As usual, I was watching EXO-M’s live interview. But this time, all my hyungs were watching with me. Manager-nim decided that it was a good idea for us to support our brothers together by watching their interviews, also because EXO-M’s manager-nim lets them watch our live performances too. And this was even better for me, because Manager-nim spoke Chinese fluently, so he could translate for us. I smiled happily.

Their interview was going well as usual, until the topic to their relationship with the EXO-K members. Hey, that’s us!!!

Jongdae answered the question. “On average, we’re like brothers with the K members. We shop together, eat as well, and talk a lot, too. Next time we go to Korea, I want to eat together and talk with them.”

“Awwwwww.” All of us said it. Joonmyun especially looked touched.

And then the host mentioned that it was...my birthday. I lowered my head shyly. Please don’t embarrass me, please don’t embarrass me...

The host asked if any of them had any birthday wishes for me, because it was a live broadcast, and we could click and watch it at any time. And here we are, watching. Are we that predictable?

Luhan hesitantly volunteered. Maybe not hesitatntly, but at least shyly. My eyes were glued to his image.

“Sehun-ah, today is your birthday. I hope that in 2012, you can be fortunate and happy. If there’s anything unhappy going on, tell ge and ge will help you solve it.” [A/N]: “Ge” is “hyung” in Chinese (actually, just older brother in general).

“Whoa!” The MC’s reaction made the other members laugh. But I was preoccupied. His words bounced back and forth in my mind.

I hope that in 2012, you can be fortunate and happy.

If there’s anything unhappy going on, tell ge.

Ge will help you solve it.

My heart swelled in gratitude. Thank you so much, hyung. I mean, ge. I smiled.

“Yah, are you even paying attention to the interview?” Chanyeol hit me playfully, eyes twinkling.

“Huh? Oh yeah! Of course!” I responded indignantly. A grin spread across his face.

“I know what happened,” he sang. “You were thinking about Luhan-hyung’s message to you~”

My face turned bright red, confirming his accusation.

“I KNEW IT!” he declared triumphantly. “SeLu, SeLu, SeLu!” he chanted. I facepalmed.

“Shh, pay attention to the interview!” Joonmyun scolded gently. However, he locked eyes with Chanyeol and winked. I groaned. They’re all shipping us...

A little bit afterwards, the host gave them some of Beijing’s specialty snacks. My stomach grumbled. Watching them eat made my mouth water. Luhan was chewing his food like a little rabbit. Haha! What a good comparison, Sehun, I thought to myself happily. Luhan-hyung is totally a little bunny...when he’s not being a deer, that is.

And my little bunny was asked to explain Minseok’s “baozi” nickname yet again. I swear, if this is in the next interview too...

Thankfully, the host asked for other nicknames too, so it wasn’t just baozi. When it came to Luhan’s turn, he looked around.

“Me? I don’t have a nickname.”

“HUH?” the host asked in disbelief. Lu-honey. Are you trying to keep your nickname a secret?

But Yixing interjected that he heard of one. It was “Marilyn Monroe” in Chinese, except they changed it to “MENGroe” because “meng” means blank, alluding to his classic blank expression. The one he’s famously cute for. After Manager-nim explained it to us, all of us burst into laughter. So true...

Then the host spontaneously got up from her seat and challenged Luhan to see who could do a better Marilyn Monroe pose. We hollered with laughter, anticipating his imitation. I like this host. She’s pretty cool.

Luhan stood up, but backed out. Yixing covered for him, giving the excuse that he’s too shy. Aw, come on Lu-honey. We all wanted to see you do it, I thought with a giggle.

Little Fatty, Orange and Peach gave their nicknames, and the host moved on to the next question. She asked who among them attracts the most girls. I burst out laughing again. It’s definitely between Luhan and Kris.

Sure enough, the members pointed to the two of them. Zitao explained why for Kris, saying that all girls who passed by them while they were shopping would say that he’s so handsome. Pshaw...

Then Kris explained why for Luhan.

“Well, he’s really pretty...” All of us hollered with laughter. Leave it to Kris to say that on a live interview with no shame.

Some more stuff was asked, and then the topic of who left the biggest impression came up. When it was Luhan’s turn, he chose baozi. I swear, people are going to ship them now...

“Well, the first time we met, I thought he was really cute, and I never would’ve guessed that we were the same age!” After realizing what he said, I cracked up. Luhan! That’s the same for you! Everyone thought you were younger, and you turned out to be one of the oldest!! You have such a baby face. You and baozi both.

When Luhan finished explaining, it was Yixing’s turn.

“Me too, when I first saw Luhan, I thought he was really pretty, and then it--”

The host broke him off. “Why are you using the word ‘pretty’ too?? I actually think he’s pretty handsome.” I decided she was my favorite host.

“Right, he’s handsome...and also pretty,” Yixing corrected himself. Luhan was nodding next to him.

“Then, then, then after getting to know him, I realized that he was actually very brotherly and caring.”

I agree.

When the topic of hobbies came up, Luhan said he liked playing soccer with baozi, who corrected him with a somewhat whiny “Xiumin~”, and Luhan changed to calling him Xiumin. I smiled. Luhan, you’re not used to calling us by our stage names... At least I don’t have one.

Afterwards, they played a game with slips of paper with a description on them and chose who each paper described. The first one was Kris, and his said “cute little prince.”

Oh, that is so Luhan hyung.

And sure enough, Kris chose Luhan. He explained saying Luhan looks cute and has a cute side to his personality, but also a handsome side. Then, the host asked him to do aegyo. [A/N]: Literally, she asked him to do three shots of cuteness in a row (three different displays of cuteness), but basically she asked for aegyo.

The camera zoomed in on Luhan. He looked into the camera and tilted his head back and forth three times.

“Is that one?” the host asked.

Luhan looked at her, confused. “That was all three, I did all three of them.”

“WHAAT?” the host exclaimed. “It was 1, 2, 3?”

“Yeah,” Luhan said, smiling shyly. But the host wasn’t satisfied.

“Well, do a little cute gesture, okay?” She raised her fist to her cheek. Omg, Luhan doing buing buing? I have to see this.

Luhan looked to his right at Yixing, as if asking to be saved from having to do it, but then he raised his fist and rubbed it quickly to his cheek a few times, looking downwards slightly.

All of us erupted in laughter, clapping our hands. Especially Chanyeol.

Yixing added, “Actually, it’s really only his looks that are cute. At home, he’s really pretty manly.”

True that.

Hearing about all the EXO-M members again and seeing them suddenly made me choke up. Why aren’t we together right now? I pouted. Can’t I get what I want and what all of us want just this once at least? It’s my birthday, too...

I swear, this thing made me squeallll my HunHan heart out. I freaked out to my friend who was also watching it

live with me at like 2am and adg;kdag;k HunHannnnn.

I need to take an AP Chinese test tomorrow, and here I am, updating at nearly 1am... ><

Oh well. I didn't get to update yesterday, so I owe this to you guys.
