“You see Myungsoo; she’s getting revenge for Min, Fei and Jia. She doesn’t like you a bit. In fact she hates you. She’s planning to break up with you tomorrow. You’re not in love with her are you? Well if you are, you’re in for heartbreak.”

“What?! Why are you telling me this Hoya?”

“Don’t ask questions. Just listen to my advice. You’ll need it.”

Myungsoo furrowed his eyebrows as Hoya spilled. Everything.

“Myungsoo oppa…what are you doing?”

In anger, Myungsoo had stormed up to Suzy and pinned her against the wall in between his arms. She could see it in his eyes; he was really mad.

“Suzy. You love me, right?”

“Yes oppa.”

She nodded quickly, supporting her quick response. Myungsoo sighed in relief.

“That’s all I need to know. I don’t know what I’d do if I ever lose you…”

Suzy was eaten by guilt at Myungsoo’s last sentence.

“Hoya! Why’d you tell him so much?”

“Dongwoo hyung, we both hate Sungjong. That’s why we went through all this trouble in the first place. Remember why we hate him! How could Myungsoo replace us so quickly with Sungjong? He’s just a stupid kid! This probably isn’t enough. And what’s with him always calling us ? It’s so annoying.”

“But Hoya…”

“Oh just shut up. It’s done. Nothing anyone can do now.”

“Oppa…can I talk to you?”

“Sure. What is it?”

“Come end of school, park outside the local pub.”

“See you there then Suzy.”

He stuck his head back to his studies as Suzy left. The end of school came and as planned, they met.

“Myungsoo…let’s break up.”

“What?”

“Let’s break up.”

“W-Why?”

It was new to Suzy; seeing Myungsoo stutter. At times like this he was always strangely calm, but it wasn’t the case today. Fighting away her guilt she stood up from her place and looked Myungsoo in the eye.

“Do you remember this place? You broke up with all my unnies here. You cheated on them all with each other. You’re just scum to me. I never loved you. Why would I? You’re just a sick playboy.”

“I-I’ve changed.”

“How can I make sure? Even if you did, I don’t want someone like you, you were like that at some stage anyway.”

“B-But Suzy…I really love you.”

“That’s what you said to all of them. Please, just live your life sincerely. Find your soul mate; don’t just go around toying with girl’s feelings.”

“I am sincere to you. Please, Suzy.”

Myungsoo’s tears began to fall and Suzy wanted to take back her words. She had never made anyone cry before.

“I-I guess Hoya was right.”

“Hoya?”

“He said you’d break up with me today. Fine, break up with me. Just know you were my first real love. It makes you just as bad. You toyed with me, didn’t you?”

“But you deserved it.”

“Fine. I’ll change. But I’ll never guarantee I will be in love ever again.”
