"Noona, I'm here!" Zelo sang, darting into Jaekyung's room.

He saw her still sleeping on the bed, hugging her pillow tightly while breathing gently. Zelo's eyes zoomed in on her tear stained face and frowned, gently brushing her hair out of her face so it won't bother her while she slept.

*She's sad. Why is she sad again?* he bit his lip. *Did she miss home or something?*

Jaekyung stirred in her sleep and her eyes fluttered open. She rubbed them tiredly and squinted at Zelo. *Zelo?* she thought sleepily.

Zelo bit back a smile. *Cute.*

With half-lidded eyes, Jaekyung fiddled around with the blanket and finally stumbled out of bed. She sent him a sleepy smile before darting into the bathroom. Zelo waited outside for her, trying his best to calm his rapidly beating heart and not to smile too widely.

The realization from before made him aware of the little things he was feeling. No wonder he wanted to see her every second of the day. He loved her. And even though he knew it wasn't a wise thing to do, he couldn't stop.

Jaekyung came out of the bathroom looking clean and fresh, and Zelo's heart skipped a beat. She looks absolutely stunning even without makeup, and he really wasn't kidding when he said she was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.

"Where are we going today, noona?" Zelo beamed brightly.

Jaekyung made an uncomfortable expression as she bit her lip. *I'm afraid I don't want to go out today.*

Zelo blinked. "Eh?" Jaekyung waved her hands about furiously, scared that he would misunderstand. *It's not anything to do with you. It's just, I don't want to go out. Just...you know. Rest here.*

"Oh." Zelo's face fell. He had initially planned for them to go to other pretty mountains and take the cable cars, maybe take a romantic walk along the river, or perhaps eat dinner at the romantic restaurant he had already booked.

He swallowed uncomfortably as he shuffled out. "So...I'll come again tomorrow?" he asked uncertainly.

Jaekyung nodded and waved, shutting the door without a second thought and immediately starting her telepathic connection with L again.

*Well as I was saying, we were trying to-* L's thoughts were cut off and Jaekyung could feel L's irritation. After few seconds, which must be him talking on the other side, he returned with his thoughts to her.

*Aish. That Sungyeol told me to tell you he said hi. And he misses you.* L thought grumpily.

Jaekyung giggled. *I miss him too.*

L's emotions turned a little bitter. *Eh? More than you miss me?* he asked jealously.

Jaekyung laughed out loud. *Myungsoo oppa you're such a jealous freak! Why are you jealous when Sungyeol already has Krystal?*

*Oh right.* Jaekyung could imagine L making a face on the other side. He sighed. *You're not by my side, Jaekyung. Everyday I imagine a thousand things that could have been happening to you and I'm not there to save you. There must be numerous handsome guys there that want you and I can't even punch their faces.* he complained grumpily.

*Myungsoo oppa!* Jaekyung shook her head in amusement. *There're no guys here as perfect as you so don't worry.*

Jaekyung could feel L's smile all the way from there. *As I was saying, we were trying to get banished.* L commented dryly. *But the public just doesn't seem to think we're doing anything bad. I mean, I even hosted a riot and they think I'm a hero! Something is wrong!*

Jaekyung bit her lip. *Myungsoo oppa..I don't want you to get banished.*

*Babo.* L chided. *What's wrong with getting banished if I can get to you. You're going to get married, MARRIED, Jaekyung. To some unknown prince and not me. And I know you're suffering as well, or why would you lose your voice like this? Thank god I can still hear your thoughts. I love you Jaekyung, I'll go to you if I can't get you back.*

*Oppa..* Jaekyung smiled softly. She loved this side of L. This determined L, which only went soft because of her. This L who was willing to give up everything for her. This L who loved no one but her.

She loved him.

*Darn that Choding!!* L cursed in his mind suddenly, ruining the romantic atmosphere. He sighed and directed his thoguhts back to her. *He said that the rest of Infinite says hi, as well as Chunji and f(x). I swear, I weren't scared that his girlfriend would get sad, which would in turn affect the whole of f(x), and in turn you'll get say too, I'd just kill him already!* he announced.

Jaekyung giggled heartily.

It took her a moment to realize that her bedroom door was opened and she cut her connection with L immediately. She spun round and saw Zelo looking at her with an unreadable expression. "I brought peach tarts, noona." Zelo placed them on the table.

Jaekyung gulped and guarded her thoughts from his carefully. Zelo forced a smile and waved. "I'll be going now noona." he winked and walked off. Jaekyung let out a sigh of relief. Perhaps he didn't hear her thoughts after all.

Outside, Zelo collapsed against the wall, his heart sinking.

He had seen her smiling and laughing to herself. It's been a few days since she didn't want to go out with him anymore. She always coped herself in her room, seemingly not doing anything.

But today, Zelo finally had an idea what she was doing. Was it some sort of telepathic connection?

He shook his head. *No it can't be. The Land of Men and Women are miles apart. Even with powers, one can't just connect to someone  from there.*

He bit his lip and felt the stab in his heart. "But one thing for certain, I'm sure she's not smiling because of me." he whispered dejectedly. "Is it that guy from her thoughts the other time?" he wondered.
