Wendy was now seated inside their classroom, while Katy was blabbering about who knows what in the seat next to her. Her mind wandered to Sooyoung and Sooyoung only.

"She grew up well", Wendy sighed. Sooyoung was always pretty though. Even though Sooyoung was clearly mad a while ago, she looked insanely beautiful.

"How much more if she'd smile", she mumbled to herself.

"Hmm? Unnie?", Katy asked.

"Huh? What? Oh nothing, you were saying?"

"Right, as I was saying, they were really...". Wendy went back to thinking about Sooyoung.

"She must be mad because of what I did way back. But if she'd let me explain, she'd surely forgive me right?", Wendy thought to herself. "It's not like she could avoid me forever. Maybe we could be friends someday. Maybe even more". Wendy couldn't help but be hopeful after seeing her childhood crush again.

Speaking of...

"Joy!", Katy exclaimed, motioning for her to come to us. Joy just smiled while shaking her head. She took a seat at the front.

Her smile...

"What the- we're supposed to sit together", Katy said, annoyed. "Hey unnie, wait for me okay?", she excused herself before approaching Joy.

After a minute, Katy came back with an annoyed look on her face. "She says she couldn't see clearly, that's why she's at the front".

"Bummer", Wendy sighed.
