alam niyo ba ‘yung warrior nun? kung hindi pa, aba bakit hindi? HAHAHAHA joke okay lang naman kung di niyo pa napapanuod pero i suggest to do so para siguro makarelate kayo sa ibang scenes hehe snippet lang muna kasi hindi ko pa tapos ‘yung simula, for some reason ito una kong naisulat eh HEHE pero may draft na ako ! as usual, inspired ng warrior nun but i’ll be making some changes on how the story goes, since ang complicated masyado pag ginaya ko wholly T^T
"Sit down, Winter."
Winter huffed. She then sat on the queen-sized bed and proceeded to look around whilst sitting down, making Karina more distracted who's currently unpacking.
"Winter."
"What? I'm sitting down like you told me to!"
"Why are you moving around?" Karina deadpanned.
"I wanna go outside," Winter pouted. "After moving here, we hid for almost a week before you allowed us to go out,"
"Don't you want to rest first?" Karina exasperated.
"I'm not tired! I'm full of energy!" Winter countered, both hands clutching at her sides, as if that's the only thing keeping her from jumping and looking around once more.
Karina closed her eyes, then heaved deeply.
"Fine, Fine. Let me get our things arranged first, then we'll go."
"Yes!" Winter beamed, before relaxing her excited self.
She then followed Karina's movements as the uptight nun continued to take out clothes from their shared luggage, and stacking them carefully on the lone cabinet across the bed where she's currently sitting.
"Can we eat outside?" Winter asked seconds later.
Karina smiled softly. "Of course."
"I want burgers!"
Karina nodded, stacking the last pile of clothes on the cabinet before closing it. "Okay. Anything else?"
"Can we have something strong with it?"
Karina raised a brow. "Strong?"
"Yeah, I don't know, like, alcohol maybe?" Winter sheepishly answered, a hoping smile on her face.
Karina stood still. She then cleared before casting her eyes away from Winter. "Absolutely not."
"Whyyyy," Winter whined.
"We are currently inactive from the OCS, but we still have responsibilities, Winter."
"But.." Winter then didn't continue as memories flooded her.
Right. The battle isn't finished.
They were just hiding for the meantime.
As Mother Superion has said, she needs to practice and hone her skills, so that she can use the Halo's potential at its most.
Afterall, she's their champion.
