I stood up to let her know the conversation is already done.

I woke up early.

She's not here.

I panicked and immediately got up, almost knocking the bedside table. I checked the living room, and kitchen.

I was desperate. I was about to go back to my room and have a quick change to head outside when I spotted her quietly sitting in a chair on our balcony.

The fast beating of my heart slowly subsided. She's safe, thank God.

I slowly made my way to the balcony, testing the waters.

She looked at me, and I immediately saw that familiar look.

"W-Who are you?"
