, just imagining it. Then I covered my mouth quickly. Must be quiet.

Joonmyun took his key to EXO-M’s door out of his pocket and slipped it into the lock as softly as he could. Turning it, we heard a “click” and Joonmyun turned the doorknob slowly. He opened the door cautiously, hoping it wouldn’t squeak. Thankfully, it didn’t. One by one, we slipped through the doorway.

I could hear “MAMA” blasting on speakers somewhere. It was covering up our footsteps. We shuffled into the living room, and there was no one there. Huh, I guess they’re all upstairs.

We tip-toed up the stairs in a single-file line. Halfway up the stairs, “MAMA” got to the screamo part, and we heart Minseok screaming his lines along with it. We suddenly all burst into laughter, but then hurriedly put our hands in front of our mouths, hoping they hadn’t heard us.

Unfortunately, I think they did. We heard some voices talking, and the music stopped. We held our breaths.

“What do we do now?” Jongin hissed.

“I don’t know,” Joonmyun looked at him blankly.

“Let’s just surprise them now!” Chanyeol suggested.

“Yeah, it’s now or nothing,” Baekhyun agreed.

“Alright, get ready,” Joonmyun told us.

As we reached the top of the stairs, we heard a door creak open. We paused before turning around the bend. We heard a few footsteps coming our way slowly. Joonmyun looked back at us and mouthed, “One, two...THREE!”

We jumped around the corner and yelled, “SURPRISE!!!!”

GAH I AM SOOOOO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING YESTERDAY T_T I was up til 3am studying... :P

I tried writing, but it was bad and short, and I figured you guys would rather have a longer,

better written chapter, so I waited to write it today. Hope that's okay... .__.

Hehe this was another chapter mostly from my imagination^^

But I tried to incorporate as many facts as possible!

QUOTES: Suho said that when EXO-M was in China, they would keep in contact through video calls,

and Sehun would stay up late video-calling Luhan.

EXO-M and EXO-K said that they live in separate dorms.

Sehun said that the thing he likes most that noonas do is call his name: "Sehun-a!"

[lol so I took that as, he likes it when anyone older does that...including hyungs^^]

At Tao's birthday party, he said that the person he missed eating with most was Sehun.
